I've updated my SM-G928A to the latest Nougat firmware G928AUCU4EQC6
After update I can't connect to mobile network.
I mean I have a range but can't make calls, only emergency calls.
Any Idea what I've done wrong and little bit of help?
WiFi and BT works fine.

Hello everybody!
My problem right now is that I just unlocked this Samsung SGH-I317. I did all that I found, successfully downgrade to 4.1.1 with Odin and then used the hidden menu to unlock it, but after I finished all that, I noticed that I have signal (strong signal) so I tryied to make a call but it says Emergency Call.
Did I miss something?

You unlocked it to use on what network? Maybe the J2 modem you used isn't comparable with your network.

After the Marshmallow update cellular network isn't working anymore. I've tried different KDZ images, but with most of them I don't even get signal bars.
Only with the 20f version I got the signal bars back. But still only emergency calls.
Also tried the Android 5.1 KDZ, but no luck... Tested it with 2 different sim cards (different providers).
The simcard it self is recognized (the phone ask for my pincode)
I'm out of ideas..

No, the hard lock was triggerd because of a bug in the update. I had to send it to LG repairs.
Maybe a kernel issue check whether u have stock kernal or a custom kernal or do u get full signal 4g on lollipop ?

same problem's here, on 5.1 no problems on signal but now emergency call only
but the phone still can search a network but cannot locked a network

Please my G928T (unlocked) using internationaly, suddenly cannot no longer receive 3G network, can only reveive 2G/Edge. Once i set it to 3G only, the network will go and I will be off Network. But 3G use to work before now.
I have flashed the default most recent firmware (G28TUVU4DQC2) from sammobile yet it didn't work.
Pls I need help.

Have you tried changing SIM Cards?
What about booting to recovery and performing a factory reset?
Good morning, I am running the latest Lineage 14.1 rom (14.1-20171204-Nightly-d2att) on the Samsung Galaxy S3 (SGH-I747) phone, this phone is rooted, running the latest TWRP (3.2.1.0) and the I747UCUFNJ2 baseband on this device, this device is fully rooted, and is SIM unlocked for use with any carrier, my carrier is T-Mobile.
Ever since installing this rom, and any roms higher than android 6.0 (I've ran CM 12, CM 12.1, CM 13, SlimKat, and AOSP roms), everything works perfectly except for my cellular data will not go higher than Edge (2G) and my complete cell connection will randomly disconnect for a few seconds then reconnect itself.
I've tried everything from changing the APN settings specified by T-Mobile for LTE connectivity, I've gotten a replacement SIM from T-Mobile, I'm lost at this point as to what the issue could be. According to T-Mobile I do have the BYOD option so unlike some carriers, the SIM is not supposed to be locked to a specific IMEI.
Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue and/or a solution to this? Is there a higher baseband that needs to be loaded to fix this that I'm not aware of?

Yes it is.
I assume the cellular data works properly with a stock ROM.
Does the cellular data work with the sim in another phone? Cellular data works with another sim card in the s3?

Hi the last week i update the Z2 force AT&T from 7.1.1 to Oreo. After updating I had no mobile network so I decided to flash another modem specifically Verizon but now I lost all the baseband the WiFI and mobile data doesn't works and it tells me that the baseband is unknown , i try to flash again the AT & T modem and nothing. Unlock the bootloader a while ago maybe that's useful.

The baseband says unkown because you used Verizon's firmware on an AT&T phone. I did this accidentally last week.
Now, when you said "After updating I had no mobile network" did it not recognize the SIM and have the little warning icon or did it just never connect? For the former, get a new SIM. I had this issue on a samsung with AT&T once. For the latter you might want to check your APN setting here:. https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1062162/
