Help - Wifi problem on Custom Rom (HTC M8)

I have a HTC M8, currently installed ViperOne M8, ver 1.0 (unlock bootloader, TWRP 2.8.7), after you install Custom Rom (InsertCoin-7.1.1-M7_UL_L50_SENSE70_MR_HTC_Europe_7.19.401.2), wifi does not work!!
Which is the easiest way to solve the problem.. sorry for my poor Engllish

M8s cannot connetct to google

I made a facotry reset, and wipe data and chache.
After the reboot and WLAN setup, I cannot connect to Google.
Only the message: unfortunately google play services has stopped
Otherwise everything works fine.
