So I will do my best to keep this sweet and to the point. I prefer the pros and con's layout.
Pro's
-The battery last all day and several days with heavy usage. I received the battery on Friday. Fully charged and started using it Friday night with my phone at 100% charged. I play a lot of clash royal, I mean a lot and I'm still using the same battery since Friday. I just put it on the charger and I had 17hrs SOT. Now I think if I didn't play clash royal I could have gotten over 20hrs easily. Keep in mind battery life is very subjective and varies signal strength, apps, etc.
-Price, I'm very happy that they dropped the price to reasonable standards. 6300mah is $39.99 and 8500mah at $59.99
-All ports cut out correctly, and all the buttons works correctly.
-Super easy to remove in and out of the case if needed
-Charges the battery fast, doesn't appear to be fast charging though
-Case feels solid and won't show dirt
Con's
-Size
-Size
-headphone dongle needed to use most headphones
-little hard to reach the fingerprint scanner (reprogram fingerprint after case on, it helps)
-Size, this thing is big. However it does serve a purpose for long trips and heavy users.

I'm gonna start off short with this and add more as I get more use out of the phone.
First of all, I was hoping (though not optimistically) that I could fit this battery inside my phone case if I left off the battery door. This is definitely not going to happen. I've read that this battery and replacement door increases the phone from 11mm thick to 17mm. I've measured and verified this, but holding the phone in your hand it seems like about double the original thickness. Really this doesn't bother me except I'm going to have to modify a case to fit now.
Also the battery door that came with it is plastic. I was concerned this might affect reception since the OEM door is reported to be part of the antenna system, maybe for WiFi. but so far I have noticed no problem at all. I'm still concerned the tabs will break of of this door easily if dropped since they are plastic. I also am a little concerned these could break in my jeans pocket when I'm squatting down since extra thickness puts more pressure on the phone.
Initial impressions of battery life are fantastic. It had gotten to the point where my phone would die between 2-4pm after charging all night and using it pretty heavily during the day. If I tried to watch a movie around even 10am, the battery would die before the movie finished. This morning I watched a 2hr movie with the Mugen battery and still had over 80% battery left. Amazing. It's such a startling difference that I now wonder if my OEM batter was worn out more than I had thought.
A couple of final details. The buttons on the side of the phone are just slightly harder to find with the new battery door. This is not any issue after getting used to it but just an observation. The fit and finish of the battery door is very good. I did notice a slight difference in the paint color of the battery door compared to the back of the phone, but I used to work in the paint industry. I don't think most people would notice or care.
********UPDATE*************
I had cut some slits in my Amzer case to allow it to fit the extended battery. This actually worked pretty well and had a really nice feel in hand. However, it this face fits kind of loosely to begin with and has a lot of grip, making it hard to get in and out of pocked. This problem does not really get worse, but certainly isn't any better with the bigger battery. Unless you have pretty big pockets it's just too annoying. Without the case I have no problems sliding the smooth phone in and out of my pocket and it still has a better feel in hand than the stock shape. I just hope I don't drop it.
The capacity is still excellent after a week or so. I have noticed that charge time is quite long though. A full charge is taking me around 6 hrs. This is with a aftermarket cable, but I believe it is still charging at 1A. I will use the stock cable tonight to confirm.
Added an update.
please add some pics!
and how long is it lasting with heavy / light use?
I posted some usage info already, but I get almost 2 days with light/medium use. I can still get below 10% with 18hrs of heavy use... texting, reading, a little YouTube, music, WAP, and web browsing. I used to have a dead battery by 3pm using it like that, now it lasts all day.

NVM, found it on ebay.
http://www.seidioonline.com/product-p/bacy32mtatr-bk.htm
Now available for the Atrix 4G.
Includes an extended battery door, and supposedly only adds 0.5cm to the back, which isn't bad.
Please feel free to post thoughts on the idea of getting one, or if you own it, your experience with the new battery.
Thanks all.
I don't understand why Seidio insists on having the extra battery space be a straight edged bump...Why can't they smooth the edges into the case...Actually show they THOUGHT about DESIGN for a change.

