Do cases for the Tab fit on the Note?
Can't really find any cases I want, so I was thinking I could get the Tab case and use that.

The Note is larger - it won't fit at all unless the original case was VERY loose/flexible.
Nope

No they don't.
They are smaller.
I'm also waiting for the release of the note case.
I'm using a generic sleeve while I wait.
That sucks for me lol I ordered a galaxy tab 2 case but today took the galaxy tab 2 back for refund and got the galaxy note 10.1 now I'm going to get a case delivered that I can't even use lol

I am holding out for the Samsung book cover as well. I really like the quality of the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and hope that the Notes is similar quality. Just wish they would get it out!

Not only does it not fit, do not buy anything from iLuv listed as fitting the Note 10.1....their site doesn't list any product for the Note 10.1, but plenty of sellers out there lying. I just return a folio/keyboard of theirs. barely could get it in and it offered no protection, since it was too wide

I am wondering if GSMArena's measurements might be off? I received a case for a Galaxy Tab 10.1 yesterday, and my Note was actually slightly UNDERsized for it. The shorter axis (from the power button edge to the charger edge) was perfect, but the Note is about 1/8 inch shorter than the case lengthwise. The other issue, though, is that the Note's buttons/ports are not in exactly the same location as the former GTabs. And there was no stylus slot.
But, I really like the case (see the link) because it has a hard-shell back, is comfortable to hold, has a strap to hold it closed or to slip my hand through, let's me rotate my Note to stand horizontally or vertically, and lets me charge it while it is in the case. And I got it for only $10, including shipping, which is a price I don't figure to beat for a comparable case.
So, I used a pair of tin snips, a dremel, and a little bit of double-sided adhesive tape to secure my note to the modified case. Took about 15 minutes, and now I'm a happy camper...

Which edges? There isn't enough room for a perfect case in areas where the watch band comes close to the watch.

I did get the Goton tpu black & clear case. Easy to put on, looks good, no bulk or covered bezel!

Just saw this. I'm talking about a black case that covers the entire silver part of the watch, that still allows you to rotate the bezel around the face by grabbing the edges and twisting - all of them force you to push down on the front of the bezel to turn it - and most of them don't even have the holes lined up for the buttons properly?

I don't like that none of the black ones are actually black, but dark purple.
I've read that there are those that are so tight that the bezel is difficult to turn, but that it's an issue of a bit of extra plastic on the inside of the ring (leftover from the mold), and if you scrape it away with a sharp knife, your bezel will turn much easier.
i bought two off ebay, one was tpu another was rubber. both in black. tpu fitted nicely and bezels turn without any problems. the rubber one made the bezel hard to turn and didnt sit properly on the top and bottom edges. send me a pm if you need any pictures. theres one in the clock face thread.

Your Right that you can't grab the edges, but you can turn it from the top. I may trim it down my self with some kind of cutter... Other than that, they are the best around!

Looks good! Which case is that? And does it have a purple tint that you can see in bright light? All the decent black cases I've seen for sale have people reporting a purple hue.

This has alot of good reviews and look on the other threads to show how I made it fit with the black band (slight cutting very carefully). Some of the reviews did mention a putple tint but I don't see it, maybe I'm just lucky...

Hi folks,
Seeing how easy it is to scratch the bezel ring on the galaxy watch, I'm wondering if anyone has replaced the bezel ring on their galaxy watch and what the process for doing so? Is it the same as for the gear s3? I've seen some posts and videos for the gear s3 but not for the galaxy watch, but if it's the same then I can follow the same guides which looks simple enough.
P.s. these are what I found for the gear s3

Mine is scratched too. Very annoying but an Amazon seller has thin, stick on replacement that have gotten good reviews. Might be an alternative for you to fix this issue? They make them for both 42mm & 46mm.

Yes I've already ordered one of those but I've also ordered the original Samsung replacement bezel ring as well. The ringke bezel styling is only going to cover up the scratches and although the product itself looks good I'm going to want to change it up and go back to the original at some point.

Sorry, I forgot to reply.
I've been using the new bezel for few weeks now. Everything fits and turns perfectly. Maybe the coating is not as durable, but I might be wrong on this.
Overall the quality is perfect. The price...well it's not cheap. I paid 37 Euros (bezel + shipping).
AND don't forget that rounded ships ONLY the ring. That little plastic thing is not included, so please don't loose or damage it.

If you are covering up the scratched (but functional) bezel with another, then that allows you to now be able to easily turn the bezel with a case on the watch (which was originally my main complaint) about the cases. And, you can see that without the case, those Ringke bezels do not stick out much either....

Hey Kruse,
Where did you get that awesome bracelet (the light one)? It looks like it fits the watch natively.
Could you share a link for it?
Just a quick question, please. Do you have any idea how one can remove the aftermarket bezel ring, may it be from Ringke or a cheap one from Aliexpress? I have one and got tired of it and want to replace it with another one, but it's very well glued to the watch...

Just heat it up to a warm temperature making the adhesive soften up and use dental floss to cut through the adhesive.

Yes it is! It is designed so there is NO GAP between the band and the watch. The screen shot attached shows why it is superior to other bands - the link connecting to the watch itself is solid and not hollow. These are both 46mm only -

Be careful with that first link of silver band. I got my first one there cheap and although they originally had a display photo of a no gap band, the rest of their photos have a gap. I bought it and turns out it had a gap and they refunded me $10 which I used to by an $80 no gap band off Amazon.
Just some advice to be careful on which band you get.
Does anyone know if the gear s3 frontier turning bezel ring can be used on the galaxy watch too? Since the springs and bearings are the same on both watches did they use the same bezel just different design?
