Need help with Network Unlock and/or Reactivation Lock - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 4

So I got this N910A from my aunt from the US who passed it down to me and I forced factory reset it after she gave it to me through the bootloader. Anyway, she tells me she forgot her Samsung account and password so I had no choice but to go through the Aptoide route to be able to use it again. I'm asking help on what I should do to be able to use the phone with my country's simcard because it's network locked. I could do without the reactivation lock since I can use the phone anyway, but having the Samsung account removed permanently so I can add my own would be a great help because currently, adding a "Samsung account" through Settings > Add Accounts doesn't do anything when I tap on it

TOOL Bypass Google Account Verification - Anyone, take a look?

Hi,
Tried to resolve the Google Verification by this tool.
Looks like everything went smouthly.
I did that bc's after trying to use the phone with a new SIM and it gave me the Google Verification thing.
Maybe it is a stupid quesion...but:
If i successfuly inserted the new sim (and it working) after completed the the first boot without the new sim(Language, Google and so on) and it worked => it should'nt do any problems with this verification anymore?

Doesn't work on Flex 2 ATT

Service message center option is read only (greyed out)

Hi,
I just replaced my sim card on an LG G4 (H815)
I can no longer send text messages.
I went through the options and saw the message center number is incorrect (it's configured to be for subscription customer and I'm on prepay)
The option however is greyed out and I've been struggling for the last 2 hours to find a way to change it to the correct one.

Problem solved
In case anyone gets to this problem, I was able to fix it by putting the sim card into another phone that has the ability to change this service center number.
Once I did that, I put it back into LG G4 and it worked.

I just unlocked my phone... When i startup i got this screen... What should i do?? I cannot get into the phone. And cannot translate... Phone is connected through wifi

after connecting to Wifi, tap Back, it will prompt you the Mi account that you used to connect with this device. Input & done.

That start screen got me worried too until I used my wife's phone with the Google Translate app to see what it said - then as the chap above pointed out it was just a matter of connecting to my wifi, hitting the back arrow and then entering my Mi account password.

Moto G5s - uncertified

Hello!
Couple days ago my telephone lost the Google Protect certificate, I don't know why. I tried removing the Google Play's data, GSF's key on Googles site, and it doesnt work, still. What's funny, every application from Google works (that is Google Play Store in general), but Google Pay is not working, and I reeeeeeaaaaaly need it. What should i do?

It had ROM reinstalled twice using fastboot. No rooted, no OEM unlock, no bootloader unlocked.

I get this annoying notification all day long, it goes away and pops up again after a few minutes. The SIM slot is ok and the SIM card is functional. I tried another SIM card from different provider and the same problem exists. I also select the network manually but to no avail . I called my network provider and they confirmed that everything is fine with the network. This is the first time I have this problem. The phone has never been physically damaged or software modified.
I appreciate any advice or help. Thanks!