wow, i wonder what type of real battery life that would give...
Wow that is horrible
Dis-gus-ting.
that looks waaayyy more than .5 cm
Welcome back to 1999 folks...
It does seem a tad large. Anyone else find any larger capacity batteries out there besides this one? I was awaiting the Seidio one for a while...bummer
I've been waiting for this
I remember when I bought one of these for my Motorola Milestone.
It makes the phone look like those vintage smartphones of the 90's. Bulky and heavy. Also system can't read the real battery life left. So in a few hours your metter drops down to 1%. Then the red led will blink constantly, unless you reboot the phone so the battery metter resets. Then you'll have to repeat the same process again 2 or 3 more times.
Then we have the battery cover. It was horrible plastic with four cheap metal locks to secure it to the phone.
Having seen the pics of the one for the Atrix, I doubt the story is so much different now.
I have a question to those willing to buy this: how much more battery life do you need?. Under heavy usage my Atrix lasts a whole day, and I have around 30% left at night. I can surf the web, listen to music through bluetooth, play some retro games through Yongzh emulators the hour it takes to travel from my home to my job and vice versa and the battery metter rarely drops more than 10%. With normal usage, the phone reachs the night around 70%.
So I don't see the point in transforming the phone in a Startac.
Just ordered one of these puppies: http://cgi.ebay.com/Yoobao-Samsung-..._Batteries&hash=item1e61362f01#ht_1002wt_1139
Thought I'd give it a short review Anyway, I recently got a cheap vibrant that has a semi-borked cellular radio. I decided to use it strictly as a music player (the Galaxy S's audio chip is among the best)
With the stock battery, ZenDroid 1.3.4 + Bali UV Kernel 1.8.6 + KA7 modem, i was losing about 0.7% per hour idling (all wireless radios disabled). Playing music, it drained closer to 3-4% per hour
I got the battery yesterday and did a full drain + full recharge to condition the battery. It has been on for 13 hours now, with music playing for 4 hours continuously and it is only down to 90%. HUGE improvement!! With additional drain/recharge cycles (seller said it takes around 3 to reach optimal performance), I'm sure it will be even better.
Physically, this battery isn't much heavier than the stock battery. Although the included battery hood sticks out a bit, it fits very comfortably in my hand. When I hold it, my index finger rests on the angled part of the door. For anyone that is worried about the extended battery making the phone alot bulkier, rest assured it doesn't change it too much
Nice I might have to look into one now
Vibrant
Rom: Project-V
Kernel: Bali 1.8.6UV or tigers blood 3.22 UV -75 all around.
depends on how i feel
I have been shopping around for an extended battery and this is half the price of the momax battery. But the momax battery has a stand and a glossy cover, so im still undecided.
So these results were from no wireless and no cellular connections? Were you still receiving background sync data?

so this is external battery huh
Not better than stock
I bought this battery from amazon. Am running Project-v and Bali 1.87UV. Was hoping for 2x stock battery life and did a full charge, recalibration, and drained it twice. But this battery does not work better than the stock one. The label said it was a 3500Mah, but Amazon advertized it as 2800. That discrepancy alone tells me to suspect the contents. I honestly doubt there is much more in there than a 1400.
Save your money and get something else.
I looked at several of these extended life batteries and I bought the Momax. Though it is more expensive I have been really happy with it. I can now use my phone for everything (voice, audio, video and data) and not worry about conserving battery to get through the day.
I was down to 45% the other day after using it 18 hours without plugging in and I had it displaying the clock for 4 hours straight while also checking Tweetdeck and answering emails during that time. I had GPS on even though I wasn't using it. I played music for about an hour straight too. Before I couldn't have played the music without almost draining it to that level.
I am completely ok with the extra weight knowing I now can enjoy my phone for the first time. I use it all of the time now. Before I was scared to bring the screen up for too long on days that I could not be near a charger. I like the kickstand on the Momax too. I bought the white one and my only regret is that I think I would have liked the black better. But I may get another one and give the white cover to my wife.
What's the verdict on it so far, OP?
I'd love to hear the verdict as well. Always nice to get extra battery life, but only if its worth the excess bulk.
I almost buy it,btw it's worth ?

Hey guys just a quick simple question, which of these two brands is more reputable and offers higher quality batteries?
http://www.amazon.com/Hyperion-GT-i...843965&sr=8-2&keywords=i9250+extended+battery
http://www.amazon.com/Onite-Extende...843965&sr=8-1&keywords=i9250+extended+battery
Both have good ratings on amazon but I was wondering about guys who actually have these batteries. Is the larger hyperion better than the NFC equipped Onite? FYI I never really use NFC so it is not a factor here. I just want to get the better quality, longer lasting battery.

