Hi all, I have been looking for an online seller to buy a new plastic enclosure for my excalibur but cant seem to find ones at a reasonable price. I really like the black ones I have seem which I believe are the HTC version of it and would like to buy one. Anyone know where to find one?
Try E-Bay ... i would even settle buying a broken, but good condition excalibur and taking it apart to get the case off.

I found the whole housing for about £20 on Ebay UK looking after you posted, i'm not providing links as don't know location so probably no use
Hi guys,
I've managed to accidentaly scratch the back cover of my Desire right at the area of camera lens which causes my photographs to be very blurry and lacking of detail.
Since this is problem only on my back cover, I though I'd buy the new cover, but unfortunately I can't find any on the internet.
Do any of you happen to know where to buy these parts or would be someone willing to send me their back cover from for example broken Desires? If someone is doing a return, I could also swap mine back cover for theirs, I'd pay every postage of course and all.
Thank you very much and sorry for my English...
if you find no one to swap/sell them theirs then go to the official htc accessory shop to get one, quite expensive though
http://www.htcaccessorystore.com
Go to official HTC webpage, there is an accessory store and they sell backcovers for £15.99.
Thanks for the reply, I just found that link a minute ago (was searching for "back cover" instead of "battery cover" all the time), 20 € for product plus 10€for shipping seems a bit too much...
I'll just wait a day or two to see if I actually find someone to sell me theirs, then I'll buy the new one...
there is one on ebay:

Has anyone seen an original HTC Desire battery cover for sale at the moment!?
Broke the digitizer, so I replaced it and when I did I also got a white housing. In that process I broke the speakers so only one works and the other one sounds like crap. Looked all over online and cant find any replacements. Anybody know where I can get some?
Check ebay, not just local but worldwide, theres a chance you may find some from a spares/repairs shop, especially from China.
Theres no guarantee but it's the only place I can think of.
Otherwise look for a seller on ebay who sells spare parts and simply ask him if he can a hold of some speakers for you from a damaged phone.
Hey thanks for the response. I looked on eBay but no dice. After searching and searching, I changed what I waS searching to "xperia play loud speaker" and found them. Problem is, one is on alibaba, which is a buy in bulk directly from the manufacturer where you have to submit a query and, well it just takes forever. And another that once I got to the cart it was all in Arabic.
In any case, I finally found them from a uk store for 8 euros a strip of 10. About to buy them so I'll report in case anyone ever needs them. They are super easy to replace, once you get the glued in factory ones ripped out.

That's great you found them. In some cases it's extremely difficult to find spares/repairs.
Best place is to look online or on ebay.
Otherwise if the worst comes to the worst you may have to send it to the manufacturer to repair.
Glad you managed to find what you wanted, quite cheap too costing you just 8 euros.
Their tiny anyway weighing a few grams and therefore shouldn't be expensive.
Hi all. As I have found out, my battery has swelled a bit at the right hand side (when the phone is facing me). So I am now looking for place/site to buy a brand new battery for it. Hopefully with good price and fast shipping. If for place, preferably, in Philippines (any legit shop would do.). If in sites/stores online, preferably those that are legit and reliable. Thank You all.

I got a replacement battery off ebay a while back after I damaged the stock one when replacing the front glass. I can't post links to external sites unfortunately but just search for e975 battery. I'm sure mine wasn't at all legit, but it worked and has been giving me good performance... It was around $25USD shipped.

Yea its very annoying. I want to replace the battery on mine, but even my buddy who is used to removing stuff stuck with adhesive says mine will crack under the pressure of removing it.
Found this
https://www.google.ie/url?sa=t&rct=...hFsAMyQTDVs0tQZuQ&sig2=F3qSETGQxKOqWTix_gOMJA
But its brings the cost for me (In Ireland) to over 30 dollars
still too pricey for a bit of plastic
Ye I am having no luck either :/ I did check your link it does seem to be working...
I have been looking for damaged/faulty motos on ebay to see if I can salvage a back off one :/
