As for this vs the Siedio case, I'm thinking this one is a bit thinner and would fit in my pocket easier.
wow like the bodyglove cover.whats the price? and can i buy one online?

It's 29.99 - and will be available at Sprint stores upon launch. You might be able to grab one now depending on how charismatic you are...
As for online, the online sprint store may be selling them - not sure, you'd have to check on the 4th.
Nice I like the look of that case and I just orderd the ghost armor case as you get the whole body armor for 14.99, the bodyglove might be better but I might use both, and then be covered for everything...
im usually not a fan of these type cases but i think ill grab it for the honeymoon period also
Will never get another body glove again. Their tabs break off all the time. Went through two of them in a month for my TP2.
damm i checked the sprint accessory online store and its not available yet i guess but ill b heading to the store to c if they got any before launch.so far got screen protector for the SUPERSONIC.
I've been searching online for the past couple of days for a case for my Evo. I really want this body glove case. I am going to stop by my Corporate Sprint Store tomorrow on my way to work to see if they have any and if they would let me buy one. I called them earlier last week about another matter and the store associate started talking about the Evo. When I told him I would have mine this past Friday he was shocked and wanted to see it. So maybe...and I mean maybe if I go up there show them my Evo and everything they may be nice and let me get one of the cases. Plus I have a Sprint Premier Account, so we'll see.

Has anyone had similar issues? Have you tried other cases? If so, what would you recommend for protection and as slim as possible...

YES! I've had the exact same results with the Samsung moment case, the front panel is held on by 4 small plastic tabs.
These tabs easily break off just by taking the case on and off. I replaced my case twice after giving up completely and going naked. I'll never buy Body Glove again.
I would be very careful with the Body Glove or Seidio cases. I bought the Seidio Innocase II and put it on my iPhone 3GS on day one. When I got it ready for sale a few days ago, I removed the case to find some scratches on the chrome bezel. The felt on the rear protected the back just fine. If they lined the entire case with it, then it would be good. The bezel on the Evo appears to be shiny plastic, so I would expect it to scratch even easier than the metal iPhone bezel.
I've tried other cases...

I have tried other cases, they are of the cheaper rubber cases that have this interlocking mechanism on top and bottom that were okay, the fit wasn't good but the cases were good. The unfortunate thing is that comparing a TP2 case with the Evo case is apples and oranges.
That IS until I saw that the Evo case is also a 2-piece snap on. If there is no sliding keyboard why then is it a two piece snap on and not a once piece hard case? The tabs break, pure and simple. If the reset button is under the back cover, every time you take off the back bodyglove cover, you risk breaking the tabs holding the case in place.
When I say I have gone through two bodyglove cases, I wasn't kidding. The thing looks good, until the case parts start randomly popping off because the tabs have broken off. Not really a protector then, is it?

Hmm, well thanks a lot guys, I've definitely changed my mind on this case. I'll probably go naked until Otterbox comes out with a case (in which case the honeymoon phase will be over, and I'll be more worried about long-term protection).

Give the Sprint Silicone Case a try. I got it and love it. It's nice and cheap especially with a 25% premier customer discount. It covers everything, slips on easy and comes off easy, good fit, and it actually makes the power button easier to hit and feel.
http://shop.sprint.com/NASApp/onlin...=Carry+&+Protect&selectedAccessoryID=CZH1980R
Its pretty nice. I have it and its decently built. Only structural issue I see is by the volume keys. But otherwise seems quite solid.
I like the look of the case, very cyber, but if it splits the longest way around the edge& is only held together with little tabs, I'd look elsewhere. On a one-piece phone with no moving parts there is no sense in it. I'm looking at the Seidio since it has the smallest seam, it goes around the middle, and is made to be held in holster. I don't like shoving phones in my pocket any way and especially not this giant thing. Second choice might be the Sprint one with multi colors or the silicone one.
I love my Evo body glove
I bought My body glove from the Dover, NH Sprint store from wireless link. The thing is amazing picked it up for $20 (special discount)
When I bought my evo, they had that body glove case at the store for $20. I got it, and I like it. It almost has an "iron man" type of look to it. The thing I liked about it was that it was thick enough to protect the camera, meaning when you laid it down, the camera didnt touch anything.
It is a pain in the butt to take off though. It has the back piece and then a really cheap-feeling front piece, and they clip together around the phone. Its hard to un-clip them at that point. I've already bent the hell out of the side of the front piece, but it still looks alright.
Regardless of that, I'd say its worth getting.
i have it like above mentioned feels cheap when taking on or off but when on its great protects camera lense i have no complaints so far i might be grabbing one of those 3500mah batteries so ill probably have to change sooner or later
Hey I checked and did not see these posted yet. Casemate has there brushed aluminum barely there cases available for the GS2. I have never used one myself, but just ordered one. They look slick and professional, and I have had great luck with there cases in the past. $32.00 w/ coupon and free shipping. Not bad.
http://www.case-mate.com/Samsung-Galaxy-S-II-Cases/Case-Mate-Samsung-Galaxy-S-II-Barely-There-Brushed-Aluminum-Cases.asp
Also found 2 coupons for any of there cases:
fblike20 for 20% off
cmretail10 for 10% off
I don't like the CM logo on case. Look ugly!
That is one of the nicest cases ive seen yet for the GS2 im not worried about the small logo the brushed aluminum looks very sleek indeed, i already have 2 cases but i may just get this if it goes down in price which it probably will in a few months.
I use the same one made out of plastic, but I wonder if this affects reception, seeing as its made of metal?
Think there was a thread about how the person lost GPS/AGPS capabilities totally when indoors while using this case. It apparently became ok once the case is off.

