Try the Unbrick methond in this link I'm pretty sure you can recover your phone this way .I have done chaotic things to mind and always manage to get out of anything by doing the Unbrick method. If you do decide to do it the trick is to uninstall any of the drivers you currently have installed for the phone and install the once that come with the Download file for the unbrick method.O and connect your usb to the back USB slots if using a desktop.
Yeah, you can't flash CWM with the bootloader from official ICS. You have to go through the unbricking guide.

make sure you have enough harddrive space to extract and that the kdz has the right md5.

LG G3 bootloop without files

I have flashed one kdz file in my lg g3 mobile but when it restarted it was in the twrp, and all the things I try don't go, the internal storage is empty and I can only use the twrp recovery. I have tried flashing the tot file but the pc recognise the phone but it don't work. The download mode doesn't exist, if someone can help me I will be thanked.

How did you try to get into download mode? Twrp can boot into download mode and also did you try the manual method to get into download mode?
Also how did you you flash the kdz because technically when you flash a kdz it should wipe twrp recovery and return you to stock recovery.

Internal storage is empty and the download mode don't go, I flashed the same firmware for unroot the phone but don't go. I've tried doing this http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3/general/guide-fix-hard-brick-recovery-guide-t3132359 and the phone goes.

Try to fix it with srk tool2.1
Flash ls980 partition files using srk tool>fixed utility> fixed fastboot mode
First u have to download partition files of ls980 such as recovery laf persust etc.. by searching on google or by extracting any ls980 kdz by kdz extractor
After this u will he able to get into download mode and you can flash rom by lg flash tool

1) Which way are you trying to flash back to stock - kdz or tot? If tot is failing then try to kdz, if kdz is failing then try the tot restore...here's a guide with all you'll need for either flash method: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785089
2) Try using the original LG usb cable if you have it and use a usb 2.0 port while flashing.
If you have download mode one of those flashing methods should work for you as long as you have all the drivers installed and the correct files to flash.
Good luck :good:
