WOW, if it comes in at under 200, I will buy one. I own a hi8 pro and was looking for a larger screen. It looks like Chuwi have done a pretty nice job here and the battery is massive. I look forward to seeing its release price

I will agree with you. Chuwi is well known for making good tablets and the updated version of Hi10 looks very good! Sure would like to get one and see it in action!
Great value for (little) money
I received my Hi10 Pro with keyboard 3 days ago. Built quality is absolutely great, althought it weights a lot (not entirely bad tbh, the tablet stays firm on the surface, even when using it as a touch panel). Performances on Windows are great, and the panel itself is beautiful to look at. Resolution in nice too, I mainly use this as a study support for university and text are always very clear and nice to read. I wouldn't say it's the best tablet around but value/money it's hard to beat. I bougth it on flash sale, less than 190 euros for tablet, original keyboard ,shipping, insurance and paid import fees. Would I do that again? YES

Well it actually acts quite differently on Windows and Android. Remix OS seems to be quite more power hungry (stated I mainly use it for gaming on Android and for some basic developing tasks on Windows). Overall I'm satisfied with battery life.. Could be better but it's not bad at all.. From a 6300mAh I didn't expect more.

You have chuwi almost one year, right?
Does it still have good performance after 1 year?
Can you be more spesific about battery life? Like SOT and stand by time?
I bought this tablet from Aliexpress three days after , it makes a Windows update the device is a blue screen and then it turns off it does not want to start, I consulted the forum Chuwi, and I tried all the possible combinations keys without results. The tablet does not answer and does not want to light up.

This is the worst piece of garbage I have ever owned, and like you I was stupid enough to buy it from alexpress, a companythat will not allow you to return it, no matter how many faults it has.
They are in China, youhave no chance! At Amazon I could have returned it immediately, but atthattime Amazon did not sell it
WARNING ! DO NOR BUY THIS!

Does not even have GPS and cannot be rooted!

UMi Plus E Review [4k]: $270 for 6GB of RAM!

Hey guys, this is the UMi Plus E Review, the cheapest phone with 6GB of RAM! I really like the UMi Plus E and while it is a good phone, it faces stiff competition from others. So the "E" in the UMi Plus E stands for "Extreme", making the name a rather long UMi Plus Extreme, so I (and pretty much everyone else) has shortened it to just UMi Plus E.
UMi Plus E Specifications:
Mediatek Helio P20 MTK6757 Octacore Processor
5.5" 1920x1080 IPS LCD
6GB/64GB
Android 6.0 Marshmallow
13MP/5MP Camera (4K capable)
4000mAh Battery
185g, 15.60 x 7.60 x 0.91 cm
Let me know what you think about the UMi Plus E in the comments down below!
Received this phone today. WiFi won't automatically connect. If I eave the WiFi signal and come back the WiFi won't connect automatically? Any one know how to fix?

Redmi 5 Plus (Note 5) vs Redmi Note 5 Pro - What to buy?

Apart from the dual cameras and the new 636 SoC, what else is there to upgrade to this from a RN5?
Lacks all the Mid-Range premium features like NFC, USB-Type C etc.
Obviously the Note 5 Pro!

Well I think I am gonna wait for Moto G6 Plus. It will surely have NFC and probably USB-C too. I am using Android Pay (G5 Plus) and although I don't need it, it would be annoying to go back.
If you're going for the Redmi Note 5, then go for the 3GB/32GB variant. And if you're going for the Redmi Note 5 Pro, then go for the 4GB/64GB. Both are worth are that price
Note 5 Pro
Redmi Note 5 Pro has many features that engaged you to buy it. It has a stunning 5.99-inches full-HD+ (1080x2160) display with stunning image quality. It's dual rear camera makes it more beautiful.
Pros:
Gorgeous Display
Great Camera Quality under daylight conditions
Excellent Battery Backup
No lag while multi-tasking and gaming
Fast and Accurate Face unlock
Cons:
No fast charging
Hybrid Sim Slot

Question X80 pro vs P30 pro

I'm on my 3rd year with the Huawei P30 pro. By far the best phone I've owned, and the camera is holding up really well.
I have seen just about every review of the Vivo on youtube, and it seems like a strong performer compared to current flagship phones.
Have any of you upgraded from the P30 pro? While the nightmode seems to be the strong point of the Vivo, the wide angle and zoom seems average at best. How do these lenses compare to the P30 pro and do you think it's a worthwhile upgrade? I'm a bit concerned about all the reports of overheating and stuttering. The P30 pro is smooth like butter regardless what I throw at it.

P30 Pro...extraordinary phone, it keep a better zoom, but, the vivo X80 Pro wins in almost everything else
The 5x zoom is noticeably worse on the vivo? That's crazy on a flagship phone which is 3 years newer. I use the zoom quite a lot so might wait for either the x80 plus (just rumors for now) or the S23

i could say tie... the X80 pro + has been cancelled
If it's a tie I will be happy. I just read about the cancellation of the + and possibility of a X90 pro with a 1" sensor in December. Will hold off for now and hope it will be released in the UK as well.
Vivo X90 Pro+: December-bound flagship slated to crush the Galaxy S23 with its new telephoto lens, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and 1-inch camera sensor
Twitter leaker has confirmed key specifications of the upcoming Vivo X90 Pro+. The flagship smartphone will be launched in December with high-end cameras, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, Samsung E6 AMOLED screen, LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage.

I switched with the P30 Pro and I don't regret it. Not that the P30 Pro is bad, but it needed a change. The Vivo feels snappier, the night photos are great. There are a few things that bother me, but I probably wouldn't change back.
I switch from P30 Pro also and all what i can say Vivo X80 Pro is like you have P30 Pro on steroids...Have all what P30 Pro have plue much better
I've had the Mate 40 Pro and switched to the Vivo x80 Pro.
Zoom appears to be slightly better on the Vivo, night shots and HDR is better on the Vivo and pixel binned photos(aka normal AI mode) are about the same, BUT...
The Mate 40 Pro have a hidden secret that beats all the phones in the camera department most of the time, that secret sauce called 50MP AI mode.
It takes a couple of picture with the full resolution for 3 seconds, combine them and create an almost noise free full resolution picture with amazing detail and sharpness, it easily beats the vivo full res mode(works great at night as well).
I also use the desktop mode on my P30 pro when travelling. It's genius. Heard some people say its not working on the x80 pro. Can anyone verify?
Can't get the desktop mode to work But screen mirroring is ok
To be noted that VLC supports desktop mode and will properly play videos on the external monitor/tv

Did anyone ever get it to work or its officially not working on the x80 pro? Pretty big deal if not as it's one of the advertised features that is really useful!