ah i may give this a miss so i was thinking about this actually would it effect GPS or WiFi
Can anyone with this case confirm or deny any issues affecting signal or gps with this case?
I really like the design and looks premium but is very expensive dont want to have to buy another case after this !
I bought it and it kills GPS for me. Indoors, outdoors everywhere..
Without the case fix in less than 2 seconds.
Hello,
I have the International GSM unlocked version of the GNex. Shortly after purchase, I did something I have not done in many many years. I actually bought something from Radio Shack. As it seems none of the big stores have any cases for the GNex, I just happened to pass by an RS and found the OtterBox Defender. I absolutely hated it:
1) It seems the very top of the case did not fit tightly enough. The main issue was that it made it VERY difficult to access the notification bar on the GNex. I actually had to squeeze the case a little.
2) There is space between the screen protector and screen. This made it very easy for dust, threads, junk to get between the two.
3) The case never seemed to really go together solid. It always kind of squeeked (which I have seen in other threads)
4) Having come from the GSM HTC Hero, one thing that I was worried about in switching to the GNex was slipping it into my pocket. I have been very impressed with how slim the GNex is. The OtterBox made it a big hunk of junk.
One thing I have not figured out is if the GSM International version might be a slightly different size than the Verizon version? The look the same in the store.

The international GSM version is thinner than the LTE version that Verizon has. That might account for some of your issues. Although even with the difference in thickness, there's still a bit of space between the screen and the screen protector on the LTE version. Many people have complained about the dust and random crap that gets in there on the Defender case.
I have the Defender for the Galaxy Nexus (it came with it), and I personally don't like it either. I used it for all of half a day before I decided that it just wasn't for me. I ended up going with the Diztronic case, and it's just about perfect. It even works with the OEM extended battery for the LTE version. I typically don't like TPU cases, but this one doesn't feel like a TPU case once it's on. It has a much more solid feel without adding much of any bulk to the phone.
I had similar impressions with the Otterbox Defender that one of my friends had on his Nexus S. It seems to offer great protection, but the built-in screen protector caused more problems than a stick-on kind.
I love the Commuter series cases and had one on my Galaxy Nexus for a few months until I got the SGP Crumena leather sleeve. I've been very impressed with it so far - a fantastic case that isn't a case
Im using a gsm nexus with the defender . I removed the screen protector with goo gone, then applied an ebay type screen protector directly to the screen . Major improvement with that dust behind the lense problem. Now about the size. The defender is literally too big for the gsm model. I folded a microfiber cloth and placed it behind the phone. That made it fit better until i get a bigger battery. Ive heard rumors that the 2200 mah batteries fit inside the defender with all the extra room.

I purchased an Aluminum Case from Ebay. I really like the look, was tough to install. They are lined with silicon or rubber so that the case will not scratch the phone. Downside is poor wifi reception, 3G went down by a bar, GPS without the case saw 19 satellites and with the case only saw 5 satellites.
Just wanted to give a heads up.

Thanks for the info. I was considering getting this case. Good thing I saw another case that looks exactly the same but is plastic instead.

I have that case..Got it from Amazon. Haven't noticed any signal disruptions. Makes the phone feel solid.
This is what I installed on the back of it to hold and for a stand.

I'm trying to find a case with a belt clip but I've only found one believe it or not. Searching Amazon I've found the same case rebranded a hundred times over.
Problem is, I bought one and it has a critical flaw. With the case on the phone, insert it into the slip holster (aka clamshell) and the railing of holster constantly pushes the power button, so every time I pull out the phone, it reboots! I though it was my phone at first. Anyway, all designs on Amazon are the same! Just overseas made and sold by differing names.
I checked eBay too
I have found some nice horizontal cases (with a flap) that I think will work but I'm feeling like I will never see a true clamshell or clip design for this device...
I don't pocket my phones at all. I find it ruins the finish and is uncomfortable to me.
Just a rant. Anyone know of a well built case that offers a belt clip. I'll pay the price for a quality case, gladly!

