does it have wifi-calling? and also the sms/mms delivered program - because that app is the only way to send mms over wifi calling - 3rd party and non t-mobile sms/mms programs don't send.

It comes installed with the original HTC messaging service
i only removed the root so that whoever didn't want to have root could use this custom ROM without having to manually unroot because it's a time consuming process.

[ROM][07/18/11] Virtuous Sense v2.0.0 :: Enhanced & Optimized Stock ROM (2.42.405.2)
Virtuous Sense is a custom ROM for the HTC Vision series of phones (G2, DesireZ, etc). The goal is to provide a simple, Sense-based, mostly-stock ROM based on the official Desire-Z Sense ROM with essential bug fixes and only subtle enhancements. Virtuous started on the HTC Droid Incredible and is currently one of the most popular ROMs for that device. Virtuous for the Incredible has over 6000 users with an established reputation for stability; which we intend to continue for Vision users.
Features
Based off the official DesireZ Sense ROM (WWE 2.42.405.2), deodexed and zipaligned.
Pre-rooted with the latest version of Superuser and modified ramdisk to allow adb remount, mock locations, etc.
Wifi calling included and fully functional, conditionally installed for T-Mobile USA users only.
Optical trackpad unlock/wake.
Enhanced reboot options built-in, allowing for booting into recovery, bootloader, hot boot, etc.
Virtuous Sense custom kernel with overclocking daemon (no need for SetCPU/Tuner). Screen Off: 245760 / 599040 (conservative). Screen On: 245760 / 998400 (ondemand).
IO optimizations such as use of ext4 for all mounts and larger read-ahead buffer for improved sdcard performance.
Updated versions of all Market-available apps.
All Market-installable apps installed in /data/app. These apps are automatically installed for you both on initial install and after a factory reset/wipe. There are custom scripts to use Android's package manager (pm) to manage these apps, which ensures they are installed properly.
Added applications: ChromeToPhone, Google Voice and Titanium Backup. Since these are Market apps, they are automatically installed in /data/app for easy removal if desired.
Bloatware, defined as anything you could easily choose to download from the Market yourself, has been removed.
Disabled boot animation audio.
Automatic Virtuous OTA upgrade notification and installation via ROM Manager.

Nice!
Very nice rom.
However can't install latest Flash Player from marketplace.
Other apps install fine so far though.
So far, the installation went flawless! Just getting a different feel of HTC Sense. This is really wear Titanium shines as backing up apps is such a god send.
EDIT: My only gripe is that I paid for the premium version of ROM Manager via Paypal, got the Premium, but installed this and lost it. =/ Is there any way for me to get it back, especially after paying for it?
found solution

I had to uninstall the existing flash player from 'manage applications' in settings.
then the one in marketplace was able to install.
Great rom!
So whats so great about this release? Not trying to be ungrateful i honestly just want to clear the doubts
It's a modified version of HTC Sense with a couple perks that he explains in his post. It's nice and all but I got too adjusted to the stock feel of Android. HTC Sense is really nice, very graphical and user friendly, but I'm reverting back. Maybe once this comes out of the beta, I'll head on back to it.
But it's good! Try it out for kicks.

[ROM][03/10/11] Vision Sense 1.85.861.3 Untouched (from AUS RUU): Rooted/Deodexed

This is a flashable ROM from generated from Football's RUU_Vision_Hutch_AUS_1.85.861.3 release. It includes all applications and original vendor configuration. In other words, it is untouched with the exception of the following:
Rooted with my customized version of Superuser (required until ChainsDD releases a version with my patches).
Deodexed with moderate compression throughout.
Busybox installed in /system/xbin.
Added large APNS list to /system/etc.
WWE-equivalent language support.
There are no other changes. Just to be blindingly clear, this is NOT Virtuous; although a future version of Virtuous may be based on this ROM. Anyone building ROMs is welcome to use this as a base. Thanks again to Football for continuing to provide us with the latest RUUs.
Disclaimer: This is a one-time release. Unless a problem can be identified with the changes mentioned above (rooting, deodexing, etc), it will not be updated or supported. Use this as-is or find a ROM which uses this release as its' base if you would like support and/or expect to see changes.
Remember to hit the "Thanks" button if my work ends up being useful to you.

Please do not ask me how this is different than the 1.85 orange release, as HTC does not exactly provide us change logs.
Orange, it is a name of telecom provider, right? If yes is it possible for you to get similar stock ROM but for Era polish provider and a little older, like 1.7...?
I am asking because as a newbe I didn't make any backup for my stock ROM delivered with my phone and I would like have a possibilty to back to the original stock for Era when for example I will have to give my phone back to service.
Or maybe You can suggest other way to back to Era stock, please indicate any thread if you know.
Thanks a lot for helping
Just flashed this ROM. It has a slow desktop draw issue. When I go to the main screen all icons appear very slowly. I do not understand if this ROM is untoched why it has the same issue as Virtuous?

It's clearly a bug this version of Sense and has nothing to do with Virtuous. This is actually the case with many of the bugs in the ROM, we inherit them from HTC.
Just wondering, What did you use to Deodexed the apks/jars?

[Q] Can HTCsense.com unroot your phone?

