Activity notification problem? - Huawei Watch

Does anyone knows how to force Activity notification, that one that allerts you to get up and move if you are sitting for more than one hour, to work also after midnight?
Sometimes I work until 5 in the morning and most of the time I am to focused on what I am doing, that I forget to get up every now and then. So, I notice that after midnight, the watch don't give that alert.

Hmmm that is weird. Maybe try to deactivate/activate this feature again....I get the reminder after midnight

Alarm won't change time and is always going of at 4:30am HELP!

So i have no idea whats going on. On my Alarms tab I once had it set at 4:30am to wake me up for a flight and now even though I've changed it it still goes off every morning at 4:30am.
Anyone have this strange problem and know a remedy?
im having the same problem.when i change the alarm it goes off at the new time i set but it also goes off at the old time. what rom are you using? Im using pays lite 6.0 rom
I've got the same issue. I'm running schap's 4.31 ROM.
It first came up a few months ago and I thought it was related to HTC Home. When I uninstalled it it went away. I seems to have been a coincidence because this weekend it came back. The only change that happened was that for some strange reason my time zone was changed so I changed it back. Ever since then the alarm has been stuck on where it was set at 6:30 :40 and :50am no matter what I change the current alarm to.
Thinking I had things narrowed down I changed the time zone back and forth one zone/hour while the alarm was set to the correct alarm time 7:30 :40 :50am.
Now I have a THIRD set of alarms going off at 8:30 :40 :50am. I literally have 20 minutes of alarms for three hours M-F.
Looking in the registry reveals nothing, the alarms are set for the correct times there and the ghost alarms can't be found. No amount of turning alarms on or off and soft reseting has any effect.
Hi guys,
I had the same problem - two hidden alarms. You need to clear notification queue. It can be done with SKtools.

Do you live upstairs from me?
Who ever that is up there has a super load and annoying alarm that goes off NON STOP from 4:30am to 7:00am Very Very annoying...

buddy, its telling you to quit smoking weed ten minutes is enough...
peace bro
The problem's probably that Windows has got the event stuck in its schedule.
A number of tools will clear the list for you. If you download Pocket Mechanic from Wizcode the time-limited demo is fully-functional. Good software, it's good enough that I bought it after trying. Took me ages to work out how to sort the same alarm issue a coupleof years ago.

[Q] Calendar Reminder Notifications

Hi,
If I create an event with a start time of, for example, 02:00 but my phone is turned off at that time I get a reminder about the event as soon as I turn the phone on.
However, if I create an 'all day' event then I'd expect to see a reminder at 00:00. However, if my phone is switched off at this time when I switch my phone back on I get no notification whatsoever.
Does anyone else see this same issue, where all day event notifications that are missed due to the phone being off are not postponed until the phone is next turned on?
Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks!
There is no facility for an alarm/calendar entry to switch the phone back on it it is off.
This is mostly a feature of dumb/feature phones, and whilst I know it's a retrograde step in many ways, most modern smartphones are just designed to be left on all the time.
Regards,
Dave
EDIT: Sorry, I misread your post. You were just asking why you don't get a reminder for all day events when the phone is switched back on again. Sounds like a bug to me.

That's OK. I'm wondering if this is a general Android bug, a Froyo bug or a bug in the specific ROM I have flashed (official rooted HTC Froyo).
Does anyone fancy doing a test?:
1) Create an all day event dated for tomorrow, with a reminder.
2) Switch the phone off when you go to bed tonight.
3) Tomorrow morning, when you wake up & switch your phone on, do you get a reminder for the all day event that would have triggered at midnight when you were asleep?
I'd really appreciate it if anyone could give it a go! Thanks.

