How to getting support more band Frequency in software way ?

Hi All,
i just bought LG pro (E988) from Hong Kong, However, i found that it's not support 3G in Canada due to different frequency
( 850/1900 vs 900/2100). is it possible to gain more radio band reception by software way ? e.g Flashing ROM, Modem or etc.

P1C72 ROW have all lte bands unlocked?

Hi,
As titled, I would like to know if P1C72 ROW, has all lte bands or which lte bands he has?
A ROW rom will only work on a ROW phone, correct? I mean, if the phone is CN won´t accept or work with a ROW rom, or am I wrong?

Many have successfully flashed p1a42 firmware (ROW) over p1c72 (CN) including myself. Others have reported that more LTE bands were then unlocked but I can't vouch for that as my LTE carrier also supports some bands already useable by the CN model, so I won't know for sure

Hi All, I have a China purchased P1c72 and updated it and it went pear shaped, I have managed to load a ROM that operates (P1a42_S152_160126_ROW) but it appears to have messed up my sim settings, none been seen, when I do the #### region code thing, it has no option for UK/Ireland...anyone able to help, maybe help me find a ROM or easyimage.zip to get a fix

Fixed.... Restored the qcn in recovery, have the sim working.

Also m n Hi ot sure if baseband and bootloader matters for rom update? Current baseband is N910TUVU1ANK4. Not sure how to change baseband and bootloader. Please guide me step by step how to update my phone from current specifications to marshmallow. Thankyou
Also i want to know how to force 4g/LTE network on my phone. There is no option in the menu to keep my phone at 4g only. I can choose to keep my phone on WCDMA only (3G) or GSM only (2G) but for LTE it says LTE/WCDMA/GSM auto connect. I want it to stay on 4g all the time like LTE only network. Please help. Thankyou

Question IMEI

I have a question about the Lenovo P2 and the IMEI. I bought a Lenovo P2 from China with a P2a42 Firmware. The phone works perfectly here in Colombia (covers all 2g, 3g and 4g bands) but it was blocked because the Lenovo P2 is not homologated and to do so, it is necessary to show an FDD certificate (which does not exist). So after days of investigating, I just discovered that the only way to make my Lenovo P2 work again here in Colombia is by changing the IMEI. To do that, I have done the next things:
- Unlocked the bootloader
- Installed the TWRP
- Rooted the phone with magic scan
Now, I think I am near to do my lasts steps, but I have not find information about changing the IMEI in this phone. Do you know something about that? is there any chance to do that?

Hello everyone this is Salman . I have bought Oneplus 8T Chinese variant with global rom flashed in it . On checking the compatibility in jio app . It's showing that my device is not compatible with jio 5G . I talked to oneplus and jio about this and they have no clue , how to fix this. Please anyone here for help

Why you flash not the india build on your phone ?

i would suggest if you want to use an indian network

Well I'm currently in india as i live here. Anything that can help to get 5G on my device is fine

Doesn't matter. You should test your speed first.

if you live in india anyway i would just test the india build (actually 5g should then work with your provider)
