Hi Guys,
i am a new owner of a MTCE Android Head-Unit and interested in upgrading my rom to a custom rom. Especially in hal9k, but I'm open to that.
The problem I have is, I am a little scared, that I can never go back to the stock rom, if anything is even worse than now. And I just buyed it, and could easily return it till 2 weeks from now. If I flash a custom ROM and cant go back, I'm sure, I can't return it easily.
Therefore I am searching for the STOCK ROM for my unit.
So far, I didn't found it. Maybe I was just searching at the wrong section. Or it is burried deep down in a long thread. So if someone could help me finding it, it would be very nice.
Build-number
px5-userdebug 8.0.0 OPR5.170623.007 eng.hct.20180126.155501 test-keys
MCU:
MTCE_XRC_V2.94_1
Thank you in advance.
I'm in the exactly same situation.
Bad luck for us. I didn't find any XRC stock rom, and my seller is just ignoring my messages.
If you finally find something please report. I will do the same.

There are a list of stock roms that supposed to be totally compatible among every PX5 model.

I'm on Android oreo looking for updates and can't find them.
He says they are in the latest software version.
You probably need to do a full flash.

UPD. Found that 2063 is 2061EU, updated last, everything perfect
Need more informations about the two
I am in the same situation.
Got my RMX2063 device not long and i purchased the International Version.
Is there a way to check what is flashed at the moment on it? International or EU OS?
Curently it is saying RMX2063_A_35
Is the RMX2061EU better?
Have not found any clear information about the two, so can someone come with some good informations?
I found out that Realme Flash Tool works great to flash stock ROM or downgrade to previous versions. it can flash zip, ozip and gsi file formats for OS.
From little search on web, it seems like each firmware version was made for particular region. This means particular things will work better with firmware made for your particular area. So why to risk spoiling things by installing firmware made for another region?
I am trying to flash EU Firmware https://download.c.realme.com/osupdate/RMX2061EU_11_OTA_0380_all_EIeguy5zqMib.ozip on RMX2061
Currently, my device is RMX2061_11_A.41
Have anyone tried this?

Hi. It's been a long time since I did this.)
But, I remember exactly, that when version RMX2063 was indicated on the phone - I manually updated it with version RMX2061EU - then all following updates were stable over the air.
The update file was taken from this site (https://www.realme.com/eu/support/software-update) of the European region. Unfortunately, as of now, it does not seem to be up to date, but you can still try to install the version from this site, and after installing it, request an update over the air. There is a chance that the OTA update will start working.
If it helps, I saw another site (https://realmefirmware.com/realme-firmware-update/#google_vignette) with different versions, but I didn’t try to figure needed version out. Maybe it could be useful.
Good luck!
Hi there
I was looking for firmware 10.0.1 for the OnePlus 5t but can't seem to find it online. I can extract the firmware from the original oxygenos rom but I used to do that on Linux and can't do it on windows and don't have Linux at the moment. If anyone knows if there is somewhere where I can find latest firmware files for the dumpling I would be grateful.
Thanks ?
Get it here

Thank you so much
I am on LOS18.1 how do I check what version of Firmware is installed already?
Also, if I need to install Firmware 10.0.1 can I just sideload it without risking the current ROM?
Thanks.
Hi,
just bought an Alfa with a 2017 Xtrons PX3 1024 x 600 unit.
Build PX3- userdebug 7.1.2
MCU MTCE GS V2 72 1
Been looking thru'the threads and have got a bit lost
What is the best way to improve this unit ?
Firmware update if so what and where from ?
Update Android ( to what version ? )
or go with hal9k vs malaysk ?
so much info for a noob
any help greatly appreciated
I tend to go with Hal9k's ROM, just installed Mod v5 on my Xtrons TQ709IPL a moment ago actually. Malaysk is also a good choice. You can find other regular ROMs here. However, it seems like PX3 is only supported up until Hal9k Mod v2 (also based on 7.1.2). It has fixes over normal HCT 7.1.2 roms but since it uses Magisk 18.1, it will probably give you problems since most Magisk Modules don't support it anymore and you can't update it due to Rockchip limitations. So maybe go for Malaysk's ROM for PX3 7.1.2 since it uses SuperSU and Xposed instead. Those two are the only ROMs that would give you a better experience on the PX3 since there's no newer Android Versions than 7.1.2 for it and all the other ROMs are mostly the same as the one you're on already
