PX5 MTCD / 2nd SD Card not working - USB devices unmounting randomly - MTCD Android Head Units General

Hello all,
I need your helps.
I've a "PX5 - 4GB RAM / 32GB ROM" with 2 SD card & 2 USB slot.
I've some problems with SD cards / USB slots
1st SD: (named as GPS Card): working normal, but when I try to copy some content to Internal memory device freeze occurs.
2nd SD: (named as SD Card): not working
USB 1 / USB 2: working when device booted up for a while, than device shows a message "USB unmounted!", sometimes it remounts again without doing anyting.
Sometimes usb unmounts with in 1 minutes after device booted up, sometimes with in 30 minutes. How can I fix this problems?
I saved a dmesg.log after USB unmounted.
Please check my dmesg.log
Thanks.

USB drive can run always. But; if the weather is colder USB unmounts in a few minutes, if the weather is hot, USB unmounts in 20-30 minutes.
I read some texts about Rockchip CPUs has USB bugs at kernel level.

[Q] SD Mounting Issues on Car Stereo

hiya.
running GV1.5, have tried after a 100% clean wipe, have tried reformatting SD card, it's none of that... also, for the record, this is a factory HTC USB cable.
this is not a GV problem, but it might be Gingerbread-related (it started with a CM7 rom). ONLY happens when I am plugging in my phone in via usb to my car's stereo. mounting the SD card to a computer/any other device doesn't seem to be an issue:
- if I don't have USB debugging enabled, the sd card mount prompt flashes for about half a second and then disappears. it's not possible to press "mount" before it disappears, and even when I got lucky once and hit it before it disappeared, it just caused the task bar to force close. this wouldn't be an issue, but I can't have USB debugging enabled when mounting the SD card to the stereo - it makes the stereo mad.
-workaround (this works just fine, just kind of annoying) is to enable USB debugging, then connect usb, mount SD card and after it has mounted, disable USB debugging.
just curious if this is a known issue with any one else? kind of unique situation I suppose, so I'm not sure if anyone has run into this.
appreciate any insight!

[Q] Battery and SD problem

My Desire was connected via a USB cable to my laptop and the battery was at 100%. The battery suddenly emptied and the unit was powered off itselfs. I reconnect USB cable and charging started. Then I noticed that the SD card is not mounted "SD card blank or has unsupported filesystem error". It is interesting that the SD EXT worked without problems. After formating SD FAT partition SD worked like a charm. This happens to me a second time, first was with another rom so not suspecting that the rom caused the fault.
Does anyone know what could cause such errors.
Attached battery diagram.

Problems with SD card

First, I think there should be an option when plug a USB from computer to have a 'Charge Only' mode, like HTC phones. Most of the time when I plug a USB in I just want to charge, not transfer files.
But the real problem is it always defaults USB mass storage - and everytime it does that my phone cannot read SD Card until I select some other option like MTP. However once I have de-selected it from USB mass storage, there are still problems of my phone reading the SD Card, it could one of the following:
1) the SD card is not detected at all, even in Files or ES File Explorer etc. Another indicator is in Settings-Storage it doesn't show an SD Card is detected
2) the SD card is detected it but takes a long time, maybe 5 mins or so for it to index all my files - as shown in the fact that it takes approx 5 mins for my images to show in Gallery, and 5 mins or so for all my music to show in JetAudio
My SD card is fairly large at 32GB but I'm not having problems on my other phones

[Q] My Passport was working, now I get USB storage is blank or has unsupported

I have a WD My Passport 2TB USB drive. It WAS working fine, I plug it into my PC and my tablet and then yesterday afternoon I started getting the error "USB storage is blank or has unsupported filesystem". I might have unplugged it from android without clicking to safely remove it.
Key info:
-It works fine on my PC, and I did a tools and Error-checking on my PC on the drive and it found now errors. And I deleted files on the drive related to Android
-It's NTFS format.
-I have restarted the tablet, cleared the cache partition.
-Any other USB drive works fine on the tablet.
-IT DID WORK GREAT UNTIL YESTERDAY AFTERNOON.
Any thoughts? are there any files within android related to a specific USB deviced that could be locked/corrupt I can delete that might clear this?
This had happened before on a different tablet/different USB device and power cycling the tablet cleared the problem.
Could there be a setting issue that has changed that is stopping the Passport from getting the power it needs?
No one had any thoughts on this?....
does all other ntfs drives don't read too?
does all other ntfs drives don't read too?

Problem with connection to PC

There are a few problems with the connection to my PC:
1. If I try to move a file on my phone memory or SD card to another folder (still on phone memory or SD card) it loads forever and does nothing, if I stop the process, the file is GONE!
2. Same with copy-paste, process never ends.
3. Sometimes when copying files from PC to the phone, after a while the transfer stops, it says the phone is disconnected or not answearing.
It makes file transfering so hard... Any ideas what is it and how to solve?
Thanks!
First things. Have you checked your phone data port is clean of dirt? Have you tried other USB cables? I recent folded one of my cables and it hasn't worked right since.
Next what phone model and Android are using?
Had these bugs before with my Tablet. Here are some tips you should try:
- Change your USB Cable or USB ports.
- Try switching the USB connectivy functions on your phone and switch it a few times between MTP and Camera or others.
- Try with a different Computer.
- Try putting your SD card on an adapter or on another Device to check if it's not damaged.
Hopefully one of these work
