I have a Lumia 635 (1gb ram), since anniversary update i have a problem when rotating the screen, this problem only occurs when rotating screen leaving the nav bar on my left hand, and that cause is that the icons in the notification bar collide with which it is the content of the App in which this. (It seems that does not adapt the screen when it rotates in that position) I do not know if it is a bug of the update, I have not found anything about it (See screenshot)

It looks like a bug, this device, since AU, has suffered from bugs like this. You can try a HR.

it might be related to the scale you're using on your device
check settings>system>display
change the size of text,apps and other items
then check for updates in the store
happened to me once and that worked for me so try it

Unfortunately I have just noticed that if I close the Camera on the phone then immediately lock the phone, the Wear application remains open and it cannot be dismissed. I can only dismiss if I open the Camera on the phone again then close it and wait one or two seconds.

I am facing this weird issue since I got my lenovo p2 a couple of days back. Whenever I pull down the notification bar and try to get to quick settings or press a toggle for Lux or any other app in the expanded bar it hangs for a second...
I am not fully able to explain the problem so have tried my best... I wasn't able to find any previous mentions of the problem maybe bcoz it's a weird issue to explain
Pls ask questions and let me know if you need any details... Would appreciate your help

Removing the third row of quick settings made it a bit smoother for me.

Did anyone try this?
I use Nova launcher too (beta version).
I used to have the notification lag issue, which was solved temporarily by cleaning up the notification history when it happened. But the problem seems completely gone for me, even if I didn't do anything special.
So maybe you could try to install the latest Nova launcher beta, to see if it helps ?

2 days later and the beta version has started lagging again :crying: my respite was short lived... Did it happen with you too?
New update... Seems I found the culprit... It was lux dashboard app which was causing it... Working fine since I unulinstallwd it... Fingers crossed

Even I'm in nougat and i am facing the same sudden lag issue what's the solution
Nougat is so laggy I hate it.... Seams like the only solution is downgrade to marshmallow or install a custom Rom! But I followed any single tread here since over a year now and it seams there is no custom Rom that's 100% bug free for Daly usage
So maybe selling my P2 is the only option
XDA developers rewarded us with an app that hides the navigation bar and matches it with the iPhone x

Thanks, I tried it, but app is very, very buggy. Sometimes navigation line dissapear and phone can not be used.
Most frustrating is, if you use keyboard, the navbar floats above it :/

This bug have been fixed, an update should be released today on the play store.
It's working fine for me. A bit unresponsive sometimes but overall a pleasant change.
If the animation was smoother, I would keep it.

I'm using it totally transparent, I don't see the pill at all.
After last update it's finally usable.

Has anyone else had issues with the camera crashing?
I have to either reboot or clear all apps in memory at least once a day as I get a error message saying Cannot connect to camera. The camera app will just crash and close with the error message.

Yes, the software is like a beta.
Mine fixed with restart and last update.

For me Developer settings are enabled, the only thing changed is the 3 transition animations set to none.

I also have the problem. Clearing cache or even camera data does nothing. Only hard reboot fixes it for a while. Annoying
I've noticed that when my camera crashes, it takes the last few pictures with it. Almost like it wasn't done working on them and since they didn't save, they're gone after you reboot!
I have been experiencing this problem since the phone was brand new. At one point I had the Chinese version of the phone and I never had a problem with it - only the international version. This makes me believe it's a software bug. Hopefully they have a fix soon.

Getting this issue too. According to a thread here: https://uk.community.huawei.com/mate-20-series-20/mate-20-pro-camera-error-856 it may be caused by using a third-party launcher.
I'm trying the horrible EMUI stock launcher now to see if the problem persists.
I may just sell this phone. The camera quality is inferior to P20 Pro because two of the cameras are not stabilised. And EMUI is probably the worst UI in the world. I thought Samsung was bad but this is worse.

Not being picky but the tittle in your link is "Mate 20 Pro camera error" not Mate 20x.
I have the 20x AL00 with a 3rd party launcher. Removed the stock launcher via ADB. Never had any camera crash issues. Works flawlessly.
Same camera issue. I'll see if I can get a errorog once this happens again.
Only reboot helps but not long after you take some pics the issue starts again.
Try clearing data and cache for the camera app. That seemed to help for me, I have also since done a factory reset and no camera issues any more.

I did both, without any improvement.
Since going back to the stock launcher and deleting nova I've not had any further occurrence of the camera crashing

YES!! This is the most annoying problem I've had with this phone. I'm constantly closing apps because of this. Back action shouldn't extend to the edge of the screen. It should be limited like on the other side (the recents side)

You can use the pre-installed app called "Feedback" but I doubt that they will ever care lol
