Phone fails to turn on after sitting all night. - Google Pixel XL Questions & Answers

As the typical, my phone was on the charger next to the bed, woke up this morning with the phone unable to turn on. I tried a different charger thinking maybe my original failed, or became unplugged overnight. No dice, same when I plug the phone into my PC with the included cable, still nothing. I did however install Magisk v16 last night, but after the restart the device worked just fine until I went to bed. Any help here would be great.

I read somewhere where a guy addressed an iphone not turning on issue, which he said was also a possibility on android. He said that if the phone doesn't turn on or doesn't even charge you need to unplug and replug the charger repeatedly, for up to 20 minutes. That may have been an exaggeration for time, but he sounded sincere with his post. Had something to do with a faulty charging firmware/hardware which would fail if the charge was really really low, beyond even it working correctly. So plugging in and out repeatedly would be like jumpstarting a car.

Weird, I clicked submit but the post never went through.
Long story short, someone said that if it's a problem with charging, you may be able to jumpstart your charging problem by repeatedly unplugging and replugging the charging cable. May take minutes, the guy said 20 minutes. Not sure how real this was but he sounded sincere.

I had the same problem last night. from what i can tell it was a bad OTA. I had to RMA the phone back.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was Magisk v16 in my case. It causes a bootloop on my Pixel C.

Well, I dunno why, but I was able to get the phone to power up in bootloader, after checking battery in Recovery (at 100%), I booted the phone into Android as if nothing happened. I left the phone connected to my PC all day, but it didn't seem to work immediately after I got home, so I dunno what happened.

Mine died this past Saturday.. it was on, I had taken a call not long before.. got out to my jeep to leave, went to put it in the dash mount and realized it was off.. no amount of connecting/reconnecting, button combos, ... just won't power on.. and of course it is out of warranty, so basically G* told me too bad.

Damn
that happened to me too, the only way is to try hard resetting it or getting your phone into DFU Mode. You can follow along this link to get detailed answer of your problem. https://techbytex.com/iphone-stuck-on-apple-logo-fix-iphone-not-turning-on-after-apple-logo/

My Galaxy Nexus goes crazy (battery/charging issue)

Hi everyone (and sorry for my bad english) !
Since some days my GSM Galaxy Nexus is anoying me with a problem I can't understand.
At random moments, my GN thinks he is charging but he isn't even plugged !
The indicator in the notification bar shows the battery is in charge and all the phone believes he is charging.
Other problème, the charging indicatore comes and goes again and again and again, so the scree goes on everytime the GN is "plugged in".
My battery goes down at the speed of light this way ...
I tried to wipe, uninstall potential apps that could cause the issue, changing rom, changing kernel ... It still happening but not every time. Often it comes when the battery is under 50% or arround. I also have battery drops when I reboot the phone, like if the battery wasn't correctly calibrate ...
If I reboot the phone, the problem still here, if i get the battery off and then put it back and reboot the phone it works normaly ... for a indeterminate time ...
This problem make me crazy, is anyone got a solution ?
Thanks for all.
Anyone can help please ?
I would definitely demand a replacement battery. For me it seems like the battery is broken, therefore it's a warranty issue. If the problem still exists, it must be the hardware of the phone itself. I don't think it's a software problem, since you wiped, changed rom and even the kernel.
So demand a replacement of the battery!
Thanks for your answer ! I'll try this but I don't think samsung customer support will send me a replacement battery like that, they will ask me to send back the phone I think.
I recently had the same issue... here's what fixed it for me. I took the battery out and left the phone plugged into the outlet. Let it sit. I then installed the battery and let it finish its charge while the phone was off. I then took the battery out, unplugged the charger from the phone, and reinserted battery. Power on, VOILA! Mine was back to normal. Hope this helps.
Thanks for helping ! I'll try this
I just saw that I'm not alone in this case : http://code.google.com/p/android/is...s Owner Summary Stars&groupby=&sort=&id=23789
This issue is considerated as a medium priority, I hope for a fix !
I have the exact same problem, and have also commented on the issue at code.google.com. I have also tried "everything". Changed ROM, kernel, wiped battery stat, even let it fully charge while off. Still the same problem where it show as charging in notification bar when unplugged.. and when it have drained to below 50% or so, it start to flicked between charging and not-charging and drains even faster.
After checking CPU Spy it tells me that the phone never goes to sleep, this causes the battery to only last about 12-14 hours by itself..
I have also tryed to open the phone and clean the connector, but it did not fix it. One thing that is strange, is if I pry a toot stick or similar in the micro-usb-connector to press the connector plate (inside the micro-usb-connector) down with the phone faced up, it actually stops to flicker and stays not-charging.

