Trying to create a widget to tell me how long before my next alarm, how would I do this?

My wife has an alarm set to remind her to take time-sensitive medicine every night at 9 p.m.; she noticed that if she doesn't hear the alarm the first time there is no notification that stays on the screen, which has caused her to not take her meds on time. Anyone know how to make an alarm notification stay on the screen or at the very least in the 'notification area' until it is cleared/dismissed?
She has the snooze set to the minimum time (3 min) and the repeat set to the max (10 times) increasing her chances of hearing the alarm in a decent amount of time.
Her phone is unrooted -- and she wants it to stay that way until she is used to Android. She is coming (embarrassingly) from the Palm Treo Pro that she had for over 2 years, so it has been a learning experience.
Not really a fix, but she can always create a recurring calendar events for that time. The calendar event notifications stay there until you dismiss them.

Did a search and didn't find anything on the topic.
I set my alarm to a 10 minute snooze, with 2 snooze max. The issue is it somehow resets to a 3 minute snooze every day unless I reset it.
Anyone else have this issue?
After Daylight Savings March 11th, every even on my calendar went forward 1 hour. I have starred the issue here

Another bug I found was when I did this:
1. Make a New Event inside the Google Calendar app.
2. Put in any name and time (remember the time for later)
3. Press "Done"
4. Edit same Event
5. Change to any Time Zone
6. Turn off Screen for about 15 seconds.
7. Turn on Screen and press "Done"
8. Turn off Screen for about 15 seconds.
9. Edit same Event
PROBLEM: Calendar has now changed the Time of the Event and set the Time Zone to the Time Zone of your location.

Hello,
When I set an alarm in the clock app, for example to 6:30am, when I press save, the alarm will show as 6am in the alarm list but still goes off at the right time. Not really a big issue but a little annoying that it shows the wrong time in the alarm list.
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
Cheers guys.
I had the same problem and it turns out that the auto time zone had set me to the wrong zone, hence the 30 minute issue, even though the wrong time zone was 1 hour difference not 30 minutes
Today 2 of my alarms didn't sound and showed as missed. The third one sounded 3 minutes later.
When I go to alarms menu most of the time it does not show any alarm and don't allow me to create a new one(I can choose the time but it doesn't save it). I have to try many times to make it work.
Am I the only one with this bug?
The only alarm related bug I've seen on Q beta 3 are that the next alarm shown in the notification shade is shown as the end of the current calendar event (if one is in progress) or the start of the next calendar event. The next alarm shown on the AOD is also the current time +5 minutes.
I haven't missed any alarms to my knowledge.
