Is there some issue, or question you want to ask? Since your post does not contain any.
What are you trying to do, what is the problem, etc.?
Also, what does it say for hboot number and OS number on the bootloader screen?
I want to Unlock bootloader again..
But.but when i put unlock code bin file by cmd it says remote unlock failed.

Meaning what? Did HTCDev give you a specific error message? You need to provide more detail. Making 1-2 sentence post is never enough info for anyone to help you.
You also sent a PM to me of your bootscreen. That isn't the proper place for communicating such things. Its why these forums exist. Keep the discussion unified. It avoids confusion, and lets multiple folks help you. Don't send random PMs, or jump around to other threads.
Your PM also didn't contain any text, details or explanation expect that your M8 was "dead" (which it isn't). It took me a while to even figure out who you were, and that you had an existing thread that I responded to. All the more reason to keep the discussion here on the forums.

Cool pic, bro.
Seriously, you need to add some explanation if there is a point you are trying to make. I'm not sure what you are trying to communicate with the pic. Are you trying to prove to us that you have the cut/paste right? Are you asking us if you have it right?
We can't help you if you continue to make 1-2 sentence posts, or post pics with NO sentences to explanation.

Is your device from Sprint? I think this is where the problems lie. Have you tried to flash a custom ROM and it went wrong? Tell us what exactly you have done. Failing that, try the Sprint RUU to go back to stock. Try this, the manual download near the bottom. This will wipe your device.

My Htc One X is stuck in Air plane mode. Imei is unknown, Baseband unknown. Wifi, bluetooth and everything else is working fine. My phone is using ViperX 4.0.0. Also, both IMEI and BASEBAND are showing when do "fastboot getvar all" in fastboot.
Following are the Solutions I have already tried but no luck
Installing latest RUU 3.14.707
Restored a nandroid backup
flashed some sense and non-sense roms
Also seen some solutions regarding EFS folder but I don't see any EFS folder in my root explorer.
I am not a total noob and can easily understand your suggestions and instructions. My phone is also S-ON so I couldn't tried downgrading my H-BOOT to test if this solves my issue.
My CID is HTC__044
I shall be highly thankful to anyone who can help me resolve this issue. I really love my HOX
The same as me, IMEI had changed and cannot getback it
[Q] How can I restore my IMEI?
Maybe can fix it when downgrade firmware so must have downgrade HBOOT before but cannot.
If you solved - please let me know.
I dont want using as a small Android player :crying:
PS: unknown may be can fix by RUU restore stock or flash boot.img
Did you both use ViperX 4.0.0?

That's a tweak, it has nothing to do with the hardcoded imei number of the phone. It can't change that.

We can never downgrade our HBOOT because there is no S-OFF method available for HOX. Stilling looking for solution Also, in fastboot mode, "fastboot getvar all" shows correct IMEI and BASEBAND number so, there shouldn't be any hardware issue.
Already tried RUU and nandroid restore. No luck Last hope is on HBOOT upgrade but that is still not out for cid: HTC__044

You should give some more info:
- Do you always enter this menu, cause your volume down button could be pressed all time.
- The device shows relocked, did you install custom ROMs before?
- Before you want to flash custom ROMs you have to unlock and flash a custom recovery.

Have you downloaded and installed the proper drivers for the PC?
Then on your PC open a command prompt in your fastboot folder connect the phone to the PC.
On your device you should see USB next to the red fastboot (in the first image you posted)
Now what does the command "fastboot getvar all" return (you enter that in the command prompt of your PC)?
You can copy paste it here, but mask your IMEI and Serial no.
IMPORTANT! Make sure your device has enouth battery. Your device is not charging in Fastboot, but you can use a script that does that, only takes a minimal half a day to charge (maybe more)
I added a zip with fastboot and a command file with the script (run it in fastboot, your device will be rebooting all the time, but in the time it reboots it will be charging a bit).

If you are pretty new to this, read the sticky threads of this forums (about flashing) before doing anything, cause it's better to understand what you are doing before doing something stupid
You also said you don't want to install a custom ROM, but the device has been relocked, so probably you or someone already tried to install a custom ROM and thats where it went wrong.

If you want to flash it with an original RUU, your bootloader needs to be locked, and you need an original (stock) recovery.
For some devices it's hard to find a RUU so first we need to figure out which (region) the device is from and what is the base version. That can we do with the fastboot command:
Code:
fastboot getvar all
If we exucute this command we get all kind of system-info like CID, version-main, below you see my outut:
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5a
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.72.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 5.1204.167.31
(bootloader) version-cpld: None

If it is possible to go back via RUU then I would recommend it, but yes if it is not possible, you can choose a nandroid backup way (if you can find a nandroid for your CID and version-main).
He doesn't need a nandroid backup specifically for his CID. All wwe 4.18.401 nandroids work on his phone !!!
Only thing he must NOT do is relock the bootloader !
So basically it's down to this :
1: download any 4.18.401 nandroid backup
2: flash the recovery.img and boot.img from the nandroid backup folder
3: boot in the recovery and perform a good full wipe
4: restore the nandroid backup
5: flash back the stock recovery to be able to install official htc ota in the future
Here more info and back ups

If it is possible to go back via RUU then I would recommend it, but yes if it is not possible, you can choose a nandroid backup way (if you can find a nandroid for your CID and version-main).

