Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the phone where my notification LED is constantly on (Red). Even if I take out my battery, and re-insert the LED immediately comes on as soon as the battery makes contact.
So, I need to take the phone back to EE as it's under warranty.
But, I'm on the Custom Beanstalk ROM. So, I've tried to Flash the Stock ROM (Downloaded from SamMobile) using ODIN, by following the instructions in the thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2032849
But, now when the phone restarts it seems to be in loop, as all it does is keep bringing up the Samsung logo.
What's gone wrong? Some quick help is great as I have only today to take the phone back to EE.
Also, When I get into the Download Mode, I still see the options at the top left hand corner as Custom, Yes (6 something), Samsung Binary
Please help!!!

UPDATE: After having retried the process, without checking the Auto Reboot option in ODIN, I have now successfully managed to install Stock, and it's rebooted fine.
But, I still one issue when I get into the Download Mode: What I see is:
PRODUCT NAME: GT-N7105
CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: Yes (6 counts)
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
All looks ok, except the Flash Counter. How do I set that to 'No'
Run triangle away before you unroot then uninstall Supersu. I think that's it. If you have uprooted all ready you will have to root again. I'm pretty sure dr ketan has written a guide
Sent from my GT-N7105 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I ended up having to use CF auto-root, I was able to update cwm from within it.
After I tried rooting (didn't notice the guide I was using was 3 years old until it was too late) my phone got the "KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING" and "SET WARRANTY BIT: KERNEL" . And it would not ****ing start up. My phone was 4.4.4 and I was trying to flash some 4.2.2 or later stuff onto it I guess, it messed my phone up. The only one and I mean ONLY one that would work was the 4.2.2 auto-root.
I was on kies before all of it and now kies won't even read my phone. Any way I can get my phone back to normal now, and possibly try the rooting again? It's slow and laggy now, my SD card won't be read, and my wifi doesn't work. I'm quite miserable but at least my phone works.. I have root access now so maybe I can fix it from within the phone? I appreciate the help!
EDIT: I tried getting cyanogen rom onto it and it got all messed up again after that, wouldn't get past cyanogen loading animation so I had to figure out how to fix it again for another 3 hours -.-

Go to this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-tmobile/general/firmwares-official-mdl-mk2-nb4-t2816508
Download the NH7 or NK2 firmware (both are 4.4.4) and flash it using ODIN. Not sure why Kies isn't seeing your phone, it should, but ODIN should work. You may have to flash, pull battery, flash again, all without rebooting, for it to take.
This will get you back to stock. Then, if you want to root, get the CFAutoRoot for the phone, this will flash a non-stock recovery to give you root. This will give you the SEANDROID messages you were seeing. Use Triangle Away, if you want to get rid of them.

It won't read it because my phone is now too old of a device for the program (2.2.2 or whatever). Thank you very much I'm trying all this right now, finally a firmware download that doesn't take 6 hours because of horrible servers!
I will update on if this works or not, I'm guessing it will
I am having a similar situation. I used CM installer to root my S4 then the screen went white and the Installer stopped working. I tried to reset but only got the same Enforcing and warrant messages and the CyanogenMod loading screen.
I am trying to get to recovery mode by doing power+home+volume up button. I got into there and seeing a menu of commands. What should I do now? Will factory reset get me back into original state or I need to install a zip?

Done and done! It all worked out, thank you thank you!
Now to try cyanogen and my device will be back to beast mode.
Just do what he says and you should be fine; factory reset never did anything for me :/
Let me start by saying I'm new to the Samsung world, I've had HTC android phones ever since the first Hero. That being said, I was able to update my phone to 5.1.1 and use the mostly stock OF7 kernel my phone booted up the first time, starting installing some apps, then decided to reboot it. Now it just goes into the boot screen that say Samsung and in red letters up top it says "Custom Binary blocked by FRP lock". Looking back I know I should have unlocked the bootloader when I had it booted up, but I forgot. Every time I try to flash a stock kernel in Odin, it pops up with the same message, but just says "Custom Binary (Boot) blocked by FRP lock". Is there any way to get my phone to boot up again, or will I have to wait until it's possible to download the 5.1.1 firmware? Even when that download is available will I be able to fix it?
Thanks in advance.
Are you able to flash TWRP in Odin? If you can at least get to TWRP you should be able to flash a custom ROM like Sacs23.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've tried flashing TWRP in Odin and it fails and says "Custom Binary (Recovery) blocked from FRP lock".
Bummer. Are you using Odin 3.10.6? If so, then I'm stumped.

Yeah that would work and I should have done that before I restarted, but I forgot, and now I'm unable to get past the boot splash screen, and can' t access the stock recovery, pretty much the screen I can get to is the Download screen

Did you try the new TAT file of the 5.1.1. It's posted now on here. I had the same thing but I had Asurion insurance and they sent me a new device for $200 deductible.

My sm-920T t-mobile Galaxy s6 is now stuck in a boot loop on splash screen
I flashed the new note 5 kernel and firmware that just came out to it and everything was working fine until I restarted my phone and now I'm stuck in just the Samsung Galaxy s6 boot screen can't access anything but download mode do any of you have any useful info or files I may be able to flash through odin to get through this because my phone is now essentially now a locked down brick that was working awesome right before I restarted it for the first time I forget the devs. name who put out the kernel and firmware for the note 5 to work on the s6 but this damned frp block/lock has made my fully paid for s6 I just got a doorstop now and I'm so frustrated anything I'm trying to flash on odin AP. is failing and I'm just so angry. Can someone please swoop in and give me some possibly useful advice so I can get my phone to boot because it was fine..... Till the restart because just one program was f/c but I would've eventually restarted anyway so I guess once I flashed it I was doomed. DEVS PLEASE. I know someone in here has to have had the same problem and conquered it. I've tried everything in my limited repertoire. Thanks alot for any responses. I was on normal 5.1.1 s6 firmware previous was just rooted with custom recovery
Getting the same frp error. Everthing I flash through ODIN fails. Even flashing stock 5.1.1 OF7 fails. I believe it's because I was on OGA so I have to wait until the tarball for that comes out I guess. Unless anyone else has some ideas?
Try using ODIN to reload the bootloader. Google the how, there are many posts.
Hope it helps. That's what I did to get mine to work.
same-ish stuffs
So I have a new s6 on a sprint plan. Was stuck in like a boot loop with the same message in nice red letters kept coming up on the load screen. I was on OGA and had just tried to implement TWRP via the playstore. This started the boot loop. after reflashing the original rootof7.tar i had managed to get it break-free with a factory reset on TWRP(which was now working), only to have the battery die before I had a chance to do anything. after I had got it on a charger it started with the charge battery icon and the red FRP lock message. It would basically just loop there going no further unless i tried to full reset(all buttons) or download mode. Could not flash anything via odin (only recieved error messeges). Took to Bestbuy and after some shuffling around(geeksquad is terribad) I managed to get the Samsung guy to flash a stock OF7 and it works fine now. No more root or twrp and the knox reads 0x1, bu the phone is working now

can you tell me which stock rom did you use please.
Hello friends, I have a big problem, I had my S6 edge with root in version 5.0.2, and wanted to upgrade to version 5.1.1, is the download version of SamMobile.
When the install had no error with ODIN, but when I start not pass "Samsung S6 edge powered by Android" To me this was strange to me, so I wanted to regain root, put it on, and start the cell as it should do, but when you restart to be installed on "kernel", the phone will not start, the left turned on the screen, but now with a message in red "(boot) blocked by FAP lock".
Then I went to put the original Samsung software (downloaded from SamMobile) and the same thing happened again, he would not turn on the phone, and to this day has not on, any solution would appreciate it pretty please

Looks like you didn't disable the activation lock and unlock bootloader in developer options before attempting root. After you odin the 5.1.1 have you tried booting it into stock recovery immediately after? Try wiping the phone in there factory reset.

hi bro, i do not remember if deselect, I think not clear, but I can not see if this down or not, because the phone does not turn on, and try to reboot in recovery mod wipe data /factory reset, and dropped it back software, but it has not worked /: ....
As the phone natzy would say "No phone for you" ?.
If you odined 5.1.1 you may be Sol, some users that did the official ota update have recovered from this by flashing stock firmware, but those that updated to 5.1.1 using Odin have not had any luck recovering from FRP lock.

it's ruined
Hello,
Today, I decided that it was time for a factory reset. My SIII's been quite slow recently, and I've become frustrated with it. I went into settings, and got to the point where you need the PIN to reset the phone. I enter it, and everything's fine and dandy. The button to reset it's there, so I click it. The phone shuts down fine, but upon reboot, I got the "Downloading... Do not turn off target !!" screen. I attempted to restart the phone with the power button, removing the battery, the VOL+/PWR/Home combo, and the VOL-/PWR/Home combo. Nothing works. I decided to create an account here and post this.
I recently rooted this SPH-L710 with Kingo, and then installed TWRP because I thought that it could be useful in the future. I think I might have been wrong. I've never previously attempted to root this phone, nor install custom ROMs. It's on 4.4.2, not activated, and has not had issues until now.
My "Downloading..." screen contains some text in the top left; hopefully some of it is useful. It says:
Could not do normal boot.
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SPH-L710
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE
Warranty Bit: 0
BOOTLOADER RP SWREV: 2
The last three lines interested me, because I didn't see those on other phones that were in "Downloading mode."
I'm a bit of a newbie, so I apologize if I don't understand some of the terminology. What do I need to do to get my phone to boot properly?
Thanks for your time,
spsr20
Edit: It's fixed now. Thank you, madbat99!

Did you flash the right TWRP? D2spr from official TWRP site? I've never used Kingo root (nor would I). If you have a pc, the proper root is Odin flash TWRP, then TWRP flash SuperSU , or magisk.
You may have to Odin back to stock.
