My background always changes to a picture of grass up close. I use wallpaper switcher and this background will randomly show up and I can't get rid of it unless I reboot the phone. I have no idea where the background is on the phone so I can just delete it. Someone told me to disable wallpaper hack in ADW which I did but it didn't fix the problem.
This only happens with CM6. Other roms do not show this background randomly. Please help!
Anyone have the same problem?
I have the same problem bud, it doesn't bother me much though, a quick reboot every now and then doesn't hurt.

Hello,
I am on Stock OS version 3.2.4, did not touch anything from the staryt, with Nova Launcher installed. My widgets that tell time from different parts of the world and a countdown is not updating regularly.
Is this a one plus 3 problem? Anyone encountering the same issue? Is it a connection issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA
Do you have any battery saver type of apps installed. Sometimes they can be aggressive and interfere with widgets. Double check widget settings too.

Did not install any battery saving app on my phone. Stock as is. Updated to 3.2.4 OTA.
Also checked app settings and nothing seems to be about updating of widget frequency.
I tried to keep my desktop unlocked but the problem persists.
The 2 apps are Countdown and Perfect World Clock. And both of these are displayed on my main home screen. Is this an app issue? Are you guys not experiencing any of this? I have a calendar widget displayed, but not on main screen and it seems to update with no problem.

In your phone, go in settings and click on power option, in that select background app management and disable the app for which you want to receive notifications for.
Else go to notification center in settings and check whether you have blocked the app from receiving any notifications from that particular app..
Thanck you it work
Hi,
Just wondering whether toggling off android system "run in background" would have any drastic effect on the phone...Is there any advantage of this running in the background?
Well I also posed to my self the same question yesterday. I decided to turn off Background Activity toogle on battery usage from Android System and from Google Play Services. Well, until now not seeing any problems at all. Hope this continues...
Hi, is there any app which can be used to quickly disable the background activity of the apps? I've more than 400 apps installed so it is a bit difficult to disable the background activity by going inside each app's info>battery. Or is there any quickly way of doing it?
Why not try to make them dozed instead ?
There are too many apps I could recommend...
such as Brevnt , Greenify , Controlbp , X-APM...
Just to choose one or two which you like to use ,
more will be worse.
