I have an unrooted gpad 8.3 how to get easiest to cm13 have searched the forum but i am unsure how and in wich order to do it.
I have the korean unrooted lollipop. A step by step that an non tech savvy person can follow would be great.
Follow these steps:
1. Root with oneclick root app Kingoroot
2.Install TWRP manager from Play store for download and install twrp
or
you can download it from here https://dl.twrp.me/v500/ and instal trough flashify app
3.then follow this to get TWRP working how to install KK bootloader + files
4. before booting to twrp, download ROM, Gapps whatever want or you would be forced to use adb/micro sdcard for installing it
When u installed TWRP + KK bootloader u wont be able to boot your V50030a ever again only if u do this : With same commands for installing KK bootloader u can install back the LP bootloader through TWRP terminal ..... to get stock rom working again
Thanks will try it during weekend
Took som time before i got time to try this but all went ok on cm13 now thanks for the help upu
Hello guys,
I rooted my LG G3 D855 EUR with Kitkat, updated to Lollipop and flashed xposed.
Now I want to flash Marshmallow but can't enter download mode which I need to to follow any guide I found. I would apreciate it if anyone would help me or point me to the correct thread.
In the end I'd like to have my G3 running rooted stock 6.0 or higher with the xposed framework.
Xyolypz
Partially done
I succeeded with flashing Marshmallow (Stock LG ROM), TWRP and rooting but I struggle in getting the xposed framework to not to lead to a bootloop.
If u flashed 30f-30c u need to install this zip from TWRP to have xposed support. Follow the op guide
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/mm-xposed-support-d855-v30b-t3286231
ok so when i root my g3 using one click root tool it seems to be a success but when i use root checkers they say the device is not rooted and supersu wont update the binaries. i have already tried doing a factory reset and re-root but it did not help. anyone know what i can do? please need help.
Reflash firmware via lgflashtool 2014 retry the process after applying one click root method dont restart cuz if u did u have to reflash rom again for root follow the process to flash twrp make backup 1st then flash supersu or other zips if ur a carrier varient
apparently the issue wasn't with the rooting but with supersu, I installed CM 13 now and just use the root option that comes with it, I also tried installing SuperSU on CM 13 and it just broke it and I has to do a factory reset and re-flash CM 13. not sure why
Super user is built into cm 13 and it wont allow to change root access.
I have a OnePlus 7T, it was rooted but now i cant uninstall magisk or re root my device, i download (Magisk-uninstaller-20200323.zip) but the problem i cant flash it.
1- i lost root
2- i can't install it again
Its like its stuck in between, which mean rooted apps doesn't work again and baking apps doesn't work because it detects root by some how.
any suggestions how to either Reroot it or Completely remove it
Regards
Abdullah

Have you tried going through the root process like new with a downloaded clean image? Also might want to try a forced OOS update. This should wipe your root when you reboot.
