I am looking to replace my Nexus 6 at some point and would like to know if anyone knows what would be the best replacement for the Nexus line phones. I feel figuring out what is the most downloaded rom for newer devices would give the best idea. Any clues?

I know I would like to know exctly how old my device was when I bought it. For one thing, learning the production daye could give a guess as to how old the battery is.

Knowing the production date of your phone would give you zero indication of when the battery was produced. Unless you can garner something from the S/N I haven't found any way to determine a production date.

One indicator is what version of the software was installed when you got the phone. It would depend on your carrier as to when which version was installed.
But if your phone was new, the battery would not have lost much capacity even if it were one of the first models.
I'm also wondering if there is a way to find the manufacture date. I'm curious because my original TP2 and my warranty exchange phone have different buttons (colored send & end keys, windows key where the home key was) I just want to know which one is newer, the original or the exchange.
So i saw this article...and i was wondering if it involve our phones..

Google landed me on this thread.. So didn't create separate thread for the same query... And hoping that someone would be using the same thing.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

Hi, everybody.
I wonder the same question.
Could anyone answer?
anyone know if we can flash this to Sprint easily? If so, this is a PERFECT backup/wife phone.

As far as I can tell, not yet is the public response. I also looked at tings site to see if anyone had done anything but it was the same answer.

Hopefully "not yet" means that we will be able to. That's a heck of a deal. I may buy it and just resell at Boost's normal price just to make $30 on the deal. Why not, right?
