When it's over 120 you should try to settle down your phone. I played 3D games while charging and it gets really hot, but still my phone can manage it.

Converted to celsius: when the battery temperature is over 48°C - 49°C you should try to settle down your phone.
Just wanted to know to be sure, I have read to many different temps. So whats the real limit for the Nexus?
anything over 120 or so for extended periods will damage a chip

Only if you're talking about a terrible chip. The default throttling on the Nexus is 63°C. It can easily go higher than that without a problem, though it will be hot to the touch and chew up your battery. I believe the hard cut-off (ie. phone will turn itself off to avoid damage) is just above 100°C.
I bought a Nexus 7 2013 refurbished 2 month ago. I noticed that when I play heavy games like World of tanks Blitz(everything max and shadow turned off) Modern combat 5, Nova 3 etc. My tablet gets very hot 80-95 celsius and like near burn my hands.Same on 4.4 stock and 6.0.1 stock,PureNexus with elemantalx kernel without oc. Is it normal or should I RMA it? Thanks for the answers. P.s :sorry for my bad english.
Anyone please help me. I know there is many question from heat but for me it's goes insane temptatures.

OK, get Antutu Benchmark, run the 15-min stress test, then in the app's info tab check battery's temperature. We'll compare it. Actually note the temperature before and after test.
Antutu measures only battery's temperature but for this test it is good enough, however do not recharge it during the test.

The tablet is not thermal throttling. If you have that turned off, turn it back on. I had it off on my lg g3 once and it hit 110°C while it was updating apps. Check the thermal tab in K.A

I setted the temp in K.A and after every boot says current value is not supported. I setted the temp in Elementalx kernel manager to 70,75,82,92 and always still go to 80 when playing.

Well first of all, you say that it gets too hot? Can you show us a screen shot of how 'hot' it is? It's quite normal that it heats that's just the way how electronics work.. What is your surrounding temperature?

CPU-Z is a good app. Also CPU float to monitor the CPU temp when you are gaming. 40 C is a quite hot surrounding temperature.. Its normal for smartphones to get that hot in such environment. Try to stay out of the sun...

What is overheating in your experience. Overheating basically means a phone that forces shutdown or thermal throttles. That is gets hot is normal. Can you give me temps of the cpu, battery along with the frequency of the cpu.
