unlock your device again I guess you have the T-Mobile version h811? After you have unlocked again try to flash the boot and system partitions while in fastboot.
for is this you need to extract a kdz file with SALT first. check my signature for a link

you can't Flash several partitions once you have upgraded to Nougat .
You haven't followed my recommendation to use SALT for extracting KDZ file that's why you have multiple system image files.
It's your decision if you follow recommendations or not but I'm out now

YOU MUST USE SALT!!!
Any other programm isn´t working. Cause every file generated from SALT ist fastboot flashable....
Then Search for a KDZ File for your Model and extract this. For bOOT partition it is not needed to take a N file.
System partition i do not know either.
Try again...and use SALT. otherwise nobody can help you without losing your data

when you start your Phone this is the way it goes:
Bootloaderstack (MM or N?) -> aboot (fastboot) -> boot (kernel + ramdisk) -> system (ROM)
Which Kdz have u used? MM,LP or N?
in Fastboot you could Flash TWRP in Recovery partition. If ypur Boot partition is fixed u could get to TWRP and set up an new ROM.

Your bootloaderstack is N so you must fastboot bootloaderstack MM and Boot partition. Then recovery (TWRP) and it should go into twrp.

Good night. Although very nervous, I will try to summarize as much as possible.
I do not understand English, I'm using a translator;
About 2 weeks ago, I bought an LG-H815P (used - came in the box, with the same IMEI number and voucher) Stockrom with root, as I could not upgrade because of root, I decided to install a modified rom. Then my problems started: the device had the message [secure boot error / error code: 1002]. So I decided to install a new stockrom, I downloaded the LG site, tried it first with [LGMobile Support Tool], it did not work I did with [LG Bridge] as the program itself sent. By an unfortunate distraction I believe I have installed the wrong version Stockrom. My device simply erased, did not give a sign of life. After following some tutorials on the internet I was able to recover it with [QFIL], I installed all the drives of the tutorial I followed, at the end of the process instead of going into download mode, it enters [fastboot mode] and does not leave it. I tried several times the procedure [volume up + plug the USB] for a second the image download mode appears, but soon it goes to screen [fastboot mode] and does not leave it, never. I read something about the SALT of steadfasterX (I think because of the tiredness and insistence I could not understand) I do not know if SALT is a program or a procedure, the language also disturbs me. I'll try to post the image that appears on the phone so they understand. I apologize for the long text. And from now on thanks to the will. Please help me, I need the device working, I'm very tired of moving all these days without stopping in it.

Can you please keep your issues now only in THIS thread, it's getting so freaking hard to follow you !!! It's getting ridiculous because you are reposting the same thing over and over in threads where it doesn't belong.
Re-download the latest TWRP, boot to download mode, erase cache
Fastboot erase cache
Then flash TWRP
Fastboot flash recovery TWRP.img --- name the file
Fastboot erase cache
Then boot to the recovery via the bootloader.

You seem to be having strange issues.
Is your bootloader even unlocked?
If so:
How about pasting the actual terminal command you entered and the terminal output here, rather than your odd description of what is happening.
As it doesn't give much to work with...

Your OS can't stop at 1/2 because you are in download mode. As been asked, deliver some screens of your command window with the executed commands.

You flashed it from OTG. Flash it from the SDCARD ONLY. Do it again and do as we say NOT what you think. Re-download the RUU also. Do NOT put the RUU AND the FIRMWARE on the SDCARD at the same time with the same kind of name. ONLY THE FULL RUU. the 1.9 gig file!

Not sure if language barrier or mental block.

Als also, disconnect the USB cable to the PC when you are flashing the RUU. Rules out errors too. Let the device do it's work.

Take the full ruu 1.9 gig, put it on the SDCARD and flash in download mode. That's all. Dont make it more difficult.

adb/twrp issues....

