Dex UHD not available - Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 Questions & Answers

I have a wifi s4 tab, I have bought a usb-c hub with hdmi, when I connect it to my 4k tv not more than 1080, in official samsung forums people report that since it has been switched to android 8 (or 8.1) this has stopped working and comes out in gray.
First, as always in all brands, the problem is the user, if your monitor does not pass well what resolution supports, if the cable hdmi, etc ... but all that with previous android was in 4k.
Can someone with tab s4 in the latest version use UHD in dex?

I have the same.problem with a third party USB C hub. Very annoying

I return to the subject to say that with android 9 the same thing happens, with the official adapter I can not put 4k in dex mode.
The curious thing is that when you go out of the dex mode to the android mode, if you put it in 4k

''Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again.''
Then ive downloaded Odin 3.07 and tryed it also with version 3.10 to install the new Firmware's:

Use a different USB cable and a different USB port, and (if that doesn't work) a different PC.
You're not bricked, there's the good news.

This Tab Pro section does not get an lot of posts, so you might have to wait a while for an answer, or you can go to the Tab S thread and ask them your questions about ODIN, the method is the same for both tablets, just don't flash an Tab S rom
I have an Tab S and not an Tab Pro, but i have loads of post in this section, I just don't know much about flashing rom`s , I know you have to boot into download mode so ODIN can start the rom update.

You need to give more info if you want someone with i9192 to help. Eg which recovery, which kernal, which ROM, are you using ODIN etc.
What you were running before you tried this flash.
Red, blue green "dots" are probably the Jelly Beans that show when you go to the settings menu like here
http://www.howtogeek.com/121197/4-h...gingerbread-to-jelly-bean/?PageSpeed=noscript
But I am not familiar with this phone as my wife's never had 4.1 installed......
You should be able to cure boot loop by install Jelly Bean via Odin (or later ROM) ...... though if problem arose when you plugged in USB maybe there is a fault with that or USB connector.
