IMO it is worth downloading. The gap for messages is gone,haptic feedback for full screen navigation is working,night mode and qr scanner is present and working.
Does it impact battery life and performance?

Night mode, qr scanner, and charging animation was in the update last month for Sprint. Not sure about haptic feedback though since I don't even use gestures.
The screen looks sharper to me as well idk or maybe it's just me.

MR 4 means Maintenance Release 4.
It's their 4th maintenance release for the phone.
I think it went EL26 -> EL29 -> FF18 -> FH13. were all OTAs
Was expecting this since they added FH13 to the open source page this morning as mentioned over here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=30559316&postcount=202

As long as the "core" apps are in place and all you did was root, according to the sfhubs threads with one clicks, you'll get the ota.
That being said - being rooted alone, people have failed at getting ota pushes.
If you really want ota, best bet is to go back stock and unless anyone can say different, that means going back to ek02..
(My 2 cents..)

Ive had a few so far. When setting ringtone it hangs a second vibrates, hangs again then vibrates a few times. But it keeps the setting.
Also when I went into Blocking Mode menu, kept disabled, then when I backed out got a toast about how to turn on blocking mode and the screen filckered blue a few times.
I did forget (on purpose ) to factory reset before applying the ota, so its probably my fault!

But then the XDA snob kicked in and said "why isn't there a leaked ROM on here already deodexed lol?" So spoiled. I'm sure there will be a deodexed version posted Wednesday, if not earlier. What they mean is... wait for a dev to work their magic fingers on this update and then just flash that. No Odin back to stock and upgrading(ota). This will make it much easier and faster.

Anyone know the correct order to achieve this?
I'm guessing I need to flash non custom boot manager, then use triangle away? Then take the ota?
