Can I install theme chooser on a stock rom 4.1.2 ?

Nope have to be unlocked rooted and using a custom rom that has it built in.

Which is the best 4.1.2 Stock Firmware for N5100?

Hi, i want to know which is the best 4.1.2 stock firmware, that has better battery, s-pen accuracy, smoother performance, etc.

MH1 is 4.2.2 i need the best 4.1.2
So far i think this is the best (i haven't tried it, i think because of country and changelist), anyone thinks different?

Btw, you can use a ROM image from another country, as long as it matches your model number. I have used several different versions on Note Pro 12.2 wifi, and can't tell any difference.

How do you use it? Do you flash the stock and the boot animation files in TWRP? Or do you just download them on your phone?
