Hello everyone.
I own a Sprint (SM-N910P) Note 4 and I want to say I'm tired of using the Sprint modified firmware. There is a thread on the original Note 4 forum side that you can install the UK firmware which comes officially from Samsung. I've also seen that the original Note 4 (SM-N910F) and the SM-N910P exactly have the same specs. Plus many people have posted that the method of flashing the UK stock firmware from Odin works fine.
I wanted to ask if anyone has done this, can they guide me to do it if its possible? Because I also don't know which firmware would be compatible to flash.
Please feel free to reply and discuss.

Wondering if anyone was daring enough to try flashing the International N9005 firmware on the Tmo Note3?
Looking at buying a Tmo Note 3 soon to run on ATT and would love to have it run the International N9005 Firmware (no carrier bloat)
If you have can you provide the details info? also will you get the updates like a normal N9005? any chance of an update containing a radio update that will brick the phone?
excuse the noobness of the questions, I don't normally tinker with good working phones. (currently running a genuine S4 google play edition) looking at a note 3 now....

Q&A ... but anyways...
i see no reason for it not to work ..
I flashed it, working fine. However, I cannot get wifi, or nfc to work in omega. He's releasing an update soon, so we'll see if that fixes the issue.

I would think Flashing any n9005 ROM (which usually is modem-less), would work since the hardware is the same.
Flashing N9005 roms on tmobile

I have flashed a few N9005 rom on my T-mobile note 3. Probam Rom..X-Note Rom and BobCat Rom. Also i just flashed knoxraid(AT&T Rom). I flashed all of the roms through TWRP. Make sure you use the T-mobile compulsion kernel or the Wildchild kernel.
There is a wifi fix I use on every i9005 build I do, I am at work, do not have it handy, but it fixes these issues....go to the i9005 forum, and go to the earlier posts, the wifi fix is there......
good luck
Just wondering why there are a few forums for the note 2... I understand there is one for sprint, att etc... But can I go to this forum and downloaded a rom and have it work perfectly in the US with Tmobile?

OP please do ALL the research before you download and flash ANYTHING. You will see Samsung released many variants of the same model and most have very different hardware than the others. Most software is NOT compatible from one to the other therefore there are separate forums to keep people from flashing the wrong things. Stick to only your carrier until you do enough research to find out how to flash an international ROM on T-Mobile. There are other threads outlining this and you should search for those and read them to see what features you may lose by doing so.

the rom link is for the non lte 7100 note 2.
so Iwould not flash a international rom designed for the 7100.
GT-N7105 t0lte and SGH-T889 t0ltetmo are compatible stick with that roms
Always read first and good to make a full nandroid backup if you're not unsure of what you're doing

Hi, is there anyway I can convert a Galaxy S6 Edge from T-Mobile to International variant? I used to own a HTC One and I could simply change the CID and MID to be able to install different ROMs and firmwares form other Htc One variants.

I routinely used International Roms on my Tmob S5 no issues. Simply root then flash whatever. The Tmob variant used the Qualcomm processor so one had to just make sure they flashed the correct International version, which as far as Tmob goes, was the KLTE International model.

Never really a good idea here on XDA asking "What is the best ROM". It is so early in the game right now I would just watch the Forum posts here and on the XDA International site for ROMs as they come out from various developers.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6-edge/general
Here is a link to the general section for the Samsung galaxy S6 which references the International site. Plus I have no clue at this time if they will be mixing and matching S6 vs S6 Edge Roms, just because the Edge obviously will have a few more capabilities. Again, this is way too early in the game to be even thinking about a 'best Rom"
Also interested to know if it can be converted to international so I can get international updates instead of waiting for Tmobile to push it out. Flashing roms is a no-brainer. Now that all S phones have the same hardware, I'm interested in straight conversion like HTC phone(s) are able to do.

.
if I understood correctly , I have G920T (from T-Mobile US), I'll be able to upload the firmware of an international G920F. Settings of LTE will change just as it has a model F ?
What about the wifi calling? You would lose this with the international rom wouldn't you? I had actually been thinking about getting the international (for the green that us disenfranchised Yanks don't get) and then putting tmo software on it.
Considering we have TWRP it should be a matter of time until we are running international roms. If I wasn't going to work I would be flashing it now

I'm wondering if I should attempt to flash an international rom. We do have twrp of course and if anything weird happens it is an odin fix away granted.
I guess I'll be intrepid and try it out. I sort of need to have an int'l rom because I also need to sim unlock the device

Try it out and let us know. Watch out what you flash I'm Odin and take a backup. I'm on way home and since I took a backup already I'm gonna try flashing the Int'l debloated rom after awhile.

No the Att version has a locked bootloader so that will not be possible and we still have not achieved root so again not possible at this moment. sorry to deliver the bad news.
hi
I recently got a verizon note 4 (n910v) and I want to know if i can convert it to an international variant such as n910F if possible. does the recent bootloader unlock make this possible?
thanks all
I don't think so but you can run N910F roms on N910V but there is only one problem is about data service will not available I personally tested some 5.1.1 based roms and worked great !
But I hope that we can do something like that
To run the F Roms, all ya gotta do is flash the data fix listed in most of the OPs. Can even do MM Roms as well
Sent from my SM-N910V using XDA-Developers mobile app
Yeah i know about the data fix but i was hoping to run official samsung n910f firmware. Im not in US and i dont like the verizon branding. I guess rooting is the only way.

Even if you could just convert it, as you say, you'd need to root and then unlock the bootloader. There's different hardware, so that's why the data fix is needed.
i also need n910f rom for n910v
