Hi, my phone had a serious battery issue so I sent it to samsung centre. Then they said it had a motherboard problem so they change the whole motherboard. But now my phone starts up with a bootloop on the android logo. I have to charge while booting up to fully boot the android. Can you guys help me figure out whats causing this?
If a factory reset doesn't fix it then it sounds like hardware issues. You might have to send it back.

Hi all,
WOndering if anyone can help.
I recently agreed to take a look at my friends SM-T210 Tab 3, as it was stuck in a boot loop and the screen was flashing and pulsing constantly making it impossible to do anything with the tablet.
I managed to reflash the original 4.4.2 firmware using Odin so the tablet now boots up fine. But, the screen still flashes in a pulsing fashion and also looks like it has really bad screen burn.
Could this be a hardware rather than a software issue?
He bought the tablet 2nd hand from ebay so I have no idea if it has been rooted previously or not. Would rooting the device solve a problem like this?
I can provide pics and potentially video if this will help
Hello !
After performing of hard reset, my secind Note II started to diplaying bootloader without possibility to boot android normally. I went to authorized service where they tried to put new version of the system. When I came back to service for my phone, turns out that mainboard should bereplaced because after updating of android problem is worse than before. Now after powering on of the phone, on screen are only strange strips and nothing is going on.
Phone is not covered by warranty so it means that I have to buy new phone or somehow fix this one but it will cost a lot. On that Note II I didn't make any changes with the software before problem or after.
Anyboda has idea is there is any hope to fix my phone without replacing mainboard?
Here is image of my phone.
Thanks in advance.

My initial issue with the LG G4 Boot Loop problem is I got data in my phone I need and don't want it erase/reset. So in reading other forums, I read that some people have been able to get the phone to turn on for as long as 10 minutes if they put the phone in the freezer for 20 minutes. Has anyone tried this?
LG states that this is a hardware issue. Something to do with a loose connector. Does anyone know exactly where in the motherboard this connector is located? I have a friend who has worked on cell phone motherboards and would like to be able to tell him where this may be. I am not worried if it invalidates the warranty anymore. The data is too important to lose. Does anyone know where this connector problem is?
Thank you from Texas!
Hi,
First of all, I had a bootloop problem couple of months back but it was fixed by a battery change. I had rooted my phone and then put the stock rom by using LG Flashtool. The Software now is Android 6.0 MM
Last week my phone randomly died on me while I was taking a picture. The battery percentage was 82 and yet it was bootlooping.
I got a new battery and the boot looping hasnt stopped. I tried to do LG Flash tool and LG UP and LG Suite but my phone turns off after a couple of seconds in download mode. I tried Factory reset by using the volume down button but it turns off when the android man appears. Now it even stopped showing percentage while I charge the phone.
I really think its software problem but I am not able to do anything to the damn thing. PLEASE HELP ME! :crying: I am running on a S2 and that thing is grandpa generation!
This maybe related to a hardware issue take it to a reputable technician u already said it was related to battery ... A swollen battery could have damaged ur g3 internals
