It's a bit short time to say anything, make a test from 100% to ~15% without charging.
Post screenshots which include SoT, graph and use in %
But from this what you posted it's normal use.

I just got a new update but I can't install it because of root.
Any idea how to install or update it without losing app data?

You opened the thread worng section. It should be in QA section.
You have 2 way to install it. First you can install it with pc suite. Second, search on google "xda lg phone firmware search imei" and find the link ends with XXXX. Use this link to find your original kdz and flash it with lg flash tool.
Have a nice day.

Do you want to keep root? If you do, you could flash this.

There is no V20d for H818P.
Are you sure you have H818P and not H815P?
PM me your IMEI and I'll post here the KDZ link for V10j.

Hey,
How can I hibernate Google services?
It drains my battery hard. Greenify with donation package doesn't help.
Stock, root
I just want to keep it active only when I use Google apps (Gmail, photos)
That's all.
Bests

Not possible for obvious reasons, either it is active or you deactivate it completely in app settings, which is not recommended.
Maybe you need to install a newer version, i.e. from apkmirror.

I've already disabled some Google apps including store and reverted Google services to factory state and everything what I want is working properly. It was the newest version I had been using.
Now I get easily 6-7h SoT

Hi, my HTC Desire 820u stock rom non rooted Android version. 6.0.1 has very big System allocation.(it is now 12.66GB). I know this is abnormal because all other my friends handsets are free that much space now my phone is allocated. How to fix this one? Is there a way to fix it? The snapshot is photographed since I can't do screen shot on my HTC.
Are you talking about /data partition?
HTC system 12.66GB
I am not sure /data or other partitions because I didn't manage to root the phone. One thing sure is settings > storage > system is 12.66 GB which seems abnormal.

Are you tried to run tool to clean that memory? Do you have any big files in internal memory?

No big file seen by HTC file manager in internal memory. I can't access system partitions since I don't have root access.
I had the same issue with my device.
Just a did a factory data reset.
Now it occupies 6-8 gb only
Works perfectly
I spent some time searching for auto dark mode setting, but there is only manual switch in display settings. I'm not sure if that's specific only to my device, but it looks like I found a way to turn on automatic dark mide.
Simply run following adb command while the phone is connected to the PC:
Code:
adb shell settings put secure ui_night_mode 0
Flipping the switch in display settings changes that value to 1 or 2 so it forces light or dark mode. 0 is for automatic switch.

I can find it in developer mode.
In xiaomi.eu but in global and in eea rom I cant find it
With the method from maciek90 I receive error Security exception: Permission denial: writing to settings requires:android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
You have to flip one additional switch for adb debugging in developer options. I can't recall its name, but it was near the switch for standard USB debugging.
