Headphones

ok so lately i notice the headphone becoming... sucky! and i have a lot of headphones for motorola and other cells around the house but they wont work on my dash. is there any headphones that works well with the dash?
You can get a $3-5 adapter from places like ebay and amazon that will let you plug normal headphones into the HTC jack.
Hey, I ordered one of these recently. Actually, my s620 still hasn't come, but that's another story. My accessories will be here on time.
I think I decided that this was the cheapest one that shipped from within the U.S.

It was $5.84 shipped.
edit: i just realized you might be looking for something with a mic? the one I linked to is just to plug in 3.5mm headphones.

oh yeah i ment with mic btw i was lookin for this too and this is the cheapest one i seen :-D thanks alot! but with mic if you can find me some i be happy..
Sorry about that. I missed that you wanted a mic. I've never been able to use those wired headsets. They won't stay in my ears. I'd much rather use my own headphones and go bluetooth for talking.

Bose Head phones with VOGUE!!!

Hi guys I want to use BOSE AROUND EAR/NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES on my vogue so i want to buy a usb splitter for same.
also some where i heard that using usb splitter decreaseds the sound quality of headphones
the BOSE uses 3.5MM jack
link to bose:http://www.boseindia.com/retail/bose...647&Nav_Id=647
link to a htc splitter that i think is the best i saw it's also of original htc
link:http://cgi.ebay.com/3.5mm-USB-Adapte...23214003r14433
so please guys help me coz tghe bose headphones are of around 170$ so i dont wanna waste my money
also is the same headphones also compaitable with BLACKBERRY STORM
i will also use the same headphones on blackberry also
thanks guys
hope a quick reply
Well if the blackberry has a headphones jack then I don't see why it wouldn't be compatible.
The link to the headphones is screwed up though.
It shortened the link and put "..." in the middle of it so we can't pull up the actual link.
I've used the HTC splitter on my TouchPro1 and got the same quality as I did with the htc headphones that came with the phone and now with my bluetooth headphones. So I don't really see it being a problem... But I'm not exactly sure for the vogue...
again the link
http://www.boseindia.com/retail/bose-product-detail.aspx?Prd_Id=17&Cat_Id=647&Nav_Id=647
as of i know blackberry has a 3.5 mm jack
i just wanted to know that is the original HTC splitter good to go as i have found in some posts that some of the splitters change the quality of audio playback i am again pasting the link of the splitter that i am planning to buy
http://www.amazon.com/OEM-3-5mm-Headset-Adapter-Converter/dp/B001RXTDP2/ref=pd_sim_e_3
it wouldn't make that much difference as the sound quality coming out from the phone isn't that good... a cheap working one is good enough (in the case of older HTC devices which don't have the 3.5mm jack, just by a $.99 usb-3.5mm adaptor off ebay) and save your bucks
if you really want to enjoy high quality music with your expensive headphones, buy a proper mp3 player or even a CD player..
I never use my Shure's or etymotics' on my phone, good headphones will amplify its weaknesses...
Headphones..
Well said.. Well said... Excellent headphones will always amplify that which you don't really want to hear..

I think any Meelectronics in-ear headset with P in the product name would be more than enough. You just need to select the model that best suits your needs/wallet . I recommed M9P as a good start, and they're not expensive.
Look at this post, this is my second recommendation of Meelec.
Here's one review.
i had the same problem..i just made my own,cut off the moto earphones about 3" from the ear piece and the same on some you like.two wires one coloured and one bare, solder them to the replacement ones and get some cheap shrink sleeveing,it looks good and works a treat.
Thanks
Yesterday i visited many of shops to test various headsets... luckily shops do have test pieces.. After checking at-least 10 headsets found one for my defy.
It is ..Samsung headset.. which is original headset comes with Samsung Champ mobile pack. Dealer agreed and opened a brand new box for me and gave me headset.
Sound is very decent and mainly for the money it is pure gold...
Thank you all guys for your valuable suggestions.

Looking for good wired headphones with mic and music controls

I do not like earbuds so need over or on ear headphones. I want wired since I already have a pair of Bluetooth headsets and do not want to drain my battery. There does not seem to be much out there and what there is cost $100+. I am not such of an audiophile that I need to spend that kind of money.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Doc
This may sound a little wierd , but the iphone headphones work pretty well with my evo. I can play and unpause music with a button, the headphones have a mic and are on the ear, none earbud headphones .
Sent from my PC36100 using xda app-developers app
http://www.skullcandy.com/shop/full-metal-jacket
got mine on amazon for mucho cheapo i dont remember to be honest like 40 bucks plus shipping?
remote works and mic works great on phone use it all the time i actually leave these in my truck so always have them and yes they live up to the name of full metal jacket. they are just as durable as my monster turbines which were considerably more expensive (and no mic/remote wtf lol)
Thanks poszy for the tip. I put in iPhone wired mic headphones and found a couple from Phillips which are made for Android. I just need to decide if I want to spend the money for the more expensive pair.

Wound up with these http://www.jr.com/philips/pe/PHI_SHL9705A/ for $30 and am not disappointed.

Bluetooth headphones advice

As per title I'm looking to get my first set of headphones for use on travel on the bus to work. My budget is £100/$150 , can go a bit over if necessary. Any suggestions please ? Not bothered about noise cancelling as long as they have good sounds.....not too much base.
Skullcandy Hesh 3
Hey, check Skullcandy Hesh 3 Bluetooth Headphones. They are literally great and runs for 20-21 hours on one time full charging. And it suits your budget too
Tranya T2 are cool for the price...
Look for the Xiaomi Bluetooth Receiver. It has a headphone jack so you can use whatever wired headphones you already have.