Same problem here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1379478 and here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21031287#post21031287
I have the same problem, and it make my crazy.
I bought the phone about month ago and this problem came in the second week.
I plugged my phone up to my car charger omw home for lunch and the stupid charging issue started to happen all over again... I had to do the whole thing over again. Remove otterbox, back shell, battery, and put it all back together. I'm really trying to avoid swapping the phone out with verizon. With the way it's looking, I'm about to call and hassle a VZW CSR and get me an instant swap in the morning. This is unacceptable SAMSUNG. Bad thing is, it must be common with Smsg phones, as I found 5 other devices of theirs that seemed to have the same problem Nexus S and Fascinate being two of them.
Same issue here as well, with the battery icon showing the charging bolt despite not being plugged in.
This will happen when the phone is not in use, and ill notice the screen flash on for a moment.
I tried the solution offered in this thread, only to have the symptom return just hours after powering the phone back on, and w/o being plugged back into another charger.
Same here, the solution didn't work for me but push the conector down with a toothpick seems to work for me ... for the moment.
So it seems to be a hardware problem of the device !
I have now ordered a new USB connector board to see if that fixes it: http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150713366355
Will report back.

When did you buy your phones? This could be a problem on early batches.
Could you see what part number you have on the actual USB connector?
I see that on this replacement board the number is 1H13D, while my number is 1J10F.
The replacement board with 1H13D written on it: http://www.globaldirectparts.com/v/vspfiles/photos/SMSNG6111630-6.jpg

Hey, strong work! You might diagnose this thing before Google does. Keep us posted.
I'm experiencing this too, I did have it go away for about a week, but now it's back. I"m not looking forward to RMAing it, because I ordered it from the US and I'm in the Caribbean. I'm hoping the USB board replacement will work - waiting to see the results.
So glad I finally found this thread....
This started happening to me Friday night. First thing I noticed was while I was out the battery symbol had the lightning bolt in it as if it was charging, but it wasn't.
Long story short, nothing I do is able to charge the phone, both while the phone is on and while the phone is off) and it's REALLY pissing me off. The only response I can get from the phone is when it's off, it keeps looping over the two battery animations and acts like it's charging, but it's really not.
In all my playing around with it I somehow got it to charge to 40% yesterday. The only thing I can say for certain was that the phone was plugged in while I was trying to boot it up and when it shut off I didn't see the battery charging animations so I left it alone for a little bit before I checked it out and was surprised to see it charged a bit.
Today I was able to have it happen again and got the battery to 60%. This time I Started from the bootloader and again, when it turned off, I didn't see the battery animation.
I was able to reproduce this again just now by going into the bootloader and just choosing the option to power it off. Will report back in a little while to let you know if it charged past 60% after doing that.
Edit: powering off from the bootloader did not charge the phone. I accidentally pulled the battery and it went from 60% to 37% when I turned it back on. I think there is something screwy with my battery. Does anyone know if the regular Verizon battery fits in the GSM version?
I've got at least a similar issue, but managed to get a fix working (at least for now). I've had the phone for about 2.5 hours now. I got it with around 50% charge, after 1.5 hours, it was at 24% so I went to charge it. Tried the included USB cable to my Windows 7 PC, it tried to install drivers, the install failed. The battery was labeled as still discharging and the unlock screen told me to charge the battery.
I proceeded to try the samsung charging head thing with the original cable in one outlet, then in two more - same result, no charging indicated. Tried with a brand new micro USB cable and had no results. Tried the other cable with the PC. I read around on the issue a bit and found this thread, since people were saying it could be software related, I figured I would power down the device and try again.
I powered down the phone while it was disconnected from USB. I then plugged it into the USB cable connected to my computer. My PC then recognized the device and installed the drivers correctly, the bolt over the battery icon appeared on the Galaxy Nexus's screen. I let the screen turn off then woke it again, the battery charging animation was going. I booted the device while connected to USB. Now in the OS it says the battery is charging and it was charging from about 42% - so I think the actual battery power was not being properly reported before the reboot and when the charging problems were happening.
I'm hoping this has set it to work, but if something else happens, I'll post here again.

