few question about stock & custom rom.

Hello guys, I'm new here (bought zenfone about 2 days ago ^^) now I have CM, I'm interested which custom/stock rom you suggest for daily use? more battery/performance? I have asus zenfone ZE550ML.

Use stock,it's the best...just update it to latest version

Agreed, stock is best.

im using stock on my 550ml since april 2015....i notice so little difference compared to custom roms...and i dont have to worry on ota updates..since asus do regular updates...im getting 4 to 5 hours sot on heavy games..

Poor call quality in custom nougat rom

Guys when I use ROM like viper aex nougat version other party complaint me about the call quality what should I do help me and if I use Oreo based aex or jaguar then they complaint less but Oreo ROM heats a lot and less stable as compare to nougat ROM so help me guys

Try Mi or 1+ rom because the quality of voice & video call ,which i check is was awesome.

i would really appricate if u give me the link of both rom and what about battery life and gaming and heating??? on both these rom

these roms have google sync problems, otherwise they are awesome.

Mi is 10.3.18 Latest version from narshi shukla builds
1+ is 31.3.18 Latest version from narshi shukla
Yesterday i know that the new version of Mi rom it come in china. I am downloading the rom but first try 1+ rom then try Mi rom. Tell i will check the latest build of china Mi rom which launch yesterday and tell you results.
But try 1+ rom it stable and battery friendly . I am also using this rom for 8 days .

Remaining the contact syn problem , use this method to sync the contacts.

Google
Restore Contact
Or first backup contacts in third party app and save to google drive or anywhere you want to save.

want to downgrade to 9.5.13

i am using note 5 ai 4/64 global 9.5.17. i have unlocked bootloader,twrp installed with root access. i want to downgrade to 9.5.13 as i have heard it was the best rom for note 5 ai..can i do this witout antirollback effect? or any chance of bricking my device? thanx in advance.

Its safe to down grade from 9.5.17.0 to whatever rom
Antirollback started with 9.5.19.0

9.5.17 is on Anti 3 so you can but do check this for any doubts

I think 9.2.4 was best ROM interms of battery backup

Hi Anybody Active? Need some help for my MI Max

I have Mi max Hydrogen with bootloader unlocked. I have used stock miui for over 2 years and now I want to switch to Custom rom. So anybody can sugegst the best and stable custom rom available here? If not 100% stable, Please tell me the cons and provide the link here.
Also, if I don't like any rom, Can I switch it back to stock miui version with Android Nougat?
And, is this safe to use bank apps with custom firmwares?

you can try liquid remix,msm xtended or pixel experience, i am on liquid remix quite good and also you can flash custom kernals such as foe or weed,and yes you can switch to stock miui whenever you want