Firstly, when plugging my 7t in to my windows 10 PC, I am asked to choose which mode to go in within usb preferences, as I did previously in order to achieve and ADB driver connection I chose file transfer.......
this didn't work for some reason, only when in MIDI did I get a confirmation with adb devices.....even though there is still no sign of adb interface in device manager.....
any ideas? I can get adb connection with MIDI but is this good enough to flash recoveries/boot images etc....?
I tried to flash twrp and I could successfully boot into twrp directly via fastboot but twrp couldn't seen any of my storage, despite having all security methods turned off...
all i want to do is gain root access but I am having no joy....
ever since android 10 rooting anything for me has been a pain in the ass......truly fed up....it shouldn't be this hard......
I also flashed a patched boot image in an attempt to gain root access but it all did was break my wifi........which i fixed by copying over the latest image and installing locally......
please HELP....
Everything about this issues is already said in this forum.

You will have to wipe the data and then twrp can access internal storage.
This is how I did (in my phone, which is not Oneplus, but the process remain same for all phones), boot to fastboot mode and type this:
fastboot -w
Now, boot your phone to recovery mode:
(Now take complete twrp backup of your phone, and save it in your pc, before proceeding futher)

TWRP is not functional at the moment, so stay away from it.
The only way to root right now is to use the patch boot image method.

No don't do this.... This is not about encryption at all. It's about the major partitioning changes that has happened in Android 10. Wiping the system will just make everything worse.

Oh, I didn't know this phone was on Android 10, Thanks for letting me know.
TWRP doesn't support Android 10 yet.
You can see it here
https://twrp.me/site/update/2019/10/23/twrp-and-android-10.html
Actually there is a twrp compiled for this phone, but that doesn't work , you can see the messages in thread:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-7t/development/recovery-unofficial-twrp-recovery-t3976961
The steps I told, was for Android 9 and earlier devices, I assumed, this is an old device.
@mediaman123, So please wait, until twrp starts supporting the Android 10.
And for rooting, I am not sure, whether magisk supports this new phone or not.
Maybe @Lossyx can help you on that.

You can go ahead and just fastboot boot them. If it works then just proceed, if it doesn't, just hold volume up+down and power button. (To boot into fastboot or restart phone)
Nothing will change in the system because it only boots a temporary image.
If your want to extract your own boot image you can use this tool.

How to root?

Hi everyone
My phone model is xt2075-3,I want to root
Can I directly flash the latest magisk(20.4) to get root permission after unlocking BL?
I've succeeded in getting root. The steps are as follows
1.Download the twrp for your mobile phone,and magisk20.4.zip,magisk 7.5.1.apk
2.Visit Motorola official unlock website to unlock BL
3.You have 2 choice,A.boot on twrp one time;B.flash twrp;I choose A
4.Whatever your choose,in the twrp,install magisk zip,after done,reboot system
Enjoy root!
If you use the Magisk Manager to patch the boot image manually, and then flash that through fastboot - will that work also?
(My phone has yet to arrive so can't test this just yet...)
Update : i got the 8gb ram 128gb varient and i could boot into twrp from fastboot but i cannot flash replacing stock recovery nor i can see the internal or external memory due to decryption error
However, i basically unlocked boot loader and booted in fast boot then i flashed the patched boot.img ( installed magisk apk and added the stock boot.img inside the phone to patch it) then copy it back to pc and flashed it in fastboot mode and now i got root access
NOTE : if you happen to do something wrong you cannot use rescue and backup software to restore your phone to stock again ... flash stock boot.img in fastboot first so the software will recognize the phone back again

Get the full stock image by downloading rescue and smart assistant app from lenovo which supports moto phones ... Do login and get the fastboot rescue option while plugging your phone in the pc in fastboot mode .. then it will download it full firmware for your varient
Becareful that continue to flash the firmware will wipe your phone completely
After that get a copy of the boot.img file ... Copy it to the internal memory and install magisk manager apk from its official github site ... Now patch the boot.img you copied in your phone inside the magisk app then copy it back to your pc
Lear how to flash it from fastboot
Flash it
Done .. you are now rooted by patched boot.img with stock recovery !