I've had the phone for over a month now and never had any issues. I've been trying to plug into a Mac so drivers aren't an issue (I know from previous phones that in Windows the phone wouldn't charge until the right drivers were installed).
There's definitely something very wrong w/ the phone and I fear it's likely a hardware issue, as even when the phone is off it won't charge (but acts kind of like it is).
Right now the only surefire way for me to charge my phone is let it die all the way down and keep trying to boot it up until it dies during a boot before the OS comes up (at which point it'll charge).
For what it's worth I fixed the phone on Monday. I stuck a wooden stir stick from work in the usb port and pushed down on the plate inside ever so slightly. I'd seen this suggestion from a few places online, but I was pretty skeptical. Well, much to my surprise it started charging!
I quickly got it back to it's stock state and re-locked the booloader in case I end up needing to send the phone back to Sammy if the problem happens again.
So far so good, but I've been very careful when plugging and unplugging the usb cord.
I think it's important to keep the OP's issue in mind, because I'm pretty sure there are two different issues here.
1)Many of us have an issue were the phone shows it's charging WHILE UNPLUGGED, causing the screen to flick on repeatedly. This may/may not be accompanied by a charging issues - in my case it isn't.
2)A second issue where owners have problems charging their phones (but never experience the charging while unplugged bug).
I think the intent of this thread is to track (1). I've never heard of the toothpick issue helping those experiencing (1).
How are people pushing the usb plate down, any pictures?

HTC One X Suddenly won't turn on!

Hi guys!
I bought my new HTC One X on contract with three UK about 10 days ago. Been working great and I've flashed several different roms on it, the latest being the AOKP jelly bean.
I was in the middle of setting up my Go Launcher last night, when the phone suddenly died. I thought it must have just crashed following some rom/kernel issue, so I tried to turn it back on, no luck. Also tried holding the power button down but to no avail.
I supposed that it might have run out of battery, as it was fairly low at the time, so I left it charging on USB (with the indicator light flashing) all through the night (around 9 hours) and this morning it still won't turn on.
The screen won't come up at all, and the phone doesn't vibrate or make any noise but if I connect it to my computer it will sometimes be detected and I can see the device in ADB.
"adb devices" first shows the device as offline, then if I run "adb kill-server" and try again then it shows the device as "HT23YW105462 recovery".
I've then tried running commands such as "adb reboot", "adb reboot-bootloader", "adb reboot -p" but no luck. The phone seems to recognize the command as it disconnects, but it doesn't turn back on.
Any theories guys? I hope my new toy hasn't been bricked somehow! If this happened to my Desire HD I'd just take the battery out to make sure it was fully off and try again... is this a good idea here?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give! Many cookies will be given as reward. (sorry for the long post )
- P.s. This is pretty urgent as I use this number for work!
:victory:
Ok, it seems to have been resolved at last... just for anybody who gets the same issue, here's what worked for me.
After doing some more searching I found someone mentioning this method: Leave the phone plugged in to your USB port for a while until the orange LED flashes. Leave it flashing for a few minutes, then quickly swap the lead from your USB port to a wall charger. If you leave it unplugged too long then it seems the LED stops flashing and it won't work, so do it quickly.
If successful the LED will keep flashing while plugged into the wall, and it will start to charge up. Give it a while (I left mine for about 25 minutes) then try and turn it on. This worked for me, but even after this period of time it had only charged up to 2%!
:S This is an odd phone indeed.
Very strange resolution IMHO.
This problems must be caused by discharging the battery more than it should (which I guess custom ROMs can cause)

Very strange indeed... I tried pretty much everything I could before this, but this was the only thing to get the phone to boot. Charging and working fine now :S. I'll have to make sure to never run it flat if I can help it, this would be a right pain if it it happened while I was out
Just saved from similar issue
My battery run out last night when I had the phone connected to the tv through USB>HDMI when i put it on the charger the charging light would not switch on. Phone wouldnt switch on either it was really dead!. Left it all night hooked up to charger and this morning still nothing, wouldnt switch on.
So I Hooked it up to the PC and after 10 minutes or so the light started to flash and I quickly inserted the usb charging cable and it started to charge.
Pretty sure I either discharged the battery to much (did update to 7.2.2 yesterday with 30% bat), OR something to do with having the USB>HDMI cable inserted when the battery run out.
Odd but brought it back to life (phew!)