thanks man u solve my problem thanks a lot for ur all help my htc one x working now
While the M8 is a nice device, I hate it. This device has caused me no end of problems..
Every time I try to flash anything, it kills it, boot loops, stuck at HTC logo, etc... I've never had so much trouble with any device, even changing simple settings seems to do the same.
Changing the dpi - Stuck at HTC Logo...
Installed Xposed (Not using ART) - Stuck at HTC Logo...
Restore Nandroid Backup - Stuck at..... blah blah blah...
So I'm trying to get back to stock and then maybe start again. If I try to flash my stock recovery backup, it then won't boot into recovery it just goes back to HBoot, I've tried downloading Stock Recoveries, but I'm not sure if it's the right one. I've tried zipping the recovery into the 0P6BIMG.zip and flashing it through HBoot, but this doesn't work. My version-main is missing so, I can't check it with the one in the android-info.txt. I think it's something to do with Firewater S-Off.
I'm stuck, anybody else having similar problems...
Thanks ...John...

I see that you're S-OFF, but is your bootloader still unlocked? There's a method of unlocking/locking the hboot without HTCDev if you're S-OFF. You could try running a RUU exe then unlocking your bootloader again. S-OFF will stay through the RUU.

I can't see it being firewater problem cause there is so many users including myself with no problems. But I had unlocked my boot loader before I s off'd with firewater

Yeah, My bootloader is still unlocked. I had used HTC Dev before using firewater too.. I think the problem was there before I'd S-Off'd, so I don't think Firewater caused that, but I had read that some people had missing a version-main after using it...
I had thought about flashing an RUU, as this has usually been the answer in the past, but I could only find them for the Verizon and T-Mobile US versions. As far as I'm aware they haven't released one for the international version..
I was thinking about converting to the GPE edition. Hopefully replacing the HBoot and recovery in the process, but would I still need to know the version-main..
:fingers-crossed:
Thanks ...John...
Missing version-main is a TWRP 2.7 problem.

By the looks of things you only did S-OFF, rooted perhaps, custom recovery(Hence missing main-version) but you haven't converted to any other device and/or went with SuperCID? Did you do an OTA update to the newest 2.xx.xxx.x firmware? If not then perhaps you're device is still on the 1.54.61.5 version.
You can grab a nandroid backup + stock recovery from the COLLECTION of Stock backup's thread. ORANG001 is in there. Assuming of course you either did an OTA(When you bought the phone back in the early days) or bought it before the 2.xx.xxx.x update, chances are that your version number that you're looking for is 1.54.61.5 so that settles that issue then.
Yeah, I unlocked the boot loader with HTC Dev, then S'Off'd, rooted it and then installed a custom recovery almost straight after getting the phone. I then flashed ViperROM so I definitely didn't do any OTA's.
I didn't bother with SuperCID at the time because I didn't need it, I was just flashing ROMs, mostly. Then I stated noticing that almost every ROM that I'd flash would just hang at the HTC logo.
I managed to to restore the stock rom from my backups, but the recovery wouldn't take, although this is just a backup of the custom recovery that I first flashed. I had tried the orang001 backup from the collection of stock backups, and that wouldn't work either, and the same with the custom recoveries from the same page..
If I flash Philz recovery though, this works every time... TWRP I had some trouble with, but got it working eventually.. I just can't seem to get a stock recovery to work, no matter what..
Thanks ...John...

Haven't seen this before. Did you try to do anything before this happened?
Try getting your bootloader unlocked and flashing a custom recovery. Or if you have a SD card, try placing a firmware inside to let the system install the firmware. I'm s-on so I know not much about s-off. Or you can always send it back to warranty stating that you have no idea what happen to your device
I had that happen to me when I relocked the boot loader your going to have to run the appropriate ruu on your pc with your phone plugged in and on the bootloader screen

Try the token again. You have to copy and paste everything including the <<<<< >>>>> but none of the "bootloader" stuff on the side.

Make sure you don't have any "spaces" selected in it too.
Should be a problem with the copy/paste of the code, the reason says it all.

I know this is an old topic but for those experiencing the same problem, you need to go through the token request process via HTCDev all over AGAIN. The old token that you used to unlock is not valid after you relock as it has a different value.
Once you get the new token you can copy it to the fastboot folder and then in command prompt use the command fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin to unlock.
Hope this will be useful to someone in a similar dilema.

2.41.401.3 or higher or a bit lower, depends on the updates you have done.

You can try the latest RUU.exe file and execute it when the phone is in the bootloader. If you can't access any other part then there is no way to flash it differently.
Check the forum here for the latest RUU.exe

Boot to download mode.
What OS version does it give? (e.g. 2.41.617.3)
What is the three-digit part (e.g. 617)? That's your device. Download the latest RUU with that device identifier.
cf. https://www.htc.com/us/support/rom-downloads.html

Since you insist on condescending publicly (do you have "If you would have read this thread" as a macro? Does your keyboard autosuggest the entire clause?) and you think you're the only person who could possibly help the OP, I did read this thread and either:
1) He can boot to download mode but fumbled it somehow; without any information describing what happens when he attempts to enter download mode, I'll infer that he hasn't tried properly
2) Whether he can or cannot enter download mode is moot since the RUU will deal with it and provides instructions when run
Running the correct RUU is the better option for someone terse on troubleshooting and/or if the phone is that borked. Besides, it's locked and S-ON; there aren't many options.
First law of troubleshooting: trust no-one.