I think the flash method fails because there is no partition called "recovery" - as an A/B device it looks like there are two:
Code:
nairo:/ $ ls -l /dev/block/by-name/ | grep recovery
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 16 1970-05-20 07:34 recovery_a -> /dev/block/sdd20
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 16 1970-05-20 07:34 recovery_b -> /dev/block/sdf20
if you have the Magisk zip file on the internal storage you can use the "fastboot boot twrp.img" method to flash it from there (for some reason TWRP can't see the SD card on my device)
Now for my question... my rooted (UK Retail) device has indicated that there is an OTA update:
I've tried using the method described here to restore the boot partition to stock so that it doesn't interfere with the process, but it fails (see attached images).
Does anyone know of a working method? I have downloaded the full (2+GB) update so am prepared to flash that (and restore everything else from backups) if necessary - but would rather not if it can be avoided...

Hi @xth88312 ,
can you give the link you used to download TWRP for Moto XT2075-3?
I unlocked my phone through the official Motorola site:
Unlocking the Bootloader | Motorola Support US
Visit the customer support page to view user guides, FAQs, bluetooth pairing, software downloads, drivers, tutorials and to get repair and contact us information.
motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com
I downloaded the latest Magisk and MagiskManager in the same directory from
Releases · topjohnwu/Magisk
The Magic Mask for Android. Contribute to topjohnwu/Magisk development by creating an account on GitHub.
github.com
I downloaded the original firmware from https://mirrors.lolinet.com/ and extracted the boot.img in the same directory, then issued, through the ADB connection:
Code:
adb install ./MagiskManager-*.apk
adb push ./boot.img /sdcard/Download/
(Replace the star as needed)
I opened MagiskManager app (you need to be connected to the Internet) and in the Magisk card I tapped Install > "Select and Patch a File". I browsed for and selected /sdcard/Download/boot.img and tapped "Let's go". A patched image /sdcard/Download/magisk_patched_*.img is created. Then, through the ADB connection, I issued:
Code:
adb pull /sdcard/Download/magisk_patched_*.img
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot devices
fastboot flash boot magisk_patched_*.img
fastboot reboot
At reboot, the phone was rooted.

[GUIDE][UPDATED] Unlocking JioFi 3 JMR540 & JMR541 for all networks

Unlocked Firmware for JioFi 3 JMR540 & JMR541
Disclaimer
I am not responsible for any kind of damage to your device.
Use this firmware at your own risk
Post is for educational purpose only.
ONLY FOR JMR 540 & JMR 541
I was able to dump and reverse engineer JioFi 3's firmware to see if I can unlock the SIM restrictions. JioFi 3 is designed by Foxconn it uses generic firmware. Unlocking took time though. Tested with Vi, Airtel.
UPDATE 17-10-21: Jio pushed a firmware update which is locking boot loader. If your device is not updated yet it is advised to re-flash your firmware with patched image given below which basically disables auto updates. If you're already locked out, currently there's no easy fix for that.
If you haven't used your device from a long time or you're still on lower or equal version than below it is advised not to use JioFi with SIM, flash this firmware first if you want to test SIM unlock.
Guide
Make sure you're on same or lower firmware version
JMR 540 - FXN_JMR540_R6.16
JMR 541 - FXN_JMR541_R3.10
1. Locate your device model and download the respective Firmware and extract it to a known location
JMR540_unlocked_patched_system.zip
JMR541_unlocked_patched_system.zip
2. Install drivers and tools (skip if already installed)
Install Fastboot drivers ( google it for mac and linux it's easy to find)
Install Fastboot ( google it for mac and linux it's easy to find)
3. Prepare device
Remove battery from JioFi 3
Locate reset pin hole button
Lay down JioFi 3
Use Paper Clip / SIM Ejector Tool to press button inside (using sharp object is not recommended)
Keep pressing button down and insert USB cable
Release button as soon as all the LEDs in Display turns RED. This means device is in boot loader mode
4. Flashing Unlocked Firmware
Open adb and fastboot tools terminal
Enter following to check if device is connected
fastboot devices
It will return something like this
baxxxxx fastboot
This means device is connected. If your device doesn't show up here please check drivers in Device manager
Now first erase the system partition
fastboot erase system
It will return something like this
erasing 'system'...
OKAY [ 1.104s]
finished. total time: 1.105s
Now flash the firmware
fastboot flash system "D:\system.img" ( replace path )
It should return something like this
sending 'system' (34306 KB)...
OKAY [ 1.276s]
writing 'system'...
OKAY [ 9.462s]
finished. total time: 10.741s
Now send reboot command to device
fastboot reboot
You'll notice device will reboot normally now you can unplug the cable.
Congratulations your device is now unlocked and you can reinsert battery and another SIM for testing.
Firmware will take long time than usual to boot do not panic.
4. Changing APN
Insert SIM connect with JioFi 3 wait it to intialize
Open Web UI from browser (http://jiofi.local.html/)
Now login (default username/pwd is administrator/administrator)
In Network Tab you'll find setting for changing APN
Put it on manual and enter "internet" as APN (without quotes)
Hit apply/save device will reboot again automatically and it'll auto connect
Just wait patience is the key here it'll connect.
If something goes WRONG or you want to UNDO you can re flash original firmware which is provided in this post.

