use standard root method (root kit for i9070 from this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1660419)
at Point 10 just choose XXLD3 (which could be downloaded from other site), it should work well.
just remember that FLASHING ROM requires that you will use proper rom i.e. rom dedicated for i9070P not for i9070
cya,

Just to confirm, using the standard root method will unlock the phone?

rooting the phone does not unlock it, but you will have to root if you want to unlock it.

Ver 2.3.6
I9070PXXLD4
Kernel : 2.6.35.7 [email protected]#7
Build: GINGERBREAD.XXLD4
I rooted with superuser, installed busybox 1.20.2
But with Galaxy S Unlock at first step it wrote " Error, Not Saved"
But I found in the SD the folder "Galaxy_s_Unlock" with inside:
efs ( folder with inside it many folders and files )
efs_save_for_sgsII.tar.gz
efs_save_for_SGSII.tar
But I cant go to the second step.

Here at work we are gonna receive some Galaxy tab 3 10.1 tablets.
As known, the software on this tablet doesn't support multi-users. (android 4.2.2)
There is an app to do this (Multiple User Enabler or switchme), but this requires ROOT acces. I can't do that, because the tablet isn't mine. I don't want to take the risk to break it.
Does anyone know wich other options there are to do this?
Seen 3 multi-user apps and all require Root rights. I guess there's no option without root.
Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk
I'd be interested in a non root multiuser app for Tab10.1 aswell

It probably will never work without root!
It needes to change system files else you wont be able to switch anyhow...
The software doesnt support multi-user, so how would you want to change the software? Yup by rooting else you wont have access.

Hello,
I would like to know how to install the Galaxy Wearable app on my rooted Galaxy S9 (SM-G960F) running Lineage OS 15.1(-20190429-NIGHTLY-starlte), I have followed the instructions on every thread I could find numerous times and I'm still getting the following message:
Notice
The operating system on your phone has been modified in an unauthorised way, and is not compatible with the Samsung Gear app. Check your operating system and try again.
Any questions please feel free to ask and I will reply ASAP.
Use Magisk Hide.

this is a build.prop issue
jaroulz, what did you change in the build.prop? You basically need to tell the watch that its not a samsung device. I always chose HTC in the alternate build.prop choices and it worked 100% of the time
It's all sorted now mate, I used the props mod from Magisk in order to modify the file build.props following the tutorial posted by EvilWayz in a different thread.

It might be a stupid question but once I've done all of this and managed to start the Samsung app, can I revert the file build.props to what is was before? Or does it need to stay like this forever? Using the Magisk Props Mod, how do I revert back to the original build.props file? Is there any backup file somewhere?

no stupid questions man! if you revert, itll likely crop back up as a problem. Its been a while since ive had to deal with it, but im thinking its a bad idea to revert

The tima secure needs to stay the same.
Thats all we used to modify was ro.tima.secure from 1 to 0

Changing it to 0 will allow shealth yo work on a rooted device sorry. Which imo is part of wearable. Since i use both togethor
Of you already flashed a build prop tweak it may be done. But in the past this was all we needed
If you google it. There are loads of pages on it

Hey jaroulz, I've tried changing samsung to htc in 4 different places in build.prop but no joy for me, is that all you did? FWIW I'm on s10e with LOS 17.1 so might be something additional that I have to do.
Also no sign of that ro.tima.secure entry on mine.

Yes indeed. You must for example flash from sammobile a possible csc-file for this device.

Yes. I changed CSC on a Tab S4 LTE with 256 GB internal RAM. I flashed it with DBT-Firmware from sammobile and Odin. Now I use it rooted with Magisk and cts-fix with Android 10. I have read much here on XDA. But I´m no expert in this, I understand it in the moment I use it and then I forget the details. Also I changed years ago a Samsung S4 with Alexandres debloated Software.

No, you can't,it is very dangerous.. (possibly brick)
You can flash CSC only for your model or some "compatible" CSC for your device.(maybe "CSC"from another country)
Download from playstore the " PHONE INFO ☆SAM☆" application, and look there all compatible CSC for your device etc...

Try using true phone, it's a dialer replacement that has tons of customization options and it includes a call recorder but on my fold3 I couldn't ever get it recording without distortion

Roms are listed on this zfold3 forum BUT there aren't many because most of the zfold3s aren't rootable.
Think it's the Indonesia firmware that has call recording enabled. If you search the forum there's been posts about people doing it. You need odin, it won't trip KNOX but you will factory reset and your csc will change which could affect Samsung pay

Guide to root Galaxy Z Fold 3(B/N/0), unlock bootloader and flash official firmware (noob friendly)
Your warranty is now void. If you root your device, Your KNOX status will be tripped. You can still pass the safety net after you root if you follow the instructions. I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards although it is not...