Hmm, seems like a pretty common fault. Maybe an app that cuts power to the phone when it reaches a critical limit might be a good idea... I noticed that most phones seem to turn themselves off before fully dead, whereas ours now seem to completely flatten themselves. At least if it shut down at 1% you could still turn it back on when you found a charger, and it could tell you why your screen was about to go black rather than "poof, gone".
Anybody know such an app? Or should I make one (been wanting to get my hands dirty)
wont turn on

wet phone = dead phone

So Wednesday my wife dropped my Xperia Play (r800x) in a vat of chicken broth. She did NOT turn it off but she put it in a bag of Rice. About 3 hours later I found out about it and immediately pulled the battery and put it back in the bag. (4:00 PM July 3)
12:00 PM July 5. I take the phone out of the rice bag. Using alcohol pads I lovingly clean all exposed surfaces of the phone and squeeze some in to each button and press it multiple times to clean out any remaining gunk.
After doing this and letting it sit for 5 minutes to let the alcohol evaporate, I put the battery back in and pressed the power button. 1 short vibration and then NOTHING.
I connected it to my PC via flashtool and re-flashed the stock firmware disconnected and powered on. 1 short vibration and then nothing.
I connected to the SE update service and was told that I had modified software and it couldn't install. So I connected back to flashtool and relocked my bootloader. Connected back to SE update service and was told I had the latest software so I used it to RE-install. Powered on phone and Voila! short vibration followed by nothing. This is where I stand now.
It would appear that I can boot in to both flashtool AND fastboot, but I cannot power on the phone.
No LED's are lit when I press the power button nor when I plug it in.
I do however have a green LED in flash mode and a blue one in Fastboot.
If I don't boot to one of those and connect to my computer it is recognized as a sony media device. after a few minutes the device disconnects and reconnects to my computer. I can't see it in "My Computer" but I know because windows makes the device connected sound and the device disconnected sound.
What next? It's back in the rice bag until I get a better idea.
Maybe battery is faulty. Does it have charging animation when you plug it to wall charger?

I haven't actually tried it in a wall charger but I have tried it with both the extended battery that was in it as well as the original OEM battery.
I'll try plugging it directly in to the wall next.
Thanks.
It's plugged in directly to the wall using the actual Sony charge/sync cable. Still nothing. No charging animation. But I do have a Red LED.

Actually, i tought it was battery fault, but you test it with second battery, so i don't think battery is the problem.
Power it normally with power button (and get that single vibration), then, when you connect it to PC, is it in fastboot or flashboot mode? Maybe back or search key is stuck (short-cutted, so it's like always pressed)

That message is just because you flashed stock firmware. But it means it start to boot normally.
Unless you know how to open phone and clean it inside, it's maybe better to go service. Good news is that is working (partially) and maybe only flex cable is damaged/short-cutted
I would highly recommend to take apart the phone have all the pieces in a bag of rice for 24 hours.... let it absorb all the junk, or at the least take it apart and use aclohol pads to clean it all up... then let it sit and air out for a while, the reassemble... retest.
Maybe try taking it apart and look for something that might be damaged

