Did anyone test any smartphone lenses witn OP3t ? <- wide, zoom, macro lens ?
Aukey / Apexel / Mpov / victsing ?
I did, it works, I bought an unbranded(fish, macro, wide) from eBay for 1$.

Hello Guys.
Now that we have manual mode in camera , i think macro/lens should work just fine , i'v been digging in ebay and amazon to buy some nice lens but i was a bit confused , cause i couldn't afford buying an incompatible ones. Anyways.
I'd like to know if you guys could help choose nice lens/macro for X , i'd very much appre it , this thread can be helpful for other people who wants the same thing.

I use the magnetic lens from Photojojo. I actually put the stick- on ring on my OEM OnePlus case, then stick whichever lens I'd like to use. I've got the wide angle, macro, fisheye, and telephoto. They work great. The macro lens is VERY amazing. It let's you get extremely close!

Also, if you're into photography like me... I bought a cell phone tripod mount on Amazon for cheap & also a Bluetooth shutter trigger. Both are handy for macro shooting. Gets rid of the little movement out hands make - that totally ruin macro shots.

And yes i'm into photography , i already have the tripod mount , it helps a lot and i like it.

I am very impress by the selfie quality...it comes with some nice little neat features that I have come to enjoy....if you use snapchat camera, you will feel right at home. Honor is aiming to attract the "younger" generations and the selfie camera does JUST that. But hey, if you are not into smoothing out those wrinkles, shrinking your cheeks, making your eyes "pop" and detect your "good" side, a simple snap will be just fine.

I am glad that I'm not a selfie guy, the front camera is the last thing I worry about on a smartphone.

The front facing selfie camera is OK. I wouldn't say that it's the best selfie camera that I have seen on a mobile device. But then again most flagship selfie camera sensors aren't very good ether.

I was at an orange store to look at the HTC 10, bc i'd like to buy one soon. I've seen that their phone had 16 seconds of exposure time.
The reviews on YouTube show that it has only 2 seconds.
Did it get more exposure time after the last update?
Seems to support 16 Dec exposure in Pro mode

Hey man.. As you're from India I just wanted to ask, does your display have a pink tint when viewed from the side? Mine has it and its visible on whites.. It has that rainbow effect on the display too...

Its most probably that. try the nilkin one. Its good and thin and wont cause any tint. Been using it since day 1, no chips or anything. I'd recommend it.

With the mate 20 x having a front facing infrared 3D depth sensing camera, does any know if it has the ability to produce 3D live emoji,s like the mate 20pro can?
It's quite a nice feature but appreciate it's a bit gimmicky
It has the exact same cameras and features of the mate 20 pro so whatever works there works here :laugh:

I dont think it has the same camera on the front (hence the tear drop Notch) assuming it uses the 3d face unlock (on the Pro) to scan objects. Not sure if 3d Emoji have already been released on the mate 20pro

The front facing cameras on the Mate 20 pro and the Mate 20 X are different. There's is no 3d scanning sensors. Reason why the Mate 20 X only has the tear drop notch

Goto others while in front facing mode and choose ar lens
The camera's video is very bright and skin tone look very nice. But when it come to photo, it's quite different and doesn't look attractive.
Does anyone have the same issue with me or only my phone camera have problem with that?
