You will have to flash a custom logo.bin file that has the elephone logo replaced with something else!

How to customize the Boot splash?

Hi Everyone!
Please, can anyone tell me how to change the splash screen?
The splash screen is the starting logo that comes before the boot animation is starting.
I can't find a Boot splash creator like the M7/8/9
My E9+ is rooted and s-off.

Missing boot logo

Hello,
I wanted to change my boot logo on my oneplus 5t that I on my oneplus 3 always flashed true twrp.
I flashed my boot logo on the 5t and new bootlogo is not showing and the default one is gone.
How can i get my default bootlogo back? I did download a default bootlogo from the 5 and flash it true twrp but still not showing. Any help appreciated.

MI (Unlocked) boot logo missing.

Hey everyone!
I'm new to rooting and flashing and I tried changing my boot logo with an app (Splash logo maker on Windows), I flashed my custom zip and now instead of the normal Mi (Unlocked) boot logo I have a black screen... I have tried using a 1080x2160 and a 1080x1920 logo but both result in the same black screen.
I am running PixelExperience_whyred-9.0-20190309-0220-OFFICIAL (MAGISK ROOTED)
Thank you in advance.

I did, but it only changes the bootanimation, the boot logo (and I just noticed the fastboot logo is missing too) is still just a black screen, and after around 10 seconds it shows the bootanimation.

Try flash via EDL prog_emmc_firehose_sdm660
Fastboot logo should be inside bootloader file

there's no modified splash screen currently..I have tried a lot and few other guys have too but there's an issue..
The issue being....xiaomi with their new devices like mi a3 and redmi note 8 etc have hidden the splash logo in some partition that we don't know where...mostly splash/logo is in /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name in almost every device out there..but now in their new devices the splash/logo files are all empty..full of zeroes...64 and 32 mb of zeroes nothing there...I've scanned other partitions too but couldn't find a splash files/bmp images files...so you gotta wait untill someone figures out the location of splash files.

Question anyone has original splash picture?

first screen after boot.
I dont like Mi logo
who knows?
