Not sure if this would work but i was looking around and came across this and maybe it could help.
droid views.com/fix-emui-5-themes-app-after-unlocking-bootloader/
add the www and remove the space between "droid views"

My research on chinese forums continiues, yesterday i found really beutifull Android Lolipop theme for EMUI 3.0. It comes with nice lockscreen that is almost same as the stock Lolipop Lockscreen. Icons are almost changed. The notification bar is different from the other themes also the settings menu, now we got the icons like material design.
I can confirm that this theme works on my Huawei P6 as you can see on screenshots, they belong to me. All credits goes to vmall user who made this greate theme I just uploaded to google drive.
installation: just copy the file to the /HwThemes folder
Note: These themes are only for Emotion UI 3.0 versions of Huawei.

Jumping on a bit of an old thread here but does anyone know a way to make this work on EMUI 4.0? Ive got the Marshmallow Beta on my P8 but cannot stand the stock EMUI. Alternatively any recommendations on a different/compatible one? Done a lot of googling but this is the only hit that comes up

Hello. I installed xposed on my p6 running b709 v7 and i changed ro.config.hwtheme=2 to 0 . After that every time i reboot phone theme changes to default. I uninstalled xposed and put back this value from 0 to 2 and now after second rebooting theme changes to default.
How can i fix this?

I figured out that xposed isn't problem at all. I have done full wipe and i installed v6 version of b709. At the start problem wasn't there. When i installed all stuff and rebooted problem was there.. I think some stuff that I installed is making a problem,but i don't know what..
Any theme changer app or some launcher?

yes,after 1st restart it's normal,but after 2nd it get backs to default
i solved it. problem was this neoredblack special theme. i edited some things on theme and clearly messed something up. thanks for help my mate
Hello Everyone,
If you are someone who is not inlove with the white notification panel and settings app in the latest update for Mi A1 thay is oreo and you want to change it to something else or if you jist want to change the color of accent of your phone then you have came to the right place.
First of all I am not the owner of these themes. I am just sharing their work and credit goes to RicardoRage.
Prerequisites- Nothing! Yeah, no substratum or anything. Only requirement is you should be on Oreo.
I have attached the zip file in which there are 42 themes or accents for oreo system.
Procedure to apply themes is very simple.
1.You just install the apk file of the theme which you want to install.
2. Then go to Settings>Display>Advanced>Device Theme
3. And select the theme you want to apply.
4. If you are not getting Device Theme option after installing apk file just reboot your device once.

Doesn't work, even after i rebooted several times. I'm on the latest Oreo stable build.

Another thread already exists, that was closed because some of the original developers APK were being used without permission. I suggest you contact a moderator and have this closed as well and remove your link to the download. Not cool sharing things that are not yours!

there are themes with:
black blackground and colored accents;
darkgray background and colored accents;
white background colored and accents.
I'm not the themes creator but i take overlays from a substratum theme:

If anyone have substratum i suggest him to use the official theme beacause is most complete.

Would it be too difficult to theme the dialog as well? Example: reboot menu, package installation menu, etc.
Can't get the themes to work in latest stable 8 (Januar 2018). The themes are shown after installation, I can select them, but nothing changes. Also, after reboot the menu to select the themes in Display settings is completely gone again. Any ideas how to resolve please?

I don',t know man try to do a factory reset all in my group that tested the themes and found no problems.

It is impossible make a tame rootless that change dialogs color cause android stock read only the themes that change the system ui.

Oh i forgot to mention, i don't have a honor phone , but a huawei phone with emui 12, since magic ui is based on emui, i think it could work, but only with an apk from an honor phone, that's why i asked for the apk
this can be done by doing a backup of the apk

I immediately updated the program from the market, I now have a beta version of the Windows program. Trust me it's the same program, I've already uninstalled it several times and put it back. If you want the settings that we have, then you will not have this, the Settings are registered in the system, and the program is the same.
