Galaxy watch music and s10+ - Samsung Galaxy Watch

I cant change tracks on galaxy watch when playing Samsung music on my s10+. It doesn't show that the song is playing at all, just says "unknown". Does anybody else have this issue??

So I did reset Uninstaller and reinstall wear app and then re paired the watch, it's working now..

Is this a permanent solution for you? I've reset the watch, it works for a while but then the issue reappears. The 3 dots from the music app on the watch(were you can select the player you want to control) and i cannot connect it.

Uninstall galaxy wear app from your phone, then reinstall. worked for me

No good. Reinstalled several times already and reset the watch. Nothing helps

I had similar problem using Watch on S10 too, what I usually do is to restart both watch and phone , it is not a permanent fix as you could experience same problem after like 2 days.

the same issue popped up a while back on the S3 frontier forum. Try factory resetting the watch and repairing it to the phone. i had this with my Gear S3 Frontier and both the old S5 and current A8. Had to factory reset it via recovery to get it working last time.

No, it is not a permanent solution. I did this a couple days ago, then today it's not working again. I guess buying premium products from a premium company is not exactly a premium experience.
I'm also have dtat issues from time to time, B41 and B25 both, at different locations.

Yep it broke again. Not sure what it can be fixed without an update from Samsung :/

Unable to disconnect any call

Hi,
I am facing a typical problem that during every call if I swipe the middle white phone icon to the left to disconnect call, of does not work. I tried it multiple times. Can someone please suggest if I am doing it improperly.

I just tried to make a call from another phone to my GNex to verify and my phone is coming as Switched off. Whereas my Gnex is ON and I am able to make phone calls from it to others, but unable to receive any.
Does anyone reported similar issues?
I don't understand your problem. Your first post says you are unable to decline incoming calls. The second post says you can't receive any calls. Which one is it?

I was just doing some tests to decline incoming calls and found the second issue. Below are the problems I am facing -
1. I am unable to decline / disconnect any incoming call. If I swipe the white middle call icon to left the phone vibrates but do not disconnect the call.
2. If phone screen is off for more than 1 hours (appx.) then I think phone goes into deep sleep mode. If I try calling my gnex from other mobile then a switched off message comes. This problem is fixed once I make a dummy call / send any message to other phone.
My phone is not rooted. I would appreciate the feedbacks.

I was just searching the forums but could not any similar thread on these problems. Am I doing something wrong or is it a phone H/W issue?
I've never heard of it before. If you're on stock rom the only thing to try could be a hard reset and if that doesn't help manually reflash factory images. If all fails, I'd return the phone.

Google play will remember the purchases. They are tied to your Google account. After you login with your Google account you can download them again without charge. Even on a different phone.

I did a hard reset of my gnex. The call disconnect bug got fixed automatically but not the other one (problem# 2). My phone is still coming as switched off at times.
Anything else I can do to fix it.

this might be a dumb question, but are you running jelly bean or ice cream sandwich 4.0.4? Because 4.0.4 had signal problem...

I'd try:
1) unlock bootloader (if you haven't done this already)
2) backup /sdcard
3) flash stock JB images: https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images

Good luck, and I obviously got steps 1 and 2 mixed up: first backup /sdcard, because unlocking your bootloader will wipe it.
I am not sure if it is bug but here is what I observed in past 6 hours.
There is network issue with gnex (phone is coming switched off intermittently) when Mobile networks -> Data Enable flag is NOT checked.
But when data network link is enabled there is no issue with my phone and it works without issues or disconnects.
I have still not rooted / flashed the phone.

Incoming call bug

Has any having the problem when you get a incoming call, phone put the music on pause. I am noticing this problem on my S3 when im not even listening to music or music player being on. Please help if there is any solution to this. Thank you!

It would be great if you can give us more info on your phone. For example. What is the software or ROM are you currently using? Is it rooted? That just a start. More info the better.

Completely stock currently not even rooted and it happens to me. It is inconsistent as well. Facebook may even set it off. For some reason in or out of the car dock will do it almost every time.

This has been happening to me for a while on my NS4G (On Sprint) too. Entirely stock, latest JB OTA still reproduces. It's awfully annoying. Sad to hear it happens on other phones too.

I am on the most current update. This started with the most current update.
On a second note I have now realized that if I am listening to my music on the phone over bluetooth and I receive a text message it will pause the song, play the notification, then start a completely different song from the beginning. I may have to go full wipe and see what happens.

If a full wipe fails too, you might have to try rooting and flashing a custom ROM and see if that fixes the issue. Or you can see if ATT can replace it for you.

The phone is not rooted. The phone is updated to the latest firmware.

[Q] Problem: smarphone won't unlock in the mornig

Hi, I got a problem and i can't come up to any solution.
I got a Note 3 Neo 2 day ago. As usually, i use my phone in the evening before go to sleep, then i attach it to the charger and that's it. I just get my phone in the morning, completely charged.
This phone, otherwise, won't unlock in the morning. Screen is black, whatever button Ii press it just dosn't light on. The notification led is flashing, but maybe it is just because i got a notification before it was locked. Alarms don't sound, and this is bad, and i have to take out the battery to restart it.
Any ideas?

Do a factory reset and check. Also do not plug the phone in charger for long time..That is not good for phone, there are chances of brick.

It seems to be the update of Google Play Service app: until the 5.9 version everything works fine, starting from the 6.1 version everyone has the same problem.
Probably Samsung/Google forced the update without checking if it was compatible.

In that case the phone is in charging state or not does not matter...That happens to some samsung phone but if you root and modify it..Should not be issue on stock
Itachi.. try a soft reset first before a hard reset and see if it works..

Personally I tried only soft reset, other people tried also hard reset, but none of those has solved anything.
One of them went to the store and he got a new phone thanks to this problem, but the new one has the same problem.
Someone has flashed the stock kitkat rom from United Arab Emirates and they had no problems at all.
I guess that upgrade to kitkat is the only solution.

Moto 360 and LG G4, facing issues...

Hello, whenever I try to reply anything on my moto 360, it never gets sent, When I had the moto MAXX (latinamerican version of the droid turbo) I never had the issue, could it be something related to the LG G4? Do you know a fix?

I have moto 36o paired without issues you mentioned.
What steps have you took to resolve this issue? Because I would recommend resetting the 360 first and Try it out.
If that fails, reset the phone.

well, I havent fixed it, I tried rebooting the watch, pairing it, unpairing it and just reseted it, but experiencing the same issue ...
Also mine is paried with moto 360. No issues until now.

Ok, disconnect both devices. Reset the watch, clear android wear cache and data file, if you have moto connect app do the same, then connect the phone with watch.

Yea, I agree I uninstalled android wear, I will pair it again, if I am not succesfull I will reset my phone
Edit: you were right! I reseted my phone and now the moto 360 is working properly...

Wth is going on? my phone all the sudden just loads the playstore to load an app. Always on wake up and when I'm using my phone.

Ya. I tried everything.
Turns out some how, some way a music player app installed. Don't know how or why. Looks EXACTLY like the stock player in every way. Once I Uninstalled it phone seems to be good.
Since the update to 5.1 my phone does some really weird crap now!
