Does anyone know what the notification message left above means in the corner.

Think its from some installed app. I never seen it in any system files before, as i check them out a lot while theming.

How do you get the "quick settings" drop down on the G4?

Is it possible to get the "stock" quick settings feature to show in the notifications shade on the G4?
