Do you mean that even from the moment you turn on the phone that the screen is in night mode "dark"?
If you need to do a hard reset you dont need a code. Have attached instructions in pic Remove the storage card before you hard-reset.

And how would he do that? He has no lcd as soon as he turns on his device...
You are in need of a new LCD screen.
I ask about IE and MP cause sometimes, when your battery is weak, not as in 25%charged. Just weak as in about to hit the dirty road dead, it might suck up all the juice and turn LCD off to conserve energy.
he doesnt need a new lcd.. seems a hard reset fixed his problem, probably why he hasnt replied.

Hi All,
I have an annoying topic with my Sony Z5 premium Dual SIM
It randomly restart itself, suddenly no response on the screen followed by 3 red blinking then screen fade out then a restart
This is happening to me even during a phone call, opening any application
I searched similar topics in the forum and i didn't find any
I googles it and the solution for some people was to reinstall the Stock ROM through Xperia companion, tried it and now it is worst (restarting more than 4 times per day)
Please I need your expert support here
Did u tried safe mode? System restart with 3 red led blinks > tells u that chip is on fire! Can u post some more info regarding ur build number, Rooting status,SD Status and apps installed!
i'm facing the same problem , did you find anything ?
Hi guys!
Recently, my tab S4 shows the message "SD card unexpectedly unmount", or similar. Even though I have not removed it. The tab s4 by itself mount it again but is just a fact of time to unmount it again. Is not a cycle but I cannot find a pattern. I am a little bit concern as the SD could get damage for this unexpectedly unmount.
I have already done a Scandisk on windows then put it back and works perfectly, but sooner or later it all starts again.
Any thoughts?

This is almost certainly a failing/damaged card.
Irrespective of what windows tells you.
Been there done that several times.