A crazy idea that might work....
I had an idea! The Axon 7 measures 5.97 x 2.95 x .31 and the Google Pixel XL measures 6.09 x 2.98 x .33. With my TPU case on, I think if I purchase the Seidio spring clip holster this might just fit the bill. The side rails might be cutting it close, but I am willing to take the chance.
Edit: am dumb
Edit2: I was right, it has a belt holder: Case with holder

I tried that one. It has a critical design flaw. When I put it into the belt holder, the belt holder pushes, and holds, the power button hard-rebooting my phone every time. I think the inner rubber phone case fits loosely which causes too much material over the power button. LOL Otherwise it isn't that bad of a combo.

Received my Poetic Revolution series case for my A7 today. I am very impressed by it thus far, especially by the built-in screen protector since there are no full screen tempered glass protectors for the A7 due to the curved glass. I don't plan on tossing my phone around to test out the durability but it feels like it is going to offer some good protection all around.
Is there any flip cover case with sleep/lock function, like the original?
Couldn't find any, on ebay or EU amazons, except the original from US which costs 55 $ with postage to Europe...
Nillkin, who has such nice quality and economy cases, has not produced an Axon 7 case.
Any suggestions pleaseeee ?
I'm very happy with the one given in the box.

You can buy the original from ZTE or B&H. Both dropped the price to 9.99 USD. B&H I know ships internationally-don't know about ZTE.

Please report back when you get it, as I'm very curious how it works with signal - every metal case I've ordered in the past for my other phones has reduced the signal slightly to significantly. I had thought the slightly wasn't a problem - what's a decrease of 1-2 bars when you're at full strength anyway?
The problem is when you're in a poor signal area and you NEED that 1 bar and you have to take the phone out of the case to work!
On another note, I wish that someone would make a simple backless bumper case - I miss those days when I could use my phone practically naked with just a protective bumper around the sides.

Ah, sorry to hear about that - I was hoping you had good news, but it seems not only did you not get what you wanted, but have to go through a bit of inconvenience to return the product. I appreciate that you shared your experience, though- thanks a lot for saving me from the same mistake.
I've using my poetic case for a few months now, and thus far I have a few complains
- flaps they remain open after a while, I cut them off both recently
- screen protector awful scratches easily, removed it and used a higher quality protector instead
now is near perfect the case plays well with third party screen protectors and is VERY sturdy, has saved me from QUITE a few drops

I spent tons of time looking for cases for the Axon 7 and found that honestly there are 5 variants. The poetic tank case, the Spigen "rugged armor" case, the dual layer (rubber plus plastic) case thats rebranded by tons of companys, the "iron man" dual layer case (Also rebranded by various companies), and the belt clip one with terrible reviews because of the problem you stated. There are a few others that are some variation of the above or some see-through ones with bumpers but honestly none seemed satisfactory.
In light of this I decided to opt for ZTE's own hybrid material case. I haven't dropped the phone since I put it on but it is definitely sturdier than the case they included with the phone and the material is hard enough yet flexible enough that it seems like it would be able to take a hit without causing any damage to the phone. It also fits really well and is not bulky either. I realize this might not be what you're looking for but for some strange reason good quality cases are far and few between for this phone (perhaps due to some kind of licensing issue from ZTE?) so that case might be your best bet :/. You could potentially get some other kind of belt holster and have this phone sit in it while in the case.

Aluminum doom
Though this question was posed back in May , I didn't see a response answering the question so I'll answer it for you in case anyone else is curious . I purchased the Mirror case for $3.89 on eBay in piano black . ( I always seem to find better deals there and easier to navigate then the Big A but that's just my opinion). It is indeed a beautiful case and mine came in with no damage whatsoever . Indeed it is a tight fit putting the back on but once you get it in place everything does line up perfectly . The concern from another member was whether or not the signal would be blocked with the aluminum casing around the edges . The answer is a very easy yes . The signal degrades horribly . I only get two bars inside my home and with the case on it dropped to 0 with no signal whatsoever . It does get some signal outside but it's not worth using this case if I may be missing important calls or messages from clients . Sadly it's just a beautiful case with poor execution with the materials involved . Fortunately I didn't lose much on the case itself . I really wanted this one to work strictly because it looked so awesome even though it's not great when it comes to protecting the phone itself in a drop . Hope this helps if anyone else was curious about the case.