I am having a similar problem
On Wednesday, instead of making chicken I was helping a friend move on a nice, hot day. I was sweating like a filthy pig and my phone was in my pocket and would not turn on when I tried to do so. That night I really didn't know what was wrong and the next morning I tried to turn it on and the red LED would flash 3 times in succession. I looked this up and they said "dead battery." Sure enough, I charged it and it took a minute for the LED to turn on, and as it charged it was red, then orange, then green. But even once fully charged, when I tried to turn it on it would only vibrate, but no screen action whatsoever. Note: the battery was at around 60% when the phone quit responding. The next morning it was dead. I have had the phone for a year now and the battery will last me at least 2 days if I don't play games and such.
The next morning, when using the flashtool it would go into blue LED'd fastboot and green LED'd flash mode. I flashed the original 2.3.3 firmware and still nothing. I used PC Companion and it said "Problem: The phone/tablet contains modified software that cannot be updated. Details: Sony Update Engine failure (error 2003)." I contacted Sony and I am still awaiting a response. So, on friday I'm ready to take this turd into the Verizon shop and I turn it on and wait about 30 seconds and I get the SE logo. It loads just fine. I set it up and try to update, but it won't allow me. I'm thinking, great, I'm stuck with 2.3.3... until I turn the screen off and try to turn it back on. And again, nothing. No response. So I'm thinking I will bring it in Saturday. I re-lock the bootloader in some attempt to hide that I rooted the phone, and flashed the 2.3.3 again. Note: I rooted my phone in December and have had no problems. I didn't flash any ROMs or Kernels. I am a simple man.
Saturday morning, after my phone has been off for 10 hours, it turns back on again. Same thing happens. Also, I spent a while on Thursday, Friday, and today trying to research and solve this problem. My brain hurts. But alas, I only had it off for 3 hours and it turned back on, and it did the same damned thing when it turned off. It simply doesn't turn back on. I don't know if it's the screen, or if there is moisture under there, and I haven't researched taking it apart yet. Any advice? Sorry if I'm butting in on your post, but your problem is so close to mine aside from my phone actually coming back to life, partially.

Ryan I think you're as screwed as I am. Still I wouldn't expect your phone to be ruined by Butt Sweat. Yeah, putting your phone in your hip pocket to help someone move is a bad idea but I would expect Mechanical damage, not moisture damage.
At this point I'm thinking of just putting it up on Ebay as As is/For parts to see what I can get out of it. It's painful to think of giving up my sweet playstation phone but looking at it logically, in the year that I had it I only used the playstation controller 4 times.
The question I have is how to be sure that all of my personal data is off the phone since I can't boot it to verify.

Since you manage to flash stock firmware, all data is erased. Erase sd card on pc with some adaper, if you want to sell that sd card along your parts

Yeah, I figured it was mechanical, but I have a heavy duty trident case and I'm only assuming it was the butt sweat. This morning I tried to turn it on and nothing happened, so I said screw it and brought it back to Verizon. My main fear of bringing it back was them seeing that it was rooted and not being able to swap it out. But alas, the guy behind the desk just processed it, dropped my phone on the floor, hahaha, then set it up for me to get a replacement. It is under a year that I have had it, and I'm only paying for expedited shipping. I wish you the best of luck.
Hahahahahahahaha!!!!
You need to open it and replace ribbon connecting dispay with board.
I fallen with my phone to river (look for my posts she is alive after swimming), I removed battery on site by stripped down after back home. For me that ribbon started falling appart. I had same symptoms, pushed power button and feeling vibration, sometimeswhen reconnected I had whole white screen.
Bought that ribbon on e-bay, replaced and all working fine.
Good luck!!!

Zenfone 2 Won't turn ON Or Charge. just vibrates every few minutes! Pls help

I had 7% battery and was on call, phone had shutdown suddenly and won't turn on or CHARGE.
When I press power button it just vibrates Twice. I had connected charger but it won't charge.
Besides it vibrates continuously every few (2-3) minutes (even without doing anything.).
I tried the following.
1). Charged overnight and tried on....Didnt work.
2). Opened the back panel and removed battery to mother board connection few times and connected back......it just vibrates . that's it
Pls help! Its out of warranty.

Let me know hoe it goes, because Im having the exact issue. I tried the steps from sukhwant717, but getting stopped at the step when it goes to the OS. Will keep my phone to charge for a few hours. I observe, that there is no heating up (battery), but will keep it for charging anyways.
Cheers

