i dont get these cases or the need for it
just buy any of the samsung powerbanks.
even carrying it around will be easier than this monster case
beside its more effecient, safer and faster charging.

To reduce clutter of having to carry around your phone, a USB cable, and the power bank. Sure your phone is bigger, but not bigger than your phone plus cable, plus whatever battery bank you have in the same pocket.
Considering my phone has the OtterBox case, this would be a godsend. Maybe a little bit more bulk, but least I won't have to worry about my battery.
I don't own the ZeroLemon case, but it's something I would definitely consider.

I am looking for some accessories to improve the experience with my Galaxy Note. I am looking for a larger battery, preferably the same size of the stock battery, and a case that offers maximum protection for my Note without detracting too much from its appearance or adding to the bulk of the device. I am also looking for a car charger. I have been considering a screen protector, but are they really a necessity? I hate the
Has anyone tried the Mugen 5400mAh battery? In a review, I read that it allows for around 9 hours of continuous screen time, which is just immense! However, with over half-a-pound of added wait and up to six hour charge times, is it really worth it? Are there other batteries which are better value and have less of an impact on the weight/same size as the stock battery? Can anyone here vouch for the Mugen battery?

I can highly recommend that German seller Decresent, bought my Samsung official dock from there and arrived really fast.

What about an improve battery? Are there any good ones for a decent price? The Mugen looks good, but it adds over half a pound of weight which is just ridiculous in my opinion. Also, is there no way to get a car charge without a stand, which is something I flat-out do not need?
Oh so you just want a car charger? Sorry I misunderstood you
Well you can go to Amazon or Ebay and buy any car charger with microUSB connection. They will work with Note just fine.
Also about the battery. If you want more battery capacity it means the battery usually will be bigger and WILL be heavier. It's just a compromise you have to take.
Of course there are the 2700mAh and 3250mAh batteries that are stock size but I don't have any experience with them nor do I remember their brand/model/price.
There are threads for those batteries here in Galaxy Note Accessories subforum, go look there.

Is 3250mAh the largest battery which is still the same as the stock battery and will fit in the normal case? I want the largest possible battery that will still go into any normal case for the phone. Any recommendations for cases? Also, are screen protectors a must?
Has anyone tried these cases? They look quite stylish, but how do they work in terms of protection for my phone and also cut-outs such as the S-Pen and headphone jack?
I don't know about the batteries. Go and ask in their respective threads here in Galaxy Note Accessories subforum.
If you want best protection for your Note get the Otterbox Defender.
For screen protector I would say get the SGP glas.t

I've been using diztronic cases (formerly tpu-cases.com) for a year now and they are fantastic. Adds almost no bulk while providing exceptional protection. Regular price is $9.90 on their website but on amazon they are slightly cheaper. I bought 2 last week for $14 total shipped. The cutouts are NOT perfectly aligned but the case does not block any port, speaker or mic. Plus the 1/8" lip it provides allows your phone to go face down on any level surface without any fear of scratching.
Does anyone have this case for their Nexus?

I've been looking around, and aside from getting a 3rd party battery with a larger back, this might be something to look into. I love the extended battery cases for iPhones because those are slim and pack a nice punch, but this just looks thick and clunky to me.
Anyone have any experience or photos of it?
Or do you have any recommendations for a different case?
I saw someone selling one of these in the marketplace a few weeks ago... PM'd a question about it but never got a response.
Based on the amazon reviews, doesn't seem to be a great product. Looks bulky and cheap. If you search ebay, you can get them there for about $20.
One thing that jumps out from the start is how the headphone jack would be used with type of case? It seems awfully bulky at the bottom end and doesn't have a nice wide opening for the jack to make it through the thick case.
You would be better off just buying one of the huge extended batteries IMO.
Yeah these type of batteries dont offer anywhere near as much extra juice as advertised. I personally use my regular OEM battery and keep an external microusb charger with me that runs off rechargeable batteries for the times I do use my phone a lot. Or you could just buy a spare battery and keep that charged but I would stay away from these types. I used one once and returned it after it took forever to charge and only charged my phone I think 30% on a full charge.
I'm using the stock battery right now. I have two of them and a charger that let's me charge the second battery outside my phone. I have $10 amazon credit and was thinking of getting the zero lemon but that looks like overkill. I have the otterbox commuter case and don't feel like going much bigger than that. I would like whatever case to at least offer decent protection as well. Am I just better off throwing a spare charged battery in my pocket and swapping batteries if nescessary? I do have a huge anker charger that i could use as well but it would pull my pants to my ankles if i put it in my pocket. Maybe I should find a thinner and lighter battery pack?
Great case, I always tend to purchase a battery case when me and my family go on vacation. This case is a good solid case that adds a bit grip making the phone not slippery when holding it in your hand. As for features the case is some sort of plastic, your phone drops in charging side first and then the you just press in the rest snapping the phone into the case. To remove I find the easiest to push towards me where the fingerprint reader is. Now while the phone is in the case I have noticed the phone will not "fast charge" with a OEM Samsung charger. Also odviously no nfc or wireless charging while using the case. It is a bulky heavy case but with the quality ZeroLemon puts out and all the extra juice I think it is worth it. Now if ZeroLemon would just make a belt clip I would be able use this daily.
Just a small review I'll try to get some pictures up.

I don't usually like bug bulky battery cases, but at that price it's i good investment to keep in my bag for those occasion where battery life might be a concern. Also the 10000mAh ZeroLemons are crazy big and bulky, as to be nearly unusable to me. This is large but manageable for occasional use. Went ahead and ordered one, as I have a trip in November where this will come in handy.
Just though other might be interested.
I already got mine from auction site for less. It looks exactly the same without the branding. It fits well and feels great in the hand, obviously with some added thickness.
Yes, don't like the bulk of these things generally. Definitely won't be using it on a day-to-day basis, but it will be helpful on those rare occasions or it's useful.
Don't get me wrong I love ZeroLemon for their reliable battery cases that have a huge capacity. But nowadays I just rock my Anker 10000mAh battery pack which doesn't add bulk to the phone and fits perfectly in my other pocket.
Just got mine and as expected it pretty big and not something I'd want to use on a day to day basis. I can't imagine how anyone can deal with the 10,000mAh battery cases', they must be MONSTROUS!
Also there isn't much of a lip on the case so no dropping it face down (as if you could control that). I wish it more of a lips to protect the screen. I'm just going to have to be careful.
You can get to the fingerprint scanner ok, it just a bit more odd than the already odd placement.

I understand, I have three different battery packs (20,100mAh, 10,400mAh and a 8,000mAh), but in certain circumstances where I know I will need the extra juice I can throw in the ZeroLemon case and then turn it on when needed. Especially when I need the extra use but will be needing to use my device for phone and pictures at an event, no cables needed and less risk of damaging the USB port while on the go. Honestly I will rarely have use for this, but when I do it will be a nice option. But I can't phantom those that use this or worse the larger version as a daily driver.
