When I had my IPhone a few years back (cough cough) I had the best dialer which was basically a KITT console with numbers down each side and sound effects when you dialled. I would love this on my Android but can't see anything like it anywhere and I would hate for Apple to do something awesome that Android hasn't / can't. Any ideas?? Thanks
FYI - I have no theming knowledge otherwise I would love to give it a crack.

I love how you can't tell where the navigation bar and the wallpaper meet. Black wallpaper allows me to have my phone on full brightness and still save battery!

It would be FAR easier to just make a home screen replacement that looks like that, rather than porting the actual firmware.

I checked the theme store but could not find it.
I'm thinking this is custom theme using Substratum.
