Note 2 l900 (Sprint) mdn edit or provider edit Carrier loss - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note II

Is there a way to adjust or fix the mdn or provider data without without reflashing from stock ROM. My provider data had changed and I'm trying to put it back to normal. Except for the IMEI data, all the data is unknown the MIN and SIM section.
The CM 13 build seems to have been working fine but a few weeks after flashing it my carrier data was gone. This has happened to me several times. I'm trying to find a way to flash the carrier data without re flashing a stock ROM then flashing the CM 13 mod again. Please advise.

[Q] Poor mobile data connection after loss and subsequent reinjection of IMEI

Hello everyone, please excuse my noobness. I have spent two days now searching and trying to solve my issue, but no luck. Here are the series of events:
1. rooted i747 and got cwm 5.5
2. flashed liquidsmooth with cwm 5.5 and gapps
3. everything was fine (i think)
4. i tried to flash cm 10.1 with cwm 5.5 not realizing i needed 6.x and the flash failed
5. restored to my liquidsmooth back up
6. realized my imei was 0 at this point and no cell signal
7. used odin 3.07 to flash back to stock 4.1.1 rom from samsung
8. injected my imei using NV items reader writer method
After this sequence of events, regardless of the rom (stock, cm, liquidsmooth), my modem connects to LTE and is fine while i'm using it, but then after idling for 20 mins or more is on GPRS. Sometimes it has no data connection whatsoever. If i go to airplane mode and then come back out of airplane mode it will find the LTE tower and be fine again until I leave it alone or use it for more than 20 minutes.
I am using the correct APN (phone or pta on ATT)
my IMEI is correct under status in the about section in settings.
I have also done this : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2036891
i have also flashed my modem with this rom : I747UCDLK3_I747ATTDLK3_ATT (My baseband version is UCDLK3) from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831898
The issue isn't that I can not connect to HSPA+ or LTE ... the issue is I lose that connectivity after 20-30 minutes and can not gain it back unless I toggle airplane on and off.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I wanted to update this thread, in case others had the issue.
There was no solution that could be found. I ended up taking the phone in to ATT after resetting to factory defaults and resetting the flash counter. They replaced it and now on CM10.1.2 with normal functioning radio.

(Prepaid) Mobile data lost after ROM flash

Hey there,
I'll try to be as specific as I can about this... So basically, I have the i747 through AT&T but am currently out of the country (in Japan) for a couple months and am using a prepaid data only SIM. Phone is unlocked and data works fine on stock, but I've tried flashing for the first time since leaving the US (with BeanStalk 4.3, MIUI, and LiquidSmooth using first CWM, then TWRP) so I'm guessing this isn't a particular ROM issue.
I'm unable to connect to the Japanese Docomo network when I flash. The phone recognizes the network, IMEI is still intact, but the APN is gone (so I tried APN backup/restore to get the option back, but still no data). Then I reflashed most of the i747u modems, also to no avail.
Also got out my AT&T SIM, which still works on stock. APN shows up, but no voice/data.
Anyone have an idea of what the problem could be? Any other options I missed? As a disclaimer, I don't really have experience beyond clearly written directions posted here, but I read a lot before I try anything and have been flashing my last couple phones with good success.
Thanks so so much to anyone who reads

Network Data Hosed

I've gotten my phone into a state where I see signal bars, I can make calls and send texts, but no LTE or H+ is displayed and if I try do anything involving the internet it says there's no network connection. Wifi works just fine.
Here's how I got into the predicament. I should have learned my lesson from last time I flashed a Verizon ROM, but I didn't, and I flashed SkyNote RC9Z-3.9.1. Data works just fine in THAT ROM, but any subsequent ROM flashed after that... the network data is completely HOSED. I've tried enabling and disabling network data in settings. I've tried flashing the Devil kernel. I've tried restoring several different ROMS from nandroid backups. All restore fine and all have completely non-working network data. Last time I ran into this I had to flash the stock image in Odin to fiz the issue. This time however, that didn't work. The images flashed successfully, but upon reboot all I got was a a welcome screen bootloop of the samsung swirly logo and the T-Mobile logo.
I'm guessing this has something to do with the 4.3 bootloader? I'm downloading T889UVUCMK7_T889TMBCMK7_TMB.zip from SamMobile site and boy is it taking FOREVER! 7 hours left on the download. My thinking thoug is that If I unzip this new 4.3 firmware and flash it with Odin (or Kies if I absolutle have to) my device will start behaving again, and Network data will work, and I can go about ROM flashing and hopping again (though I'm gonna stay away from those Verizon ROMs let met tell you!).
Does anyone else have any other suggestions on what I can do to get my data back or to patch my bootloader to the 4.3 version? I was looking at this thread and wondering if it's safe to follow this procedure for patching once I have installed the 4.3 stock image:

Any help is appreciated.

I cant make or recieve phone calls but everything else works even my wifi number work

3 days ago after getting new apn setting for metropcs, when i rebooted my phone it stopped making and receiving calls
APN settings affect data access, not calls.
Is the imei properly displayed from the dialler? Was the ROM changed or altered?

yes the imei is properly displayed from the dialer. im not sure if rom changed or altered. how do i check
The simplest solution would be to flash back to a stock rom using Odin; however, flashing the stock rom may require you to perform a factory wipe before booting the stock rom for the first time.

Showing no service though sim is detected

I unlocked bootloader and installed purenexus on my friends N5X.
It all went good for 2 week then the phone was not connecting to 3G,though 2G was okay.I thought it was a temporary network problem.
Then after a day I wiped Data then 3G was back, but then after an hour It showed 2G again and then lost all network connection.
I saw that the IMEI and Baseband is okay so no problem there.
Things I did:
-wiped data cache.
-Flashed ROM again.
-Flashed latest vendor and latest ROM.
-Tried different SIM.
Still no network.
Any help would be appreciated.
Check current APN setting and edit to appropriate input. I personally delete other APNs my phone does not need. I'm throwing a random guess, but maybe it could be from the phone automatically setting APNs upon phone restarts.
