htc one m9 stuck on 25% after update - One (M9) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello there,
first of all - my english is not my native language so i apologize in advance for any mistake i will make.
Today my completely stock htc one m9 (international) got an update and ive downloaded it
The phone rebooted himself and stuck at 25% with ! in a red triangle. After couple of minutes the phone rebooted again and it was like nothing happened.Ive tried again and the same red triangle appeared.
What can i do in this situation.Hard reset after the update to nougat a month ago (no problems back then).
Software version 4.14.401.7

c.f. Q15 in the FAQ section of the ReadMe thread

I'm sorry then...
But what does that "If you never modified your phone and didn't buy it second-hand then this problem might be a precursor of the NAND death (c.f. the black download mode error screen in Q8)" mean ?
Is it better not to touch anything (updating) and carry on ?

There are several reports of devices whose memory (NAND) died during the last couple of month. And if you didn't manually modify your system partition then the problem you're currently facing might be a precursor of that memory death.

Do technicians know I flashed firmware? [Warranty]

Hi. I bought a Chinese Android tablet and wifi stoped working 1 day after. No way to get it back working. Also tried Data restore from settings and from recovery, but same thing. Contacted them to notify, they provided assistance but nothing helpful, and proposed me to send it back.
So, I found the firmware tool and the firmare here in xda thread. I went to flash it (following User Manual by the way), and at 70% or so, it showed an error and the tablet won't boot anymore, just show the first Welcome screen. Recovery key combination will now get a black screen and the Windows' firmware tool just detects it sometimes but just a second, so won't flash.
My question is, if I send it back, will technicians know a firmware has been flashed or actually semi-flashed? Or since I got problems since first moment and I talked to them twice about it, they will understand it just worked worse each time I turned it on? (which actually is what had been happening until I flashed. Website/company FAQ tells flashing any firmware will void site's warranty (pretty big company). I've been redirected to there too late...
Thanks

[Q] Unable to go from HBoot to ClockWork Recovery

Hello everyone,
First, I would like to thanks everyone who can contribute or help out with this issue that I've been dealing with all day (literally spending the past 7 hours on forums browsing and searching - wish I can say that this is an overstatement)...but in the end, I still have yet to find a solution so now I turn to you guy....and if not obvious already, I'm a super noob at all this as well as any attempt to use the adb/sdk program
Here's the problem: (I'll try to make it as simple and put the most relevant info on here)
I have a Inspire 4g/Desire HD rooted with S-off that was working fine w/ CM7 until last night...phone just started to act up and restarting by itself and ended up being stuck on the endless blue loop CM7 flashscreen
due to my carelessness and having a old back up, I was just decided to format everything format data/cache, re-flashed the cm7 rom and then recover with the old back up (all done in recovery)
however...here's where the problem starts: (i'm guessing it's likely d/t my bad back-up)
on restart, I am "stuck" at the white/htc screen - I have to hard reset (battery out) everytime
HBOOT is still functional - so I know i haven't bricked my phone yet...so...i tried going back to recovery, but this time i passes the white/htc screen, but briefly goes into the green circle with a down arrow and then permanently to the red caution triangle with the exclamation mark....so I was thinking the recovery must of crapped out on me....(factory reset via hboot was non-functional either, similar result: green circle --> resets to htc/white screen)
Thus, I tried doing an "Clean" recovery using STOCK ATT roms renamed to PD98IMG.ZIP on my SD card (found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1191959&highlight=Stock+Rom)...however, it always fails to unzip the system portion (tried with various other "clean stock" roms also, same unzipping problem) - this led me to do some more forum hunting in which that I might have a faulty CWM
So it led me to the discovery of the Android Flasher utility application where I have attempted to flash a new CWM to the phone - however, android flasher doesn't "detect" my device - so I followed the instruction here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=737728 to have my phone recognized by my computer...i attempted to flash CWM again onto the phone via android flasher...but no luck, I'm still getting a "device not plugged in or driver not installed" message...
I am now exhausted and out of ideas...(not to mention angry/mad at myself)
Thanks again for all your helps/comments, I really appreciates it.
Hi mate, wrong forum, this is DESIRE, not DESIRE HD one. Been reported to move to right one, you maybe get more help there

[Q] Question about RUU

Hi All,
I have a VZW Htc One M8, and I have been playing with it when have gotten the chance recently. I have installed/flashed an RUU before to correct an issue I ran into (trying to take an OTA) and everything went smoothly. As I said I took the OTA, but kept the RUU from the previous time I used it (first mistake). I am s off so I am hoping that is going to save me here.... This brings me to my problem.
I was trying to flash Viper Rom, but at the end of the setup I kept getting a popup saying setup has stopped, and I was unable to see a homescreen, but the phone was working. I decided to revert back to stock using the old RUU (be gentle) and it loaded and I hit yes to begin. About 10 second in it stopped and wanted me to reboot... I was in the middle of doing something else when it happened so I rebooted back to the bootloader and my OS line was in red. I then went back to recovery and restored my very recently created backup of my stock rom, which worked. I then went back to the boot loader to look at what was in red more closely and it is now blank. It says OS but then nothing after.
I have since gotten the new RUU that I should have used, but it seem to hang on the last part of the loading (put in on my external sd card) and my phone works... but the boot take forever and the VZW logo doesn't come up anymore. It almost seem like the phone boots fine but the HTC ONE logo stays until the phone screen turns off and when I hit the power button to turn the screen back on the phone is booted. My question is... should I 1) try the old RUU again and then take the ota since I am s off I have seen that technically it should work. 2) let the phone sit at the loading of the newer RUU and see what happens (I haven't tried seeing if the old RUU will load yet) or 3) count my blessings and deal with a non completely broken phone?
I realize I made a few errors while doing this, but I am hoping that s off will allow me to correct the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Issue should be resolved
Sorry to everyone that read this... I didn't make it all the way through the thread where I found the new RUU, and the thread tells how to resolve the problem with not loading all the way. I am going to try the fix after work.
Edit 1: problem resolved... I am an idiot

Try a RUU. There is one for 4.28.401.3 in Flippy 's Readme thread.
Be aware, it will wipe all info in your phone so backup info first.
All needed instructions are in that thread.
Good luck

Exist ROM STOCK flashable via Recovery or TWRP for BlackView BV6000?

Hello friends ... I need your help. More than 7 months ago I already have the Blackview BV 6000. A couple of months ago I was covering a problem in one of the charging pins that until today solved by a technical service, because I could only charge it to the current, but the USB storage mode I took it when I wanted.
The issue is this, almost a week ago I got an update by OTA, which seemed strange to me since I have always had my phone rooted, when downloading and installing the update my phone goes from the logo of the start to the TWRP mode and does not happens from there ... Before sending it to the technical service for the theme of the loading pin try to assemble the stock rom using SP Flashtool, something that did not work out, I already got a mistake (I assumed it could be due to the same problem charging pin)
When I received my phone today with the charge pin completely changed, I put my phone back to SP Flashtool to proceed with the flash, but again I still have the same problem of the error in the program.
My question is ... IS THERE ANY ROM STOCK THAT CAN BE MOUNTED THROUGH THE TWRP MENU? since my phone is currently without an operating system, when I turn it on, it sends me directly to the recovery menu.
I hope good answers ... And I thank you from now on. Sorry for my bad english.