I recently bought a DHD - wich I immediatly rooted - and I was going to subscribe the HTCsense.com service because I want to try the car panel*.
I red the terms and conditions of the service, but I didn't subscribe the service for the content of the article 10:
10. HTC Content; Proprietary Rights; License; Updates.
[...] HTC may from time to time send you updates to the Software which may be automatically downloaded and installed to your device. [...] You hereby agree that HTC may automatically deliver these updates to you and you will receive and install them on your device as required.
Could that mean that by subscribing this service you can be forced, willing or not (automatically downloaded and installed), to install HTC updates (with the obvious risk of losing root privileges)?
What do you think?
Thanks for your opinions
*My bad, to use the car panel it's not necessary to subscribe to htcsense.com, but i'm still curious about your opinions

sense.com cannot remove your superusser permission
and the updates are not for the rom concretly... are for the sense files and "sense.com privileges"
but i know that subscribe to sense hub... Literally the battery is drunk at a few hours...
is this that you are answering concretly?
I see your point. You're basically sayin that the HTCsense.com updates are solely intended as updates of just the apps/programs related to that service.
But I was wondering if the updates listed in the agreement could be more like an OTA ROM mandatory update wich could result to be more difficult or impossibile to root (I previously had a wildfire and I was so stupid to make the OTA update wich at the moment is rootable only with the goldcard).
Thus the risk to lose the SU privileges.
P.s. I have been in valencia in march for the fallas, I like your city a lot.

you has a WEE STOCK OFFICIAL RUU???? or a custom rom?
if you have a custom rom án oficial OTA it´s not going...
but if you have an stock rom you can decide if accept or not... all android versions for desire hd can be rooted but it´s more difficult when you upgrade....
i recommend to you for not lost superuser permissionss (root acces) that flash a custom rooted rom (froyo, gingerbread... judge by yourself)
if yo don´t want to update REJECT THE UPDATE VIA OTA simply.
htc sense actuallizations are unable to change your android version its diferent than update the ROM.
PD:Great election go here to see THE FALLAS mate!! see my profile photo, i´m dressed of "fallero" with my wife!! LOLOLOL

That answer my question.
Anyway, for completeness' sake, I'm currently running an ARHD ROM and - with my previous experience with wildfire - I would never accept again an OTA update .
Thank you

[Q] Rooting Driver questions&some flashing questions & also some rom questions
i readed this guide
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=824396
Question 1: but i can't understand what is the driver thing
do i install HTC sync then uninstall it
or i just download anything wtf
just tell me and explain me the driver thing
i just can't get to understand it
Question 2:when i download my ROM
do i just put it anywere in my Memory card?
Question 3:what is the fastest rom avaliable i want it containing the following features
Android GingerBread 2.3.5 or 2.3.4 or 2.3.3
over clocked(over clock increase cpu right??)
nice looking
no bugs
every thing works fast and nice
and maybe
a drop down menu
and a speed dial
and making me able to increase or decrease desktop pages xD
Dude, first tell me this - Are you on Android 2.1 or are you on Android 2.2.1? If you are on 2.2.1 that guide is pointless because it wont work.
1) It's just what it says. Download HTC Sync, Install then Uninstall. Uninstall will remove the program, but will not remove the HTC Drivers, which is needed for the process to be used further.
2) Just paste it to your memory card. Preferably, not in any folder or subfolder.
3) I use Cyanogenmod 7, and I would think it satisfies all of your needs EXCEPT speed dial. The same goes for other Android 2.3 AOSP ROMs as well. You can refer the list here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1029318
(If you are on Android 2.2.1, you will have to use Revolutionary to get S-OFF. You can find an overview of the process in the thread above as well)

I am on android 2.1
and is the nightly Rom contains the features that i want??
or Joker one
or that hellfire one that i can't find its download link
All of them actually, since, in some way or the other, they are all based off Cyanogenmod 7 RC / Nightlies.
As I stated though, I am using Cyanogenmod 7 Nightlies, and am extremely happy with it.
But, dont forget to take a Nandroid Backup though, before flashing a ROM, because, if it turns out that you don't like No - Sense ROM's, you will have an easy way to switch back.

Chase Mobile Banking App

Chase Mobile banking app has been an on and off issue for a long while - various issues with my S2, S3, S4, Note2, and now my M8.
Up until they did an upgrade the app would only work on Sense based ROMs (some other theories out in the search realm where that the app checks for root or unlocked bootloader -- that is NOT the issue). All AOSP based ROMs or GPE ROMs would , when trying to do a mobile Deposit taking a image of the check within the app, return a solid green image. Currently with the latest update of the app the image is taken but the image in CM12, BlissPop, and / or GPE Roms is blurry ---- but using a Sense based ROM returns a useful image.
Is there any setting within the code for how an AOSP / GPE ROM uses the device camera that would cause the image to not focus properly? Contacting Chase app development is SLOW at best --- it took them over a year to solve the green image issue.

I'm having the same issue with blurry check deposit images using my bank's mobile app as well (Regions). I don't think it's necessarily due to not being on a sense-based rom, though, because I'm on InsertCoin 5.0.7 (sense).
When I'm on this stock ROM (pretty old, but the latest official offering from AT&T - http://www.htc.com/us/support/htc-one-m8-att/news/), I can use the mobile deposit feature, but when I'm on any of the newest Roms, like InsertCoin or this one(http://forum.xda-developers.com/att...-4-4-3-2-22-1540-3-debloated-sense-6-t2837365), mobile deposit images are blurry.
I thought this might have to do with the updates that HTC made to the camera (where you can blur the background when taking pictures), but I haven't tested that theory. So, I think the banking app isn't using the updated camera app properly.
Any update or new discoveries? Or must one keep a nand backup of a sense ROM just to get the Chase app to function properly?
Still wondering.
