Same problem here. Infinity rom and extreme lag. Uninstalled.

Same Here bro i guess becasue the xposed isnt good fixed for SDK 25 like we have on our Note 8 !

Same I'm using Renovate's ROM (STABLE) 2.1 on SM-950F and it vibrates on power button and volume and Bixby button press, gets laggy and restarts . Once it starts, xposed is disabled automatically and it keeps restarting every 10-15 mins:crying:

I'm using it with the Alexander room and at the moment everything is OK

[Q]Home button waking up the tablet.

Any way to make it so the home button does not turn on the tablet? My case pushes the button every time I close or bump it and turns the screen on. Kind of annoying.
I would do a search for the issue but tapatalk did not want to allow it for some reason.

If your note is rooted, then you can install xposed and wanam which can disable the home button.

I'll play with that when I get it rooted. Was kind of hoping you could just disable that one function.
I did not disable myself. But you can check the feature list at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2383484
It has "disable wake home button'. Warm has many other features that work for note.

[Q] How to mute ringing in incoming calls

How to mute the ring while a call is coming without rejecting it ?
I have a rooted M ss stock rom.
Press the volume button sure I've done it like that or turn phone to silent

Thanks for your prompt reply. Unfortunately none of the physical buttons mute the ring for me, including the volume balance button. I suspect this is for a module in Exposed framework focused to buttons management; I uninstalled it but I guess it messed up the android script.
Any suggestion about how to solve my issue ?
Pressing the volume button should work. If you think that there is something wrong after modifications that you have done to your phone you can always flash stock and see if it works again.

If u use Xposed Modules, use GravityBox which has a option when enabled mutes ringer volume just by flipping the phone (screen facing down)....

Yes, this would solve my problem for sure but I keep this as the last chance: I would avoid to root again, doing again all the customizations, etc

Nice idea but it's a feature that would increase the battery consumption.
Anyone knows how android mutes the ring in an incoming call ? Which are the names of the files storing the relevant parameters?

No lock screen and home buttone?! WTF?

Not really sure what happened, but randomly my lock screen stopped appearing. When I hit the power button it goes right to the home screen.
Also, the home button will not bring me back to the home screen when I'm in the app drawer or operating within an app, but yet the home screen will wake the device up to no lock screen so I have to use the back key to get back to the home screen.
Really weird.
I'm running wicked v.10 and tried reinstalling the ROM to no success.
Help!!
Thanks,

If you are using Wanam Exposed then that is the reason.
Some of the options and settings in it can cause the issues you are experiencing.
If you have Wanam installed then open Xposed Framework and
click on "Framework" then select "uninstall" and reboot the phone.
It's a lot easier and faster that way than trying to search/find the exact
setting/option which was enabled that caused the issue in the first place.
Reinstalling it is fast and easy and does not require guesswork.
You can always re-install it really fast.
If you have not used Wanam then it must be some other mod which
was installed that's causing the issue.
Good luck!
Shoot. Didn't work. I Uninstalled it and the problem was still present.
I looked at my most recent updates apps and there wasn't anything significant.
Any other ideas?

Found out that it was the Google Home Launcher I installed. I uninstalled it using Titanium and POW, everything came back.
Not sure why that happened. but whatever.
WHEW!

[Q] Tab S 8.4 (700) frozen at boot step...

Hi everyone!
I rooted the Tab S + installed Xposed (Xprivacy and Gravity box).
No issues with that except the wifi password being lost upon reboot (had secure storage set to false in /system/build.prop with no effect really).
Then during reboot, after the first screen (the one that say Galaxy tab S),while there's the animated Samsung logo showing, the tab froze...
Now I have the screen showing Samsung, pressing the power button , the recovery or download key combination does nothing...
On My S5 I would have removed the battery but here it's not possible so I'm waiting for the battery to be empty...
Any idea how to force the shutdown?
Has any one tried to open the tab to remove the battery?
Thanks !!
Press and hold power till screen turns off. Keep holding....

I've been trying that for 3 minutes straight...
it's not working...
Thanks for the suggestions !!
Press and hold power, volume down and menu button. You will get to the fastboot page.

Hi,
So none of the hardware key combination ( to reboot in recovery or in download mode ) worked.
After a while , there was no energy left in the battery so the tablet did stop.
After some charging, it rebooted as if nothing happened :silly:
And this time, no https connection worked (no google play, drive connection possible..).
So I did a factory reset, rooted ( this time , the wifi password was not lost),install Xposed ( with gravity box, Xprivacy and App settings).
Now everything is working fine
I have no idea what went wrong in the first place, I hope this thread might bu useful to someone !
Thanks !!

Thanks! This worked for me after having fiddled with resolutions in ROM Toolbox Pro. I had "System UI" and some other app crashing in a tight loop, and holding power button down didn't make it shut down, ever.
It looks like now I'll have to reflash it with Odin, but at least I can get there without having to wait for it to run out of juice
Cheers

Lockscreen Lag after 8.0 update

Is anyone else having weird lockscreen lag after the Android 8.0 update? When the devices screen if off for 30 seconds or longer, I can scan my fingerprint and hear the unlocking sound, but the screen won't turn on until 1 second later. Same thing when I press the power button.

No problems here at all, did you do a clean install?
All fine here.
Mine is normal.
Yeah I'm getting lag also. I changed the settings to prevent the power button from locking the screen and so far has been working.

Yeah I did. Sorry for the late response. Funny enough what seemed to be the problem was Custom Navigation Bar hiding the system bars. As soon as I re-enabled them, it all went back to normal.
