Hi have a htc one m9 s-on venom one 3.5, i want to let stock 6.0, whitout root. Currently reblock bootloader , but now my htc just turns into bootloader mode

Hi,
I have an HTC ONE M9 on the ORANG001 EE Firmware as the title states.
I need to return my phone to stock, bootloader is unlocked via HTC Dev and it's S-ON, my question is:
If I get another HTC M9 with the EE ORANG001 FIRMWARE on it. Can I fastboot boot TWRP and make a full backup and then just flash that back up to my M9 to return it to FULL stock again?