Thanks man....I did actually fix the phone...your awesome.....
It went something like this...
First phone refused to turn on....no charging light notification..it keeps vibrating.
Even @sukhwant717 method stopped at "os" thing.
After exhausting all option taken to a local service person who did something and told phones dead.
After coming home I have checked He RIPPED /SNAPPED ANTENNA cable.
I didn't bother much as phone was prononced dead!
After 30 to 40 days was casually reading @sukhwant717 thread and thought of trying again. I coonected charger and SUDDENLY I SAW ASUS BOOT SCREEN and phone was showing BATTERY WITH QUESTION MARK. I let it charge for sometime suddenly bootloader screen appeared but was not entering into recovery.(perhaps damaged bootloader , recovery).
Then I followed sukhwant717 method flashed bootloader and RAW image using ADB.
and phone RESURRECTED but with very low siganl.
It's due to RIPPED antenna cable.
And was getting good reception on 2nd SIM (perhaps uses different antenna/cable)
So I decided to order new Antenna Flex Cable but it's not available in India. So I went to ASUS SERVICE CENTER (near Brandfactory) in Hyderabad
and asked them the cost of Flex Cable, they said they won't sell spares...I have to RMA.
So I did and after two days I have received a call from them that "ITS FAULTY MOTHERBOARD" and will cost 11000 INR (USD 170, seriously ASUS),I said I rather want my phone in previous condition. I even told them to fix antenna cable ...I will manage.
They said their "TESTING SOFTWARE " failing device test even after connecting antenna cable.so they can't sell a part for a TEST FAILED device.
I told them it's because I had unlocked bootloader..the test is failing.they didn't have a clue abt bootloader unlcoking.
So again went to local market for the cable found A cable (though lil longer) and got it fixed for about 300INR ($5).
and got back the reception and typing with LTE connection on ZF2.
Thanks again @sukhwant717 ...
My observations: the issue could be due to
1) it's battery related issue (completely drained bir failed battery)
2) damaged bootloader
The people who have similar problem should leave the phone uncharged for 30 to 40 days even more and connect the charger and see if u see battery with ? Mark.
Or if new battery is available change battery and check....

if you need antenna cable i can send you. but before that. send me pics of motherboard where antenna connector sits. don't ever believe local and service center guys. they are dumb enough to ruin things.

I had a similar problem, phone suddenly powered itself off and started vibrating. With the phone off and connecting the charger it started to charge, but after a while it started vibrating and overheating. I did a factory reset but the problem persisted. I flashed the raw firmware and it behaved properly for a while, but a few days ago the phone died. It does not turn on, does not charge, screen never turns on, no notification light, no vibration. But if connected to the charger it gets hot.
Left the mobile alone and tried to plug in after 35 days, IT WORKED. At first nothing happened but left it in charge for few hours. Later the mobile came back to life when I tried to turn it on..... 3 days in and still working just like it used to.... will have to take care not to let the battery drain below 20%
I am having same issue .. did you get it resolved ? Any luck ?
hello i'm having the same problem
will this method ensure that my data won't be lost?

can you tell me a bit more? i've got the same problem, you didn't download any drivers and just left the phone alone?

G7 will only charge when powered off

I seem to be having the same issue as found on this thread, can't find anything here though.

Anyone else have the same issue and found a fix? Guessing this might have to go back to lg.
Thanks!

I started getting this issue yesterday a day after I got a software monthly update for Nov. I normally shut the phone off to charge but sometimes leave it on. When plugged into something it doesnt seem to detect its plugged in. I even swapped cables to a slower charger and same thing. It doesnt see it.
When I fully charged it off, It beeps the battery and does a circle hue randomly by the home button but than detected the connection to pc. I ignored it and started up again but without the beeping, just wont charge when on. There is no dirt or anything in the unit,. I have not moved any-wires, they have been sitting in the same spot on the counter since day 1. I'm gonna try a factor reset if it keeps happening a day or 2 from now.
Same problem here, it was behaving strangely few days ago (charging problem right away but worked in the end so let it go) and now it charges only when off or if plugged within 30 seconds after turning on and only on normal charge speed (not quick charge). Tried to wipe apps and everything, did the facrory reset 2 times but still nothing.
I have similar issues with charging my g7, first give me notification of moisture detected on USB port, then can't charge normally need to plug a few times and sometimes get slow charging, i was thinking have faulty USB port, and have poor battery life.
Then I turn off and put the cable and charges normally and realized that it's software issue.
I flash the ULM10i firmware and now everything work flawless the USB port charges when it's turn on and have very good battery life now.
As an update, I called LG and they basically stated that it sounds like a software issue and to send the phone in. I declined hoping to get another update that would fix it.
I have yet to get one from T-mobile. Long story short, it corrected itself and now charges off or on and no longer does the beeping. Whatever it was, was a bug that temporary for me.
same problem here; no moisture errors, aleatory starts charging when it's on, poor battery life; mainly starts charging with the phone off
problem solved! I've forced LG BRIDGE to reflash the ROM and voilĂ , all working like a charm. Just download from lge.com, install LG BRIDGE, under "software update" ... "update error recovery" and it will download and reflash the working ROM.
