I want to ask if anyone is successfully using ldac on their phones. I don't seem to have that option to being with in developer options.

I have the same question.
Today I recieved a Fiio BTR5, a bluetooth DAC/AMP that supports LDAC codec.
When the BTR5 is connected with my Honor 8 Pro (Android 9.1.0.210) there seems no LDAC option in developer settings...
The Honor 8 Pro supports or not this bluetooth codec?
Ldac option not available + No Stereo Sound
My honor 8 pro is giving sound output as mono instead of stereo sound . I tried many earphones nd headphone but Issue persist. Do any one have same problem if yes Pls comment.

Hello,
I am installing my Nexus 7 into my 2009 Dodge RAM 1500 QuadCab. I have component speakers in all the doors (four channels total,) and my tweeters and subs are sharing a channel (split with crossovers) - which all runs to my five channel amp. My question is how to get the best sound from my Nexus 7 to my car amp.
I will be using a USB DAC, but that still only outputs two channels and I need those two channels to somehow turn into five, so that they can go to my five channel amp and from there to my speakers and subs. Is there some sort of audiophile custom sound board out there made for these applications? I REALLY don't want to have to use Y splitters. This would be a piece of cake if I didn't want to have that 5th channel. I would even be ok with having 6 channels.
My Amp: XD700/5
Thanks in advance for any help.
This is what I need help with:

I've got an LG G5 in work and it came with the B&O 32bit DAC mod, but it doesn't work with my pixel XL, I also have a Moto Z and it works with that perfectly, just connect it up with a USB type C cable and happy days awesome sound, any idea why it won't work with the pixel ? Is there a setting I'm missing to get it to work? Or does the Moto Z type C have something the pixel doesn't?
Thanks...

Don't have a USB-C set of headphones to test with but would selection audio source fix your issue?

you're not alone, it seems to be hit or miss. mostly miss.
see here.
Weirdly I've done nothing different it's now working!!!
Only thing I wish with this phone it had better audio built in.
Loving it otherwise...
Hi there,
First of all, I am somewhat of a noob so please pardon my ignorance.
I am using an Mi 5S device (3GB/64GB version).
I few days ago I successfully flashed RR v5.8.5 20171011.
Android version 7.1.2
Kernel version:
3.18.31-g1bb0006ffa4
[email protected] #1
The issue:
Sound output through the earpiece is fine.
I get all sorts of output when I plug in my earphones.
But I strictly do not get any "media" sound output through my phone speakers.
For example, if I play a song there is no output through the phone speaker.
Or, if I'm watching a video on youtube there is no sound unless I plug in my earphones.
But the phone speaker seems to work fine during calls. I can use loud speaker when calling anyone using the dialer or when calling someone on Facebook messenger.
Please provide a detailed step-by-step solution for this as I am a bit of a noob as I've mentioned earlier.
Thanks!

My problem in next:
At android device sound is ok.
At Music Player device too.
But at laptop with Windows10 the sound quality is very poor, sounds like a plastic one.
My topic about searching for owners of the earbuds and asking them for their settings which they like and for what model to improve sound quality.
To be clear I'm looking for Equalizer APO settings, or just .irs files for hje118 and hje125 (own both).
So, if summarize:
1. If you are owner of Panasonic HJE-118 or HJE-125 please share your experience how are you improve the sound in these earbuds?
2. If you think, the sound out the box is ok in these earbuds, sorry, i'm not agree with you, and impulse file greatly increase sound quality from poor chinese 1$ headphones to the price what they cost.
Hello all,
Didn't see a post about this unit yet.
Recently purchased. Wanted to share my experience for anyone else interested in this unit.
I purchased the unit from Amazon for the prime shipping.
The pictures on Amazon weren't as up-to-date as the Eonon website.
Also the provided instructions are very lacking.
There was no mention of part #7 Audio cable Designed for Bose anywhere.
My vehicle has the BOSE speakers, even after the cable was installed I was left scratching my head....
*instructions also didn't mention needing to turn on ExAmp (external amplifier) inside sound settings!
I've currently tested out ODBII, and i'm considering getting the DAB+ add on
Anyone else have any experience with this head-unit?
