hi
How do I lock the boot loader phone?
this work can with Gnex toolkit?
Don't use a toolkit.
If you've set up drivers on your computer and use the command line to unlock your phone, the process is the exact same. Connect to your PC, navigate to the folder with Fastboot and ADB in it. Reboot your phone into Fastboot Mode and type:
Code:
fastboot oem lock
If you need help with restoring your software to stock before locking your bootloader, here's a good thread to look at: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1626895

Are you trying to return to stock for warranty or sale? You should just completely flash the device to nuke everything. Don't try to delicately unroot, just flash the stock images it'll wipe everything. When its all done, lock the bootloader. The guide above gives you everything you need.
Can I lock back the bootloader in my Galaxy Nexus to go back to stock?
locking the bootloader does not return you to stock. you need to flash the stock rom via fastboot to return it to stock.
If you want it lock up again use ''fastboot oem lock'' command.

Will this return the stock recovery?

no. nothing about locking the bootloader returns anything to stock.
the only thing locking the bootloader does is:
1) remove the lock symbol on the google bootup
2) no longer allows flashing of insecure images.

You get the stock recovery with getting the nexus image and flashing with ''fastboot flash recovery recovery.img''. So basically getting a factory device is with downloading the image, doing the flash-all and fastboot oem lock at the end.
ah ok, thank you all
Edit:
Zepius, I followed the guide in your signature. It was painless, thanks

Follow that guide and after you have to type in fastboot "fastboot oem lock" to relock the bootloader.
PD: You will see a message that you booted a modified OS and that's normal, you will boot.

Did you do any modifications on your phone like root?
If so, you'll need to restore to stock either with fastboot ROM or MSM tool, the lock the bootloader.

Never lock the bootloader after making system-level changes!

If You did not messed with Rom it will be ok, but if You root it, first You need to go back to stock rom
Will the phone boot after relocking with a custom rom without root?
If You are full stock, stock rom, fastboot, all is stock, You should lock bootloader with no problem.

FASTBOOT OEM LOCK and the problem with some app dispear and your phone run like factory as normal.

Got my HD1905, unlocked bootloader (no root etc. Only to be able to use TWRP, just in case) and installed my apps. Then I noticed the Netflix problem with unlocked bootloader. If I do a 'fastboot oem lock' now, I'm pretty sure it will do a factory reset, correct?
Thx, W
I have pixel 3a xl with bootloader unlocked, no root and stock kernel, its possible relock bootloader?
I always suggest flashing the Google factory image (not the OTA images), including the full factory reset before relocking the bootloader.
But yes, if you are 1000% sure your entire system is stock, then you can relock the bootloader.
I wouldn't do it... If anything ever gets truly fubared you will be glad it's unlocked.
If you lock it you lock out a few additional possibilities to recover your phone.