I don't have the Hyperion battery, I instead have once from QCell and the Onite (3500) you linked. I got them since October/Septmeber 2013 and both of them blow the stock (1700) battery away. But my QCell battery seems to last a little bit longer (and I think its a slightly larger capacity battery) but the battery seems to discharge at a weird rate. It rapidly discharges and then it gains back a couple of %. As a result, the battery graph looks very spiky jittery mess. But it still works fine but it may randomly shut down at the 5-10% mark.
Right now, I use the Onite as a daily driver for those reason alone as it doesn't derp like the Qcell does. It definitely falls under the category of not bad. But be warned batteries of this size will make your phone huge, bulky and heavy haha. Picking up a Nexus 5 will make you think its a feather light after using huge batteries on the GNex.
Wifi use at home easily gets me 5-6 hour screen on time with a little more than 2d uptime. The days where I go out the entire day, it would last about 4 hours +/- screen on time (I run at way higher brightness when I'm not at home), BT on when in the car streaming audio for 1 hour, average signal and about 15+ hours uptime because I replug in when I sleep with usually 10-30% to spare. In short, I never run out of battery less than a day of usage. Almost double the battery life of stock battery. With Trinity kernel, you easily gain an extra half an hour of SOT on this battery.
GTA SA though kills the Onite battery flat in 2h 30m of continuos gaming with thermal throttle disabled (Trinity kernel) at 20%+ brightness

I would go for the Onite, for sure. Even if I don't really like to use not original battery. I think it's unsafe for the smartphone itself.

Thanks for that really in depth response, I appreciate it. I will definitely buy the Onite battery. Thank you again.
I bought the Hyperion 2 days ago and here are some screen shots of my usage yesterday, I think I could do better with some modifications...

jlczl already has a youtube review up but here's my take on it. With no pictures. Lol
There is no getting around the size and weight of the case but make no mistake, this phone should last you at least 2-3 days of HEAVY usage. This is not a case for most to carry in their pants/jeans pockets. I'm usually carrying two phones with me in the same pocket (one from work, one personal) and even then, it's still thinner than this case with the phone on it. It also weighs less. While some people like my brother actually carries and uses ZeroLemon battery cases on a daily basis, most of us would only use it for specific scenarios, probably mostly during travel. Some would say, "well you can do the same with a battery pack". Of course you can but it's definitely not as convenient and you'll have to contend with a wire between the phone and battery. Speaking of battery packs, this case has a USB output so you can actually use it as a battery pack to charge other devices.
A few things that I don't like about the case is that when you're charging devices, the LED lights are lit up the entire time it's charging which, depending on the situation can be distracting. Not sure if it's just the one I have but that's my main gripe about this case. The specs list QC 2.0 for charging the S7A but I didn't notice it charging any faster than usual. Regardless of that, it would've been nice if the USB output for other devices was at QC 2.0 as well. Last but not least and should go without saying, you lose the waterproofing for the phone. Well, technically the phone is still waterproof but the case obviously is not. You still wouldn't want water to get between any charging devices whether they're waterproof or not.
All in all, ZeroLemon battery cases may not appeal to most but they definitely serve a niche group of consumers like my brother. Lol
One final thing that will probably please original Gameboy fans. The heft and size of it reminds me of the original Gameboy. It's almost as if I'm using a modern version of the Gameboy. If you've never played hours upon hours of the original Gameboy, you won't know I'm saying but if you did then you'll instantly be reminded of it. Lol
Another thing is I haven't seen a holster for this version. My bro's S4 or S5 (forgot which Galaxy he has) battery case came with a holster.
no pics! all good mate, nice review.
how much was the case?
would be good if you could test capacity more accurately, maybe turn on airplane mode, then turn on wifi and have youtube play continuous hd documentaries (auto play enabled) with screen brightness 100% and see how many hours it last?... no pressure, just curious
No time for that but it's fine to charge almost 2x from a dead battery. The efficiency rating isn't the best but it's not advertised as such either. I'd say,
anecdotally, it's about 70-75% efficiency which is about average.
