RMA or if you know how to use ADB/Fastboot you could flash the stock firmware.

My sister pulled her battery on her inc2 and now its in a bootloop. It is not rooted and fully stock. I don't know whether she pulled it during some sort of update or not...but the fact is it doesn't work. It boots up but doesn't get past the unlock screen and at that point it freezes up and reboots. I tried ruu but since its not rooted it cannot accept the file since its not an upgrade over here existing ROM. Is there a way around this? Or does anyone know of an alternative method?...this would not be a problem if it was rooted but unfortunately it isn't.
You'll have to reset. I had this happen on stock many a time.

Did factory reset twice through bootloader..no luck.
(Solved)
I got my LG G4 from Verizon about a year ago. In January, my phone shut itself off and got stuck in a bootloop, just showing the LG screen then resetting. My boyfriend was able to get it to turn back on using the USB debug mode but he's now in Asia until June. I came back from a long trip to find that that no longer works. I downloaded SDK and tried doing a reboot again and it still just reloops the LG screen. The phone is running stock firmware, bootloader hasn't been tampered with, and no attempts to unlock or root the phone have ever been made. Is there anything else I can do before resorting to the factory reset? If I can't fix it, is there a way to get the data onto a drive before resetting it?
My Nexus 5x bricked after a ROM flash. The screen won't come on and it seems i can't get into download mode.
Can anyone help me?:crying:
UPDATE: Not even Windows recognizes my phone :crying:
Update #2: Charged the phone up. After that i was able to get into the bootloader!
Update #3: I flashed to stock and closed the bootloader. The phone still chrashes at booting. Any ideas?
OK, I flashed full Nougat factory image with flash-all bat file, now it bootloops. Tried restoring a nandroid and still bootloops...
Flashing marshmallows factory image, still bootloops.
I can access bootloader and recovery.
I have no solution yet, but I'm on same boat. My phone gets stuck at google dot animation.
I tried adb sideload for almost all Images in nexus stock factory webpage. It installs successful but gets stuck again at same point.
It appears everyone is having same problem. Google forum is filled with same issues. Waiting for something official fix or some genius on xda to solve this.

I bought my phone through Project Fi and I chatted with them and they said I will be able to get a replacement. Also, I just read this: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/nexus/89jWX-WVap8;context-place=forum/nexus
Looks like a few other people had the same problem today. Fi support told me "Seen this plenty of times. One of the issues I dislike the most."
Hi everyone I'm hoping someone can help. My note 7 had the boot loop. I was stuck in recovery mode and had DM verity and failed to set up dirty target errors. Smart switch wouldn't recognise my phone to do an emergency firmware recovery. I tried to reflash firmware using Odin and had no joy. Kept trying and eventually got it to flash. It died right at the end of the flash and I got a green screen saying the firmware failed to install and to do an emergency firmware recovery. At least now smart switch found my phone so I did the recovery. After it had taken hours to download it flashed 100℅ on the pc but when the phone rebooted and I got the little android dude saying installing new firmware. The counter on the phone started going up but jumped to 32% from 25℅ then stopped. Then said erasing rebooted and was back stuck in recovery but with just the DM verity error. If I flash the AP through Odin the exact same thing happens. Fails at 32℅ then does the same. Is there anyone come across anything similar or any suggestions? I I'd really appreciate it thanks.

I'd advise you to take it back to Samsung and enroll for the recall. Regardless of the combustible battery, This is one of the primary reasons why they initiated the recall. This cannot be resolved even at Samsung service centre. So call Samsung and hand it over to them for recall.
I had the same issue. Couldn't recover.
Yup the recall is the perfect opportunity to save yourself from disaster.

Yeah that's what I thought. I'm already enrolled but now they say my carriers handling it. Just thought I'd throw it out there just to see if anyone's had the issue with getting stuck at the same percentage each time. I was doing my best to get it running as itll be at least a couple of weeks for a replacement they say. Knowing my carrier it's probably going to be months. May end up just getting something else it's a shame because when it worked it was great but they've done such a terrible job of getting it ready for general release. Thanks anyway bud.
Are you using the original or at least a high quality cable? Have you tried different USB port on PC? Even try a different PC. Also, try a slightly older version of Odin. If any of these make a difference, you at least have an indication that its worthwhile to keep trying.
