Hey there,
i have updated TWRP and the last nightly from LineageOS to 15.05., now i cant found folders on my pc if the G3 connected to the pc.
Tried something, reinstall windows driver, downgrade TWRP, set the last nightly complete fresh, nothing works, anyone has a tip?
It looks as it comes with the TWRP Update, i got this for an other problem, cant boot into recovery with migrated sd-card, only shows over minutes the twrp logo, after update it works with the migrated sd-card.
Can anybody help?

Well hello guys. I tried to flash cwm5 using the stock recovery on my gio running 2.2.1 and it seems to have failed the flash and whenever i try to enter recovery its just stuck on the initial samsung logo. For a few times i could have booted normally but after trying to enter recovery via rom manager im stuck on the samsung logo permanently. The only thing i can do is enter download mode but im running win8.1 and it seems this particular phone drivers dont like win8.1 so it errors out with device enumeration failed. I tried everything removing battery for up to 20 minutes, leaving it on for a while, reconnecting download mode repeatedly. Can anyone share some insight on this.
Edit: i managed to flash via odin on xp, fixed it.
Funny, I had the same exact problem and I tried to find a solution for a week. I accidentally flashed CWM6 for ace to my Gio and it got stuck to the Samsung logo. I got the error too on Windows 8.1. The problem is, well, Windows 8.1. It has something to do with how Windows 8.1 handles device validation. I would sen a link, but I don't have enough posts to do that. What I did was, I installed Windows 7 to a VHD-image with VirtualBox, copied the image to C:\ root and added it to the boot menu with EasyBCD. (Boot menu editor) I tried to connect the USB and it worked! So, try to flash a new recovery with a computer running Windows Vista/7/8, not 8.1.
Hello!
I unlocked bootloader in my SXS yesterday and installed OpenSEMC Beta 3. Everything looks fine but I can't connect to pc with usb cable in file transfer mode. I don't see it in My Computer. I can only use fastboot mode. Tried on other OSes on other computers- same thing. PC Comanion doesn't see it as well. Tell me what to do. My backups of stock rom are in CWM location but now is TWRP installed on my device. Help!
I downloaded to phone OpenSemc beta-3 (earlier was 3.2) and installed. And problem with connection was gone I hope it will help someone.
Hello everybody,
I have AICP rom on my phone (a pretty old version, kitkat4.0 and aicp ver.20140419 , installed around 12/05/2014 ish), xmister kernel and philz touch recovery6.19.3.
Everithing worked pretty good for some months, but few days ago the rom's GUI crashed and started saying that there is a gui error, then the gui restarts. This loop makes the phone impossible to use (the gui restarts every second). The recovery works, but i don't have the rom.zip on my sd card (only in my pc. the same for the nandroid).
I was thinking about adb push (i already had to use it in the past), but adb doesn't recognise the phone, while fastboot does recognise it.
how can i solve this little problem?
Thanks!
do you think that if i try to install a RUU i could damage my phone? can that be done without adb working?
Ok, i managed to have a working phone right now. The problem is that when i connect the phone to the pc, nothing happens. I already updated htcsync, i have java, sdk, and all the stuff installed and working. How can i make everything work again?
Hi folks,
I previously managed to get Cyanagenmod installed on my HTC One X but since made a mess of it trying to get a stock ROM on there (to unlock my SIM). I have since given up on getting a stock ROM back on there and am now trying to get Cyanogenmod back on there, but I have hit some problems.
I have CWM on there and my PC can see the phone in Fastboot, but not via ADB (which I am trying to use to 'push' the ROM on there so I can install it). My PC (Win 8.1) is giving me a "device descriptor request failed" when connecting to USB when on the boot menu, and is showing up just as "One" in device manager when I load CWM. However neither of these situations are allowing my computer or ADB to recognise the SD card.
I have tried 'mounting' it in CWM, updating drivers through device manager, installing Sync (and uninstalling/reinstalling it), installing HTCDriver_4.10.0.001.msi all to no avail.
Does anyone have any advice to get my PC to recognise my phone or otherwise get a customer ROM installed (if there is another way.)
Thanks in advance all.

Flash Philz 5.15.9 recovery use it to mount sd card then to copy the rom you need then flash recovery for your rom for CM12 is one for CM11 is other and for Sense is third. For sense rom you can use Philz 5.15.9. And for the new layout is fourt recovery
Thanks!
I couldn't find it so I downloaded a newer version, but it didn't work, so I looked for longer and found a version, but that wouldn't even boot. In the end I used openrecovery-twrp-2.1.7, which did let me mount the SD and install the ROM.
Then I got stuck on the loading screen, but I discovered I needed to just flash a boot.img (which wasn't in either of the guides I was following, for some reason?!) and now I'm all up and running.
Thank you kind sir!
Hello all,
I have searched the forum for a bit but I could not find a topic silimar to my problem.
So a couple of days ago I flashed LineageOS 17.1 to my 2013 Nexus 7. After that, I tried installing GApps, but I did not have enough space. I decided to wipe the ROM in order to install a smaller ROM through sideload (as I did with Lineage) whereafter I would install GApps.
So I went into my recovery, wiped my OS and went to boot up Sideload. When I connected it to my pc, and typed "adb devices" it showed as offline. Whereas before it worked perfectly.
I tried the basic things like rebooting my pc/tablet, different USB cable, killing the server and starting it again.
Could someone help me figure it out? I don't have a micro usb OTG adapter, and I'm not planning on getting one except if that's my absolute last resort.
Thanks in advance!

Hi, no need for Sideload nor OTG. After booting TWRP, just transfer files via MTP. Note that LOS17 requires repartition and no bigger than pico/micro Gapps.
You can automate the entire installation process (including repartition) with CROSS. However LOS17 server is experiencing some issues, but you could drop your existing LOS17 zip file into CROSS' data folder and "Use local ROM file" option.