[Q] Screen stays on for too long after receiving text

Hi. I've been in a dilemma all afternoon and it's been literally 8 hours that i've been looking for a solution to this but I can't find one. So i've decided to post here.
I have a Sprint TP2, on the latest EnergyROM.
Here's my problem:
Everytime I receive a text when the phone is on standby, the screen will turn on, and it will stay on for the next 1 minute. So my phone would be on and wasting battery for the next 1 minute. I'm concerned because I receive a lot of texts a day, I've overclocked my phone and it uses a lot of battery when it is on, and i barely have enough battery to get me through the day. The setting for the phone to turn off is at it's lowest (1 minute), and if i had my way, I'd like it to be set at 5 minutes because i dont like the screen to turn off while i'm doing something.
Is there a way for the screen to turn on when I receive a message, then turn back off after around 3 seconds (like the iPhone)?
or maybe a sure-fire way to keep my phone from waking up when i receive a text?
I actually searched for the setting/registry tweak that completely disables "wake up on SMS" but weirdly, it doesn't work for me and for many other people.
I've tried using the proximity-off feature, but it's not as effective as i want it to be.
If you have any suggestions for me, please let me know. Thank you!

If you like the iPhone look, then you could use a lockscreen to get the results you're looking for. S2U2 is a lockscreen resembling the iPhone one. It also has tons of features to play with including one to set the screen timeout in seconds. I used to have it set to 10 seconds, but you could do three if you wish.
S2U2 did the trick! thanks!
Keep screen off after receiving text
Finally found a thread that is similar to what I'm looking for. I have a Sprint HTC Touch Pro2 CDMA with Energy Rom installed and I wanted to know if there was any way to keep the screen from turning on when I receive a text.
I would still like it to turn on when I receive a call, just not a text because when I receive a text, I normally let it sit in my pocket for a while before I respond (I do a lot of driving)... which means that right now, it is just sitting in my pocket with the monitor on, wasting battery life.
I've tried everything from going through the general settings to Total Commander. Have not figured it out yet and would GREATLY appreciate it if anyone could help me out with this.
Thanks in advance!

I wasn't able to get the screen not to turn on at all. Just download S2U2. The screen will turn on when you get a text, but depending on your setting, it will turn off after a few seconds when youre on the lockscreen. S2U2 works wonderfully. Try it.
Screen off help
Check out this THREAD for a possible fix. It works for me!
Yeah, I tried S2U2... was just hoping there would be a way to completely disable the screen from turning on at all when receiving a text.
Thanks for the help!

Anyone having this same issue?

I have been experiencing a strange issue. My messages and facebook updates don't seem to come in until I wake the phone up. When in standby state, no messages seem to come in. If anyone has heard of this problem, let me know. And if there is a fix point me in the right direction, I would be great-full. Thanks in advance.
It seems like you have a very simple solution.
Just go into the apps that you want it to update every so often and in settings set it to like 30, 1 hour, 2 hour, ect. After that make sure you leave your wifi on or your data on so it can update your status's every so often.
Hoped I help you out!

To/From Work Commute Notifications Missing

So, I was getting notifications in the morning that showed travel time to work, and would update if something changed like traffic. Same for my commute home. Well, I factory reset my phone when the January update came out, hoping to fix a couple issues, and that's when they stopped. I actually use these since there are several ways I can get to work, all on highways that can have severe traffic very quickly. In maps and assistant settings, the commute stuff are all set to on, notifications are also on. I'm not sure what the hell is going on here... Also, I was on Google beta, but I went back to stable when weather stopped showing up, no change. Anyway, anyone have any ideas here? This is very annoying. I don't want to factory reset my phone again...
Mine doesn't go off every day. Might take a little bit to learn your routine after the reset?

I see mine sporadically. I think the only time I saw it this week so far was Monday. Havent seen it since.
Looks like a fix is rolling out.
https://www.androidpolice.com/2019/...notifications-on-android-are-broken-for-some/
you can set up an alarm that is set to assist that will tell you traffic condtions
Mine was working fine before the quarantine few months ago, but stopped working when I got back to work. I have reinstalled google maps and enable all the notification and related settings. I even tried the same with my other phone using another google account with no success