FAQs
Q. My device is not visible in fastboot devices
A. Confirm driver installation a faulty cable can also be the issue.
.
Q. Everything went well but still no changes in dashboard
A. After successful flash if you still don't see the changes your device is probably booting from recovery partition. Try flashing recovery partition by
fastboot erase recoveryfs
fastboot flash recoveryfs "D:\system.img"
.
Q. After resetting device from pin hole button it shows INVALID SIM.
A. This is supposed to happen just reboot the device it'll work again.
.
Q. Can I undo all this and get back to original firmware
A. Yes just flash the original firmware provided in post and reset the device.
.
Q. I 'accidentally' flashed my recovery and boot partition
A. Well accidentally I've backed up recovery and boot download from below
1. JMR540_boot_recovery.rar
2. JMR541_boot_recovery.rar
.
Q. FAILED: (remote: Image is locked) issue while erasing/flashing image
A. Jio recently pushed an firmware update which re-locks simlock and bootloader which basically means you can't flash unsigned/custom firmware. Currently there is no fix.

Thanks to Karuppusamy for testing it on JMR541.
What about JioFi 2, 4, 5, 6?
Reverse Engineering takes lot of time and coffee. Until I get physical access to device I won't be able to unlock it. I'm constantly searching them on OLX as soon as I get hands on I'll surely try to RE and unlock it. I'll update the same here if there is no update here at the time of your reading then I haven't got the device yet so please don't spam for update hope you understand that I don't get anything by doing these things, I do it for liberation of locked hardware to meet it's real destiny and of course for the people. I also have a day job so no I cannot guide or teach you, hope you understand why.

This issue is not related to flash file as I own JMR 540 and it's been tested on multiple devices (refer attached image). "Not working" and "Not flashing" are two different things.
"flash write error" is a sign of bad emmc/nand, bad partition table can also be the cause. Please first try with original firmware and collect information by different permutations (re-downloading image, erasing system before flashing etc) before spamming.

A single post with all the details in it would be sufficient.
As stated in previous post please try the following.
Try flashing original firmware first
Try erasing system partition ( fastboot erase system)
Try re downloading image
If you're getting flash write error in original firmware too then you're nand is probably fried.
try flashing recoveryfs partition
Bash:
fastboot flash recoveryfs "system.img"

I would like to ask how do I extract the boot.img file from the phone? I can access the internals through the adb shell. I would love to learn the strategies used to extract the firmware from android devices that do not make them available. Thanks!!

Simply... You can't without root.
To get root (permanent root) you must unlock your bootloader........
Please, read this post to understand what i'm talking about https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/nokia-g21-development.4424031/
I think that today there's no way to unlock G10/G20/G21 bootloader. Then, no root or custom recovery can be build.
Maybe, @mvikrant97 can share with us some info (PM).
I unlocked my g20 TA-1343 by taking a hundred tiny screws out , shorting the test point, and using MTK Client 1.6
hyperlink of the link i pastedhttps://github.com/bkerler/mtkclient
I only took it apart because the other option was send it back to HMD
But I don't know how to flash the bin files with magisk or whatever as they're not valid images. but the thing is basically root if i felt like learning.
