Hello. After upgrade my E975 I have a WiFi problem - it is slow. Speedtest shows up to 4 mbps when my PC connected to the same router shows 60 mpbs on the same server. I had France V20a and I have done factory reset because led notifications didnt work, now Im on V20 GER and WiFi is still slow.
I don't now exactly when the problem was show up, because i didnt testing wifi after update from JB. What should I do? Factory reset again?

i have the same problem...or an even worse one. after updating, the wifi signal is really weak. i cannot find networks that other phones (or our phone before the update) are connected to. i tried everything. factory reset. re flashing the rom , nothing seems to be working...can someone please help us?
Hello!
This began about a month ago. I was using Lollipop 5.0 and had absolutely no problems with my phone until one day, all of a sudden I wasn't able to connect to my home wifi network. I enter the password and it just says saved, secured. Then I discovered I was unable to connect to any secured wifi network. I tried soft and hard restarting my phone, restarting my router, forgetting my home network and trying to reconnect, I tried clearing my Google services frame work data, and still nothing.
I finally decided to downgrade to Kit Kat and did a factory reset and loaded a stock version; no dice, I still was not able to connect to secured wifi networks. I tried rooting my device and deleting wpa_supplicants.conf, still back to square one.
I find that I am able to connect to unsecured wifi networks.
Im at my wits end, I really do not know what to do. Please help.

Hello, after receiving the December 2020 security patch my A2 lite is no longer able to connect to the internet through my home WiFi network, in a stable way at least. Restarting the phone it works for some time then internet connection drops while WiFi is still connected.
I've already tried resetting the WiFi settings first, then the factory reset with no luck.
Current build is QKQ1.191002.002.V11.0.16.0.QDLMIXM
Does anyone have any suggestion?

As the title says, my phone out of nowhere couldn't detect any 5ghz on wifi. I don't know how long this has been because I don't check what wifi I'm connected to. As long as I was connected, I wasn't worried. But today I discovered it's been connecting to the 2.4 band of my wifi.
We have lots of other devices in the house and all of them detect the 5ghz band. all of them have no connection issues with that. only this phone. I'm not sure if this has something to do with the recent update, but I have a feeling it's because of that.
Things I've already tried:
Restarting the router.
Restarting my phone several times.
Restarting my phone in safe mode. still nada.
Wiping cache partition in recovery mode.
resetting network settings (using the reset option in settings)
disabling vpns/adguards etc.
enabling option in hotspot to prefer 5g bands.
All of them and still nothing. The only thing I haven't tried is doing hard reset or factory reset because I got lots of important stuff and settings already in my phone. I hope it won't get to that point.
Please help, seriously. Thanks very much!

Try to reflash the stock firmware again... Without doing a factory reset.
Hopefully this can help.
